The vehicle had a water leak. I took it there, and they repaired it pretty quickly, considering we showed up without any appointment or calling prior to our arrival. They perform many types of repairs at reasonable prices. They are a busy shop and it may be best to call first.

I was in need for service today because my brake line was cracked and my brakes went out on me. They fixed my car with in an hours or so.. they were very helpful and great service!! I highly recommend them!! Thank you!!

I went to this shop asking for some 2.5" pipe to be installed from my headers to my cats. They did that, but the routing was subpar, the welds were terrible and leaking, and on the passenger side collector, they actually used exhaust putty because they didn't take the time to disconnect the collector and weld it correctly.They also didn't adjust the length of the exhaust properly so that my spare tire would fit.I took it back and asked for them to fix it and to weld more pipe in where some of my pipe was corroding, they welded in a 2.25" pipe into the 2.5". Why would you do that? Use the same size pipe lol. Also, even though I provided measurements for them to make room for the spare tire, they still didn't repair it.The exhaust under my car looks terrible, so buyer beware.

Been having a lot of car issues, I had no idea what was wrong so I decided to bring it in to this shop and the service was AMAZING!! Not only did they have a mechanic available (as a walk in mind you) they were able to order the parts and install them for me the same day at such a good price! Lalo & Miguel greeted me as soon as I got there and were very helpful informing me and walking me through the process! The front desk secretary was SO kind and very attending while I sat waiting in the office lobby! Highly recommend this tire shop!!!

DO NOT GO TO THIS TIRE SHOP! Tire experience from hell!!! I WENT IN FOR A PATCH, the next day my tire was low went in again they said my rim was cracked so they changed out the rims. The next day my tire was low again. Went in again day 3 they said small slit on the bead of the tire. I came to Discount Tire to have the tire replaced and they said Alice must have messsed up the tire because there s no way there would a hole on the rim of the tire. Now I m out a tire when I only went in to get a patch from a nail. I called Alice shop at 4:30 and the lady said the guy is busy for the next 30 minutes. How convenient and said the rim was cracked omg I didn t now she was a mechanic too. Currently waiting to hear back from Alice Tire Shop!

Yeah I stopped in there in my 2015 Chevy Silverado I had my catalytic converter s removed I placed some exhaust pipe underneath there just to get to where I need to go real quick I stop in there and talk to the gentleman does speak English though the heavier set guy kind of corresponding for him he said 175 bucks to run two pipes off of the exhaust manifolds down cost of the transmission and turn them out right in front of the passenger side rear tire all right cool. they seem like reasonable people Yeah right sorry it s freaking shop in town four hours for welding about six welds maybe 1 inches in diameter for each pipe

Had my wheel bearing on my f250 cause issues. Took it to these guys as a walk in, they worked me into the day and had my truck done by days end. They even let me buy the parts and they install them which I highly appreciate. They were very fair with the labor costs. I d highly recommend anyone to this shop. I ll be getting more work done in the future.

I dont do reviews that often, but I was coming through town and needed catalytic converter work done. The guys in the shop and the lady at the desk were very helpful and fast. Very good prices won't try to RIP you off. He tells you the problem is and recommends what he thinks and lets you choose what you want done. Was never forceful or tried to sell something I didnt need or wantGreat peopleSpanish speaking and English

I called for a tire and the gentleman told me they had two of the same size tires I needed in stock so we went the next day. When I arrived a employee came out and got our tire size he then told us they didn t have our size in stock. We told him we had just called so he went and pretended to look. My husband then went inside and spoke to a woman who checked the computer and told the employee that there were two tires there and if he preferred she go check, he then came back and said they had the right tire. Thanks to the women in the office and the employee that answered the phone I got my tire. So I m happy with they re service.

Cold all over town nobody's open on a Saturday called Alice Commercial Tire and repair and they were not only available they were happy to help! Meli was very personable and professional upfront with pricing. Had all work performed and my vehicle back to me within the hour! I highly recommend Alice Commercial Tire and will definitely use them again.

Do not go to this place let me start by stating my reason i payed 86 for the alignment and when I got my truck back steering wheel was not centered .One rim was towed into much when I took the truck back in the guy tried to say its bacause I had a lift which they seen when they got the truck then tried to charge me another 86 again after I brought it back !! very Unprofessional to blame the customer for there mess up !! I could of had a reck because the alignment was not properly ajusted! when I was leaving the guy called me a b**** in his best English which was worser then my alignment lol

Alice tire shop has been a blessing to me since they opened, lalo and his wife are the sweetest persons not to leave out Miguel and the rest of the worker's . Just had a tailpipe installed in my SUV and workmanship was great looks great sounds great thanks Alice tire shop

These guys are some good and honest people starting with the front desk. Then the workers lalo and Miguel always have a good attitude a smile on there face . Also very knowledgeable in what they do and if they don't know they won't touch it , which is good. 5 stars from me

Had a low tire on Highway 37 going South to McAllen, Texas. Drove into Pleasanton and fortunately found this tire repair business. Lalo and Miguel were quick and honest. Fixed our nail damage and we were on our way.

I came in yesterday about 20 minutes before closing and a guy was drinking a beer then I asked him how much it was for the tire then he asked me how much money I had on me because the office was closed and he couldn t run a card and I replied no cash it s only on my card so then he brought me into the office and charged me $50 for a used tire and I asked if they had any other tires available because the one they gave me was beginning to bald already and they told me that was the only tire available. I will never go back to this shady place again.
