Had headlight restoration done for an old car with mostly blurred headlights. If you can't see the road clearly at night because your headlights are foggy, get your headlights restored at the Walmart Auto Center. With under $30, you will definitely wish you did it sooner!

Went to Walmart yesterday 2/19/2024.For the oil change and sensors, 4 of them on my tires at $35. Per tire.also $60And they put water in my windshield wiper tank. Not the wiper fluid.Also today 2/20/2024 they put me on hold for the past 20 mins.I'm trying to speak to a manager

Inventory in shambles. I had to sort through over 100 boxes to find an air filter and auto parts, and to make matters worse, the salesman just casually says oh they're always like that! So Walmart knows about the problem, and just doesn't care.

Do not ever go here. Discount Tire is less than a mile away and is infinitely better. I dropped my car off at Walmart to replace a blown tire, 4 hours later they call and say they don't want to service it because "it smelled like gas." Um, no it didn't?? So the next day I go back, take the blown tire off myself, and ask them to just put new rubber on the rim. I wait for 3 hours, no call. I eventually go back to the desk and ask how much longer it will be, and they said "oh we finished, here's your key." NO CALL? I don't even know how much time I wasted waiting when they were already done. Again they refused to replace my other tires because of a "gas leak." THERE WAS NO GAS LEAK. There was not even a trace of gasoline scent. I put the new tire back on myself and drove all the way home with no issues. THERE WAS NO GAS LEAK. They were just too lazy to replace all my tires. Please go somewhere else for any service needs.

My battery had gone bad and they were sympathetic when I drove in 30 minutes before closing. They took the time to replace my battery whereas two Firestone locations turned me away. Thanks for helping me get to work tomorrow!

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE FOR ANY REASON! They broke my glove box completely off trying to change my cabin filter and then didn't tell me until i got into car and it fell on the floor. I filed and incident report DAYS ago and corporate still hasnt called me back! It's thing to cost $1200 to repair it. I HATE WALMART. THIEVES

Drove from the location at Springcreek @ US75 to this location because they have worked on my car before & the latter store refused to work on my vehicle because "it was too low". This location didn't give me that excuse they just that they didn't carry my filter & couldn't get it. I informed them that location has done an oil change for me before & they said, we don't any more. Very disappointed in WACC. Make sure to call ahead instead of driving all over town trying to find one that will help you.

Guy with facial hair and pony tail was rude. I asked him if they were doing oil changes today and he looked at me and said I don t know it seems like we do them everyday. I don t appreciate someone responding like that when I genuinely had a question and was getting an oil change for my sick mother s car. My mom has been coming here for over 10 years for her car services. Disappointing.

Flat tire while out of town turned out well with this service center. They gave excellent customer service and we got 2 new tires (which we knew we needed) as walk ins in about 45 minutes!The female running the customer area was absolutely fantastic. That woman can juggle and still be both courteous and helpful!!!!

The team was great, friendly, and got me taken care of relatively quick for the volume of cars they had in line to work on (only about an hour wait)The only thing that would be better is if they stayed open a little later.

Went there for a oil change and was told my oil pan bolt was put in wrong so they refused to change the oil, they also left the oil cap off under the hood and by the time I made it home all of the oil was out of my vehicle and it was smoking, the shop manager advised that I drive the vehicle and go get a oil cap then go to the car wash and wash my motor and then bring him the receipt for purchasing the cap!!! This was clearly something you can never make up, every time I tell someone to is story they say you no not to go to Walmart for oil changes!!!!

The customer service is horrible. When I checked in with Ahmad, I was told that I would have a hour and 1/2 wait. It took them 2 hours to test and replace my car battery.

I called the day before right as they were about to close and asked if they had a specific tire that showed up on the website as in stock. The man said yes and I would come the next morning shortly after they open only to be told they don't have that tire and they have a way more expensive tire available. I couldn't afford to wait or shop around at that point so I begrudgingly went with it. I then asked if I could look at their tire library in the back and was told the tire showcase right in front of their station (aisle I34) is where they host all their tires. That's obviously not true, they have a back section where they store a lot of tires in varying sizes. That morning, the website even still said it was in stock. Please make sure your website is accurate about the stock of tires, please make sure your employees actually print out the paper that happens to know what tires are actually in stock instead of just saying they are, and please just say no if I'm not allowed to look at the back instead of telling me you pull them from the display section of aisle I-34. I only give them 2 stars because the price increase wasn't catastrophically bad and I could afford it but a lot of us can't.

