Place a online order and paid for it to be express delivery l, same day. Never received my package to rudely be told it's a third party problem not theirs to call corporate. The guy at corporate was very professional but the employees at this store are not!!!!

I bought car battery yesterday that had a 3 year warranty but lasted 7 years. My 20 year old car will continue to have batteries from AutoZone as it has had so far.

Rude lady named kimberly helped me but refused to look up a part because she yelled at us dat they dont sell that there but it was on the website and didnt even want to look for it or atleast try Oriellys helped me much better

Isa is so knowledgeable We trusted her with our brake lights and she had them fixed in a matter of minutes. I am beyond impressed and grateful. We were struggling for weeks trying to figure out why we had this problem! Thank you so much. She even recommended us to a great mechanic!! Thank you so much frfr

The guys there were very nice and helped me right away, the manager was kind enough to tell me how to install the part I needed. Although they did sell me the wrong part it was easily exchanged and all was good I was there after 9pm and there were a lot of crazy people walking by, lately there have been many game rooms opening up around town.

Fidel was extremely helpful in finding the specific air filter we needed as well as being all around polite and professional. He helped us get the correct and affordable battery for our car. He then also helped us swap out the old for the new. His sociable and outgoing personality made the experience very pleasant in comparison to the normal visit for parts. Also, the audible commentary which I was told about but didnt hear was VERY much appreciated

Went with friend from out of town. She told them they recieved the "Gold Star". They are the only one that had what we were looking for.Then found out someone I went to school with their spouse works there.Will be using them more than the others.

Great service got everything I needed, however while speaking to the associates they didn't seem to be confident about the information they were giving me when I asked them a question still a great store though the associates didn't seem very insightful or knowledgeable about the products still 5 star experience thanks auto zone..

Friendly staff but it took a bit to find my online order. All of the items order were already at the store. When I placed my order it indicated I would be notified when it would be ready but I never was. It took the staff approximately 45 minutes to find out the order had already been fulfilled and was ready for pickup. Overall not a horrible experience but inconvenient.

My daughter goes in for a new battery , the parts boy was to busy asking for her snap chat and getting upset that she wouldn t give it to him that he put the battery on backwards. He went and got the manager and the manager flipped it around and said it would be fine. NO IT IS NOT FINE, had to tow it out because they blew the fuses and the alternator(which had previously been checked)Sexual harassment is real and punishing a young girl by purposely stranding her is not the way to get it !

My husband and I went to this location to test my car battery. The worker said the tester was broken which was fine. I asked my husband if we should just charge it or buy a new one. The worker interrupted us and said "hello, comprende"!! My husband and I were speaking English the whole time! He was so rude and racist with us. I spoke to the assistant manager about it and he didn't even care. Never again will i go there. Worst service Ebert

Very Helpful & Took The Time To Hook Up To The Computer To Know Exactly What Was Going On. And Never Felt Rushed, By Asking Questions. Wish I Could Remember The Guy Name So I Could Brag. I Will Have To Go Back & Get It.. He Did Better At Checking My Truck Out Than My x Ever Even Tried.

Wented bring a battery to get charged. And the work who was a guy though I could pick it up higher and put it on the counter. So this is what the men workers think about helping women's. So I wouldn't suggests any womens going without an man especially if it's something heavy.

I went Saturday around 12:00 and there was this chubby girl that speaked spanish that was "helping" me and my dad, she really needs to be trained on how to help customers makes autozone look bad if I could, I would take stars away

Slow service very unprofessional and didn t know how to give me a correct reading of my rear rotor diameter. Went across the street to Oreilys.. Three other employees standing around talking while I wait. Wouldn t recommend to come back.

Well disappointed and will not do business with autozone again. I brought a battery that I purchased from Autozone to be recharged. The next day I returned for the battery I was told it the battery wasn't rechargeable. The salesperson told me that it was out of warranty and the cost of another battery was $125+. So I took my battery to NAPA, and it was recharged. You can bit that will not set foot in a Autozone ever again.

Not only did they install my new battery for free but they also cleaned all the acid buildup on the terminal so I wouldn't have to replace it. The battery also came with a 5 year warranty.
