I'm from out of town and was having trouble with my diesel truck. Jacob was very kind and helpful. Highly recommend. Very knowledgeable about his business. Explained everything that could be wrong with my vehicle. And yes he fixed my problem. Thank you.

JT's is the place you want to go when your rig needs repair if you want fair and honest customer service!He is the only place I'll take my truck again if it needs repair !Only he gets cranky if you call or text on Sunday ! LoL

I recently brought my truck to JT thinking I needed both lower ball joints replaced. Instead only one was bad and the tie roads. He could've charged me for both lower ball joints and I wouldn't have know the difference but he didn't. He also repaired my muffler and checked my check engine light without me asking him or him charging me for it. I just so happened to come across JT s Auto Repair and it was a blessing! It was a small repair that I needed but Jacob was so accommodating - as if it was a high dollar job. He is extremely knowledgeable about his vehicles as my husband and I learned while we chatted with him as he repaired the car. He really cares about his customers. The price he charged was half the price I would have had to pay at a local mechanic shop. We were very pleased and look forward to bringing our vehicles to him as repairs are needed.

Wow... where to start, fast and convenient he came to my house to work on my 2015 Ram 2500 (Brakes, oil and fuel filters). Was very pleased at the knowledge and the fact he was easy to talk too. Work was done close to half the price while maintaining professional work. He was courteous enough to lay down a paper mat in my floor board before he test drove to ensure all was well. I don't know how the shops will compete when JT's gets more known. See for yourself you will not be disappointed.

Very transparent, honest, and helpful in his diagnosis and work. Will tell you what your car actually needs and not do unnecessary repairs or charge you for unneeded things. When your disabled with a low fixed income and your car has problems, it can be hard to afford to fix. I am so happy that i have him to work on my vehicle! He goes above and beyond to fix my vehicle and charges me half the price that other shops have quoted me. He is always goes out of his way to check fluids, wiper blades, brakes anything that could cause me problems in the future. I have noticed that most of the times there wasn't even a charge for those little things on my bill. What a pleasant surprise and very hard to come by these days! I am more than pleased with the professional yet caring service and the attention to detail this young man gives and will always come back to him for any and all future work.

I can't recommend JT's. He seemed like a good guy but when I brought my car to his house at the agreed upon time there was no answer at the door. I called and he said he had overslept. He said he had the flu and when I asked if he needed to cancel the repair he told me that I have an attitude problem. So I took my car to another local mechanic who was more professional and did the repair for the same price.

Needed repair estimates on 3 flooded vehicles for the SBA. He met me at my property.Looked the vehicles over and provided me with very detailed estimates for the repairs. He did in a timely manner during the holidays. I'm pleased with the service.

Have always brought my vehicles to him for 12 plus years from my Saturn SC1 to my Chevy Colbalt and now my Acura MDX. Always Quality service with great customer care at a great price. I won t bring my vehicles to anyone else and always recommend him to anyone.

They did work on my 09 Focus and I was extremely pleased. I was very impressed with the price and how quick I got my car back. You can bet I will be referring JT s to all my friends and family!!!

I am originally from Michigan came down to Texas to visit a friend and my car broke down in the middle of nowhere pretty much found this service online and gave them a call very down to earth totally and people friendly he offered to come out to where I was and because of the fact I couldn t drive he was here for roughly over an hour whittling away at this engine to see why it wouldn t run tried a few things called him back and racked our brains and he came to the determination that it was a sensor and he was correct I am very used to small businesses where I come from and I m very faithful to them I am always for supporting a local business and I would highly highly recommend his services