Robyn who works the desk at this location has superb customer service. I have been to many other Walmart Auto Centers that do not have the same level of kindness and helpfulness.The auto service team's service is also superb. They are all very helpful.

I changed the entire tire two times within 20 months upon condition to provide the warranty. They gave me 50% discount for the first time claimed but second time they gave me only panic. This time my tire was flat then I visited on this Walmart dated August, 27. I requested to check about the flat tire. They took time more than 3 hours and told me to change the tire. I requested to provide the warranty but denied. I did not any option to go another store due to flat. At last I agreed to change the new tire brand of GOODYEAR. Once I paid and took my key after 5 hours, I checked my tire and found they changed DOUGLAS brand. Then I entered again and asked to the associate regarding this issue. Associate told me both are same brand. My concern is that why did not tell me the same thing before confirming.Next day I claimed compensation. After few days they called and assured me to provide 50% discount. Unfortunately I 'm not getting any compensation till the date. What the service and commitment!

When I pulled up this morning I asked about the wait and was told an hour. After waiting for over 2 hours, I asked the lady to scan my bar code to see if my car was ready yet. She told me there were 3 or 4 cars ahead of mine. I asked her to verify and she has major attitude. I asked to speak to the manager, an older blond approached with even more attitude and stated they were short handed and gave the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They pulled my car out and I went down the street to Take 5. My oil was changed as soon as I pulled up and I didn t even have to get out of my car! Get your employees and your customer service together, Walmart! If only I could give zero stars...

I bought tires from the auto center in April 2019 and they put my car in the system for lifetime balancing and rotation. But when I went again they removed my car from the system and denied to do the service. I have the receipt as well.Service: TiresService: Tires

Jeff the "service manager" was very bad, rude, and not helpful at all. Got my car in at 930 am for a simple battery change. There appeared to be maybe 1 car ahead of mine. About 11am rolls around and I ask Jeff how much longer it would take and the first thing that comes out of his mouth is "i dont know ". Unbeknownst to me they were under staffed. This was never communicated to me. They finished around 1130. Never coming back.

Purchased tires here 4 months ago. Told it would be just over an hour, but it ended up taking over 4 hours. I had to uber to work and come back. Then I came in to have a flat fixed today. Was told less than an hour. I have now been here for 2 1/2 hours and my truck is still on the lift.

Sam was absolutely auto deal with. Told me if I came by 7 he would take care of me, and he did even though it was 655. He could ve easily told me to leave the car and come back tomorrow, but didn t. You can really tell he enjoys taking care of people. Fabulous service.

Got spoiled by my previous Walmart Auto Center. When they serviced my Roadside Hazard Warranty they replaced my spare rather than just throwing it in the back of my vehicle. Also, if they didn't have time to complete a service they told me, rather than just ignoring my requests (tire rotation). I got the feeling I was inconveniencing them: I think they would have rather been smoking cigarettes outside the bay doors. You'll have more time for that in the future. I got the message and will take my business elsewhere.

Went to get my tire patched due to a nail. They said it couldn't be patched and we would have to order a new tire for $175 which wouldn't be in for another 2 days. So we decided to hold off. On our way home our tire went completely flat which was an extremely dangerous and scary experience!!! We had to call road side assistance to help us. Turns out the worker took the nail out of the tire without warning us!!! Which is a highly dangerous thing to do!!! I called to complain and was told a manager would contact me but never did!!! Totally outragous and unproffesional. Please never go here!!!

Went in to get my car fixed because I thought I had a bad battery. Car wasn t starting in the morning but I got it going later. They ran some tests and said it wasn t a battery issue and something else was not working with the ignition. When they handed the car back saying it was ready to go, they had turned it off. Had to get some guy to come jumpstart it just so I could find the next auto center to help me. That auto center said it was in fact a battery issue. I went back to Walmart and asked if they could fix it at a discounted rate because of the immense time lost. The guy said that the battery could have been alive and well when I left Walmart the first time, but that the next auto center simply disabled it to create a problem to fix. Eventually found an auto center to graciously help me out and offered a discount for all the trouble.

Wish I could give lower. They took 2 and a half hours to do an oil change and rotate tires saying it would take an hour. The tires didn't get balanced (even though it is suppose to be done free with rotation). I believe I will have to go back... I will go to a different location
