John Garrett was Our Salesman, a Sweet Young Man that took His time to show Us everything Our 2024 Ford explorer would do. He sat with Us for several hours, We needed running boards on Our vehicle & within minutes, He had them ordered & set up to have them installed. Thank You so much!

Amazing experience!!! John Garrett my sales guy was super easy to work with and knowledgeable. Mike the manager was very easy and fast with the financing. Thanks guys for the flawless experience. I have definitely found my Ford dealer moving forward. From the first phone call to the drive out with my new truck was great. Make sure you find this dealer and give them a chance to earn your business!!!

This is the best ford dealership in Texas! Mark is the best salesman and it s a no hassle or any high pressure sales. We ordered our truck, and Mark kept us updated when it would be in. We went right down there and he had the papers ready for us to sign and drive off. We will always recommend this dealership to friends and family. Thanks Mark!!

Hands Down the easiest and best car deal ever. Smooth all the way from ordering the truck to delivery. I spent less than 1 hour for the entire process. I will start buying all my fleet vehicles from them now on.

I always refer my friends to Wills Point Ford. They are by far the best dealership we have ever dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable, customer service is amazing. The Service Department always exceeds our expectations. Love our Wills Point Ford!

The pros of the dealership:Lynn is a good guy and salesman.Cons of the dealership:would not locate a slow leak in one of the tires "we don't do that here"No tire rotationNo car washNo vehicle multipoint inspectionNo vacuumingZero above and beyond. Underwhelming.an hour for an oil change and the bare minimum of putting some air in the tire that came with the truck.If you take your vehicle to get the oil changed you will go with your sound system working and you will leave with one of your speakers blown out. "We didn't listen to the radio till the next day"When I called the dealer and spoke to the manager I didn't get half way through explaining what happened and he interrupted me saying " Let me get you to our parts department" and transfered me and the parts department hung up "click".. so I called back and the parts department send me to message and the manager became busy and unable to talk... this isn't about the 8 dollar stock speaker this is about principal.The person I spoke to was just a salesman said that the oil change guys don't listen to music and it's an unlucky coincidence.Moral of the story folks.. Ford speakers over night can just fail.

Absolutely hands down the easiest car dealership to purchase a vehicle from. They respect your time and don't keep you at the dealership for hours trying to get into a new vehicle. I ordered a new truck from them In October/November of last year and they kept me updated on order status and then I was in and out in 45 minutes once it was at the lot. They also are very transparent and up front on the pricing, something lacking at every other dealership that I have ever dealt with. I'll be back for all my future vehicle needs. Thanks Mike and John David, you guys are greatly appreciated.

We had an EXCELLENT experience here. While traveling across the country, our truck started giving trouble. The folks at Wills Point Ford not only got us taken care of quickly, they also allowed our dog to wait inside with us. We were back on the road within a couple of hours. Top notch customer service, wonderful people!

If you need a new Ford this is absolutely hands down the best dealer to work with. No hidden cost, no games or gimmicks, just to the point, fast and friendly. Never once did I feel like I was being cheated or looking for hidden cost. Lynn and Mike were wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them. They found the vehicle I wanted and got it into the dealership in less than a week. I will definitely be a repeat customer and refer all my family and friends. Thanks again Wills Point Ford for one of the best buying experience I hv had purchasing a new car!!

My family has bought 3 vehicles so far at Wills Point Ford from our salesman Dan "The Ford Man" as I call him since moving here. Every time has been a great experience. I have always shopped when buying and go through the back and forth thing that happens at most dealers. Not the case here. I set down with Dan and told him what I was looking for and he went to work to find it for me. (Found out of state) He gave me the price and then I went to work to beat it as I do. I found that his price was better than most. Maybe not the cheapest but close to it. I came back and bought from them because of the no nonsense bs. I have also used them for service and recalls and Gary (the service guy) is also awesome. He has bent over backwards to repair the recall on my Focus that wasn't even purchased there. He also takes time to help me out with any questions on service I've done myself. Great group and as of now I will be buying all my new Fords from these guys. Thanks Wills Point Ford!

Wonderful wonderful service! No BS "salesman" junk. Just straight forward pricing, no hidden fees or add on's all the stuff you see other dealerships trying to pull. My husband has bought several new trucks in the past 15 years from several different dealers and was very very pleased with doing business here! Said it was the BEST experience! Good fair pricing and quick paperwork!

My car has been in the shop for almost a year everytime I call they just tell me to call again next week they never give me any information nor have they even started workin on my car

My daughter's car has been there for two months awaiting warranty service. She has been without a car this whole time. They are saying it will be another month before they can get around to fixing it. Unfortunately, it broke down close to this place. I would never take a car here or buy anything from them either. They obviously could care less about customer service.

My daughter s car sat broken down for 4 weeks at Willis Point Ford and didn t get looked at until I called the General Manager, John Crow. I had to end up calling the GM because Gary, the service director kept telling me for 4 weeks that he hoped to get to my daughter s car at the end of the week or the beginning of the next week. It s been 6 weeks now and they told my daughter it would be another month until they get the part and repair her car. In the meantime they do not have a car for her to drive. She needs her car for income as she is a delivery driver and she has an infant daughter!

The folks at WPF are top notch. Best car buying experience I have ever had. I drove 150 miles to purchase our Ford Expedition from them, and will buy all my new vehicles from them from now on! If you are within 200 miles from Wills Point you need to drive there to purchase your new Ford!
