Never been here but the man answering phones is a joke. Was just told by the man in Beaumont who I guess also owns this one as well that they have a few cars of the make and model I need parts off of and when I let him know he just hangs up you recall and he does the same. To the owner please get better workers who actually want to do their jobs and also likes to be there!!

Ok so I'm looking to find some parts for my truck and I search for salvage yards near me and I read the customer reviews because I feel it's important to know if a business is good to their customers and honest. I saw the star rating on this business was a 2.3, that's really bad. So I wanted to see and read what people were saying that was so bad. After reading several of the reviews I can tell you that I wont go there. It's sad that you open a business and don't have the people skills that it takes to make it successful and I can tell you that type of business is set up to fail and it won't last exspially not with the type of reviews the previous and now I might add never again to be your customers are posting.i appreciate all you folks that take the time out to share your experiences, good or bad. It helps people to narrow down their search and prevent wasting your time with companies that don't care about customer service. Thanks to all that posted.

Not trust worthy at all! They "Don Bynum" ordered supplies from my company May 15th 2019 won't pay the bill or return calls. I had mailed invoices to them no luck they had hung up on me when called. Poor character and customer service . My intent is to warn potential customers of their poor service.

The call service is trash I called and asked if they had a car at there lot and he immediately hung up. And for Kayee Bynum I know that might be your cousin but there is a business to run and they are not going to no if he is special or not they are just going to think he is rude and scare of customers.

Extremely lazy people and horrible service. All 3 times I called, they acted like they didnt want to be bothered to be on the phone and refused to give me their names. At first they wouldn't bother to go look at the vehicles to tell me what colors they had. They eventually confirmed they had a black chevy trailblazer in good condition, got there and it was green and completely wrecked to pieces. There was absolutely no organization to the place. There was trash EVERYWHERE and it smelled like dirty diaper. I will not be considering this place again and do not recommend at all!!

Wish I could leave less stars. Worse customer service ever, I showed up at 930 and all the field staff was at lunch already even though they just opened at 8.the guy in the office is very lazy and slow and doesn't appear to have any knowledge on vehicle parts. I went and verified that the parts I needed was the correct parts, the office guy said that his employees should be back within the next couple of minutes and it would take them about a hour to remove the parts for me. I was there for 45 minutes while they was gone. I left and ran a few errands and came back 2 hours later and walked in the office two guys was sitting in chairs told me "the computer said those parts wont work" after I verified they was the exact right parts I needed and told them they was. Let not forget the office is disgusting, smells like cigarettes and dogs. It's a absolute mess and kinda scary, looks like something off of wrong turn. The pictures shown here are not what is there at all.

I called and spoke with an older gentleman told him exactly what I needed he said yes we have it I described it to a tee along with the year model and rear end type. Get there and they have nothing and also say I didnt speak with anyone there. I call the number same older gentleman answers and when I question him saying my son is there to get it he hangs up on me. Some business.

Very poor service. Waited all day for them to come get my car and they gave me the run around. If they didnt want it then they should of told me instead of giving me the run around. So i wouldnt recommend them to anyone.

For all you that say the person answering the phone was rude or lazy.. he is a little slow. He is special. So keep the comments about him to yourself. There is no reason to be talking about him like that.

Very dull service. I called and the guy didn't sound like he even checked for my part (a very common part at that). I wouldn't recommend even wasting your time.

This place dont even deserve a one star.I called them the day before I came down there and they said they had a transmission so I go the next day just for them to say they didn't have one.They didn't even want to make sure and yes they are some lazy ass' and the place is Really trashy.Dont waste your time here....

Guy answering the phone sucks, answers it as if it's his personal line! I had to ask if I had the right number and he still came off dry as if his day is ruined by your call

I agree with other reviews. Person answering phone is TERRIBLE for business. It sounded like I woke him from a nap. Sorry to disturb you while you were on the clock!

Person answering the phone is horrible didn't even attempt to help me every question I asked all I got was no, no, no. Nothing else and when I broadened my search for a part he just said probably not, not let me check or I'll call you back and look just probably not.

Don is my cousin and the person answering the phone is not lazy. And everyone there is doing what they can with what they are given.

I know the owner Don personally and think a lot of the man so I feel this is a great place.
