We were on the road trying to make it to a local auto dealership for some necessary repairs and we couldn't continue on so we talked to the service reps and they recommended Jeff's. I talked to Judy/Dispatcher who was super great to work with and Javier/Tow truck driver got us loaded up and towed quickly and safely!!! Great team, great service! Highly recommend Jeff's!! MANY THANKS!!!

When a county official knows your company, you know it s a Godsend. I can t thank them enough for saving me when another company claimed they knew what they were doing and just drove off. Jeff s guy hooked my truck up in under 2 minutes and are so professional and courteous. IF U NEED SOMEONE CALL THESE GUYS.

My daughter and I had our Tahoe break down on the way to San Antonio. Jeff's Auto Rebuilders responded so quickly!The young man who came was great! He was kind, helpful, and put us at ease about our situation. Later, when I called Jeff's about towing our vehicle back to Brownsville, the lady who took my call was nice and respectful. We were able to drive our Tahoe back home. I am so grateful that our Roadside Assistance got them to tow us, and I highly recommend Jeff's for anyone who needs a tow around the Pleasanton area.

Whet in to set up an appointment in February of this year. They tell me they can't schedule me in until October. I said ok, I called to verify in August and they said yes, we're still on schedule. They also said they would contact me to again to verify. They never contacted me, so I called and they said I missed my appointment and that they sent out a text message. Well guess what, I never received a text or a phone call to verify. I asked what number did they used to text and just as I figured, they can't find that information. Instead of trying to figure something out, they want to reschedule me for January of 2024! I'm not wasting anymore of my time on this company and if this helps anyone else out, good!

I had a vehicle inspected for damage as part of a potential insurance claim. The summary I was given did not match a second opinion I obtained from the original dealership who made sure to point out the damages and showed me what it should look like undamaged.For the items they did list, their quote is more than fair. However, I'm left feeling that there was some oversight or lack of attention.

We broke down on our way to Corpus for a family vacation. This company was very awesome providing us a tow in their extended cab the rest of the way to our destination. We were able to fix our car and still make it to the beach so our trip wasn't a complete waste of time! Was very pleased with their kindness and services!

Last Sunday I was stranded alone on I35. My camper trailer had a major tire blow out. Alex responded so quickly! He called and said he was on his way and got there in less than 15 minutes. Cheerful, reassuring, and quickly got me back on the road!!! So grateful for his speedy reliability. And didn t charge an arm and a leg for responding when my trailer isn t covered by AAA.Service: Tires

Needed some help with my car ASAP, I walked in and asked for help because I live almost an hour away! I even offered to pay for assistance with my car, he came out after helping the first customers; lifted my car, personally helped with the undercarriage and told me not to worry about it! I offered twice to pay and he said he was just trying to help. I greatly appreciated the help! Great People there!

When I ran into car trouble, my insurance sent Jeff s Auto to tow me to a repair shop. Alex, the tow truck driver, was incredible - professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. He helped me make sure we were going to the right repair shop, and made the whole experience so much easier and more painless than it could have been. I d recommend this company to anyone!

I was stranded on I37 with my kids and Jeff's Auto Rebuilders sent Alex, who had us secure and safe and on the road home in about 15 minutes. What could have been a very bad evening turned out pretty fun despite the car trouble, my kids are still talking about how cool their buddy is and all the stuff he taught them about tow trucks. The rates were amazing too! Thank you!

Called for information on a problem with another towing company . Drivers company was refusing to take us in the cab with him. That would leave us stranded along side the highway. He offered to come out immediately, tow the car and take us with him in the cab. Very nice man! Fortunately, the other driver finally agreed to take us! Jeff was a big help!

Jeff is awesome! He picked up my family of 4 when we broke down on the side of the road. He got us to a garage in San Antonio just before closing and honestly was just so kind and helpful. Thanks so much Jeff, we are super grateful!

Jeff was great on my roadside assistance! I would love to call you so I can tell you the garage we took truck to is not desirable. They fixed my water pump but many parts loosened/disconnected to assure another breakdown. I was lucky and found these after I got home. I know my truck and those parts were tight before that garage touched it. Again Jeff, thank you and enjoy your next fishing trip. Loved the fish pictures you showed us!

These guys helped us so much, and after hours about 9 pm. We had had two blow outs in 3 days and were resigned to being stranded for another nights sleep in our truck. Jeff H(spelling?) Came and got us, helped us find a tire guy (actually called a friend in to help us after hours). He stayed with us to make sure we were okay. He really cares about people, if you have trouble out there Jeff will be on your side and will not quit until you are safe. Thank you!

Best towing rates in the area for semi trucks.My semi truck blew a head gasket on I 10 about 120 miles east of San Antonio. I called a tow truck from that area and asked for a rate. They wanted $2,500.00 to tow me back to San Antonio. I then called Jeff's Auto Rebuilders. They went all the way out there and towed my truck back to San Antonio and charged me less than half the price of other tow trucks. Thank you Jeff's. Definitely hot my recomendation

Thanks so much for the help last Friday. Trailer stuck on the side of the road, 95 degree weather and a friendly person both answering and coming to help us. Can't say enough about the service, the expert help to lift and reconnect our trailer. You always hope bad things never happen on the road but when they do it is nice to have folks like you to help out and put the bad behind you. Would highly recommend!

These folks are so wonderful. We were broke down out on Hwy 37. Useing google map system I tracked down Jeff;s Towing. He dispatched very quickly. Took us to a napa store and got us back on road. Thank you so much Jeff. These folk;s are reccomended by me. M&M Parker CO.

Today was the most trying as we felt tested, tail tucked..just no luck lately.....truck broke down in the middle of nowhere 35. 1 cell bar signal that was in and out no service...called AAA with fingers crossed my call wouldn't drop, was told it would be about 2 hours. Not 5 minutes after I hung up with AAA, Robbie Evans called kinda giggling on where we were exactly, because I know AAA really confused him.. He was there in 10 minutes, loaded up our truck on the flatbed in 5 minutes, bam! We were in tow 92 miles back to our home. This guy is a gem! Total asset to Jeffs Auto Rebuilder. If your broke down in this area or need body work done.....call these guys. Total professionals with great personalities! Thank you so much!

Great service. Was stranded on 37 at 10 pm with my young child, called Jeff s, and 15 minutes later was getting a ride home and my car towed.

They were only supposed to change my tire but yet he did not have a key for my car so I had to pay an extra $80 and I didn t even have to pay unprofessional
