Alexis and Casey helped me get out from under my branded title truck and get me in something more comfortable and reliable.Came in at 6:30 and had my new ford f150 by 10. They stayed late to get the deal done. Thoughtful responses and patient with my wife and I through the process. I truly believe the deal worked out good for both parties in the end.

Yet another small town dealership that can't seem to figure it out.I bought a 2015 titanium certified preowned f150 1 year ago. In my first 5 months of "ownership" with this vehicle, it spent 4.5 months in the shop.Within 2 days of owning the vehicle, the motor blew. Platinum fixed it under the warranty I purchased. After getting the truck back from the blown motor, the transmission went out 2 weeks later. Platinum fixed it under the warranty I purchased. 2 weeks after that, there was an issue with the transmission throttle communication that put the truck in limp mode. Platinum fixed it under the warranty I purchased. All work was performed at Platinum.Fast forward a little less than a year, and only 15,000 miles later... My heater hoses blew. 1 year and 15,000 miles later... And again, all work was performed at Platinum. Platinum said they will tow my truck to the dealership and perform the work since its under warranty. I then received a call saying my problem was not under warranty. The bill will be $1000 with an additional $500 for towing. The vehicle was towed from a mechanic shop... I never would have agreed to anything had I not been told it was under warranty.I am disgusted with their customer service. No care for the consumer. Just after the next payday.

Service Manager Jake was very professional and personally saw to it that the work to be performed was done in a timely manner, he put me in a loaner vehicle while my car was serviced. When I received my car they had washed it and detailed it so nice it looked brand new. I always have my car serviced at this dealership as I don t trust my baby to anyone else . All transactions here have been positive and they do solid work here.

Best dealership in Texas hands down. Drove from Lubbock to get a smoky deal with Jonathan Franco. He worked on the best deal I have ever got on any of motor vehicles. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a vehicle.

Went there last weekend to buy my wife a car and it went as well as you'd hope it would. Harry, the one who helped us pick the car (used 2019 Honda) and showed us the ropes of buying one, went way above and beyond to treat us with kindness and respect, and made the whole experience memorable.They were willing to work with us on finances and made the process of buying a used car much less painful then you would expect it to be. The warranty seemed rather good, and if it measures up when the time comes, I'll update the review on it. Overall, I was very impressed with the dealership and would recommend them.

I enjoyed a nice visit to Platinum Ford North this morning. I had a scheduled appointment to meet with a salesperson at 945 am and was running a little late, they called to conform I was still stopping by and when I arrived they quickly offered a hot cup of coffee since it was 34 degrees outside. My sales person was Connor and he was very professional and a good listener in trying to find the right car for me. We decided that the new Mustang would be a great car to test drive and I was looking forward to checking it out, I currently own a 2019 Mustang. When they could not find the keys for the car we were planning on we made a quick change and decided to try out the Mustang Mach-E Gt instead and I was very impressed by it. After the test drive I was able to meet the sales manager and general manager and both thanked me for coming out, I really enjoyed my visit and if I decide to get a new Mustang or Mach E, I will be heading back here to try and get the best deal. Thank you Connor and Platinum Ford North for a great low pressure experience!

Platinum s service department is first rate. They stay in constant contact with about your vehicle. The work is done in a timely fashion, they go that extra mile when dealing with extended warranty companies for you. I definitely recommend them. Go in and ask for Jake. I wouldnt normally leave a rave review from a place I didnt make a purchase from, but I had such a fantastic experience I felt obligated to leave some positive feedback for my dude Dontae McGee. Upon arrival he greeted me with great energy, I never once felt I was being pressured or swindled, and the communication was top notch over the week we talked. I cannot say enough good things about him. If you go to this dealership, make sure to ask for him by name!

I had a new truck delivered a year ago. It had a scratch gage cluster. The scratch is on the inside of the cluster where noone can touch. I have been promised they will take care of it for a year. At first it was part shortages because of COVID. After really getting upset at the end of last year, I was told they are getting a cluster from California. I asked for the cluster to be installed at a closer delaership since it is under warrenty. It turns they did not turn this in. It is not in the Ford system. I agreed to drive the hour to have it installed with my wife following so I could leave it for 2 days and then have her take me back the hour each way to pick it up. Here we are three months later and no gage cluster. This is the worst service I have ever seen.Well Well, here we are two weeks later 4/10/2024. The number I was asked to call below does not work. I tried on multiple dates. I then called the main number and was transfered to service. I talked to an advisor there that said I came up on the system and would check on the gage poackage and call me back the same day either with information or to let me know that he was still working on it and that he was sure he would have information no later than the next day. Well that was a week ago. I did not get the call back from him saying he was still working on it and I did not get a call back with any additional information. They simply do not care. No other way to put it. They are the absolute reflection of what Ford does not want in their dealer network. Its a shame they are buying many dealerships. Maybe Platinum can reach out to me for once. I bought a silver Raptor in Feb of 2023 and the area code of my phone number is (717). I am sure there is only one of these in the system.

Johnathan and his team offered the best experience when getting my car detailed.I did the pick up and delivery option and they were great about communicating with me and did a stellar job of the cleaning as well and I didnt even have to leave my house! I highly recommend them for your car needs. :)

Recently I went to this dealership to repair my car s rack and pinion steering. At first , in October, everything went well. My power steering was repaired in about two weeks and we were back on the road. Less 2500$ Assured of the benefits of a two year full Ford warranty. 30 days later the power steering went out again. It turns out the mechanic had made a decision to not replace the end rods on Our mechanism and they had broken the new system. Well that began another over two month waiting time for our car and an additional 2500 $ . Apparently it would have been more w/o the warranty? The 2nd time, we were ill informed about everything on our vehicle until the last two weeks. A young man, I believe his name was tyler took over our our case and was upfront about costs, progress, etc, he wS a breath of fresh air. all in all we were frustrated with communication and the time it took to fix our car. The car is running now. so it worked out. Tyler took over and did a good job in the end. not sure at this time i would go back to this dealership but if i do, i will ask for tyler.

If you decide to do business here, triple-check everything they tell you, do not try to purchase a vehicle at their other lots, and make sure you know what rebates you qualify for because they will not offer you any or honor them. This dealership has no shame, no accountability, and no respect.Quadruple check their numbers before signing anything and inventory. Do not take anything they say for face value. They sugarcoat, lie, manipulate, and finger point and it is just all really really GROSS. Worst experience buying a car and I have purchased quite a few. Also, NO returns so do not believe when they tell you they will take a new vehicle back. Another manipulation tactic.They are "blind" to their sister lots rebates and inventory (even though it is the same owner and they are all on the same website!!) Just make the drive to them and deal with the dealership directly or, better yet; just use another dealership altogether and avoid Platinum. They said "Yeah we messed up on multiple accounts throughout your purchase but, the ink is dry so here is $540" to go away as "nothing else can be done for you."They also said that bad reviews are part of the business and they brought in a New Sales manager Eddie to mitigate all their bad reviews so, I guess they will be just fine with my honest review.Take your money elsewhere and learn from my stupid mistakes.

Bought a car from here early December. Still haven t received registration. Temp tag expired 2/2. Called multiple people and left multiple messages over the last 2 weeks. No calls back. Finally had Michael Saenz answer but said I have a customer in front of me so said he could call me right back. 2 days later, still nothing. Even text him a reminder.Like most dealerships say whatever they can to get the sale, then you mean nothing. Be careful.EDIT: received a call from the GM. Got my registration a few days later.

I took my car in for a recall on the brakes. Everything else was fine when I picked it up they said I had a oil leak. I don t know what happened, but I did not have an old leak when I went in.
