Went in to replace 4 tires on my Audi Q5, went in the day before to make an appointment, it was dine for the following day, when I went to replace tires, they told me it would be an hour, they took 2 hours to replace, once the tires where changed and went to the car, the check engine light was on, the check engine light doesnt come on for tires change.I Own a mechanic shop in Florida, I know what and how things are done, and the excusas they give are beyond lies.The cashiers where extreamly rude, the Manager was also extreamly rude and very unprofesional they made me wait for the Manager to come out and have my car check for the check engine light an additional 30 minutes.I would give zero stars if posible, but unfortunatly I have to give 1 star.Will be making a complaint at the TX DMV and BBB, it doesnt matter how good price they have, if the service that is given not even in a develpment country is given..

I went twice to WMT Plano auto shop. Found them good. Took my Camry for tire replacement and they got started almost immediately and replaced. The tech did not pay attention to still on TPMS light after tires replacement, but when pointed out, quickly checked. He told me to replace all as their batteries were dead. I bought them on Amazon and the next week went back for installation. WMT replaced them for free as their tires life time rotation & balancing service included it. Staff was also courteous. I am happy with the service received.

I am currently still waiting for tires to be installed. I purchased 4 new tires. I had appointment set for 9am install. I showed up on time and no other vehicles being worked on. So mot only did I have appointment time, but no other customers in front of me either way. I can change a tire in 3-5 minutes by my self. I do not have state of the art equipment. This is crazy 2 hours so far to put on 4 tires. Vehicle is a 2008 Toyota Yaris just for others to know. Little car very easy job. Please pay more to find qualified personal at Walmart. We as consumers provide enough in sales. You cut back hours open, we check our self's out, and we are harassed when walking out with our purchased items. "Can I see your receipt" it gets worse every year. For others... Walmart doesn't have the right to check receipt without cause. STOP!! STOP!! Letting the communists corporate conglomerate violate your rights. If they have suspension of theft they need to prove this is the case. Once an item is paid for it is yours inside or outside of store.

I placed an order to buy a tire and have it installed there. 30 minutes later the order was cancelled due to "unusual account activity" and a temporary hold was placed on my credit card. I then went there to make the purchase. I was told the tire mounting machine was broken and they were not doing any installation. I wonder whether "unusual account activity" was really "machine not working.". If they had honestly informed me, I would have saved a trip.

They are horrible. We had appointment at 10.00 am for tire puncture , after 1.15 hrs they came to conclusion that tire cannot be repaired. It s been 2.5 hrs and they have still not changed the tire. Disgusting service. We are still sitting and waiting.

Erika and her other friend might be some of the worst employees i ve ever seen. I m sitting here waiting for my car to be done after they made multiple mistakes that costed me over an hour. Her and her friend are sitting complaining about how terrible customers are today and how one older brown man smelled bad. So inexcusable. Terrible experience terrible humans

All I asked for was air in my tire nothing special , I was very rudely redirected to the back where I sat for over 10 mins , they are not busy & are currently just standing around while 1 car is in the garage ,they closed the doors both sides so it seem like they are going to play closed until actual closing time , thought I found a place to get my vehicle serviced obviously that isn t apart of the company mission I expected better

Worst auto care center , I come her only for Mobil 1 oil change. From the the last one hour they are working on my car and they didnt find the bolt to open for the oil change.Valvoline took 15 mins to change oil. This is the last time i come to walmart. Worst customer service.

I came in with an extremely long nail in a tire hoping to get it out. The Auto Care manager, Derrick Davis, was extremely welcoming and was glad to help me out. It is super apparent how much he cares about his customers and his associates, as well as maintaining the quality of the department. He is a man of integrity and understanding. The world would be a much better place with more people like him.

I am convinced that the auto personnel are new and don t know how things work. I came to get my oil and two tires changed and was told it would be 1.5 hours as I was next in the line of cars. After 3 hours they had only finished my oil. Also, I don t believe the guy changing my oil knew what he was doing as I watched the process and he frequently asked questions and looked confused when looking at the dipstick.Anyhow, I am still at the auto center and there is a line of customer irritated at an excessive wait time.Services: Tires, Oil change

Woman at the front desk was extremely rude. Told me they couldn't help me at 5:00 when they close at 7:00 even though there's three mechanics in there all talking to each other not doing anything and somebody laying down in the office. Wouldn't even look at me off her phone in order to give me a reason why

Tier is out of stock which was showing in stock when I made reservations the same day mrng at the auto care desk. They took 40 mins to update the paperwork

Busy and not the best customer service. Acted like they didn't want the business. Not a good look for first time customers. I understand stress, but you gotta just explain the situation and if a customer is willing to wait why turn away what's paying your paycheck.

My car had a flat, had it filled enough to make it to Walmart bc I had the tire warranty there. I waited roughly 1hr for them to tell me, they couldn t find a hole and even dunked it water to prove it. So okay, couldn t do anything about it and went home. Next day, the tire was flat again, so had it filled half way to prove that the tire was I wasn t lying/crazy and they said they found the hole immediately. Either someone is lying to exploit people or someone needs to be re evaluated about their work ethics. And still waited 2hrs.

Went there today on a busy Sunday afternoon for an oil change without an appointment. Yes, they were backed up with two hour wait but they were pleasant about it so I dropped off my car and walked home. They called me when it was ready and I walked over to pick it up. Ok, so there was a bit of a wait to pay and get my keys but they were busy so it makes sense. They did a long review of my car when they changed the oil and detailed their findings on the invoice. All-in-all I have to say I was happy with everything.

Bought tires at Walmart and they installed them on my car. I have a flat so i take it to Walmart and they tell me they do not work on German cars anymore. I said they worked on it when I bought the tires. They tell me they cannot touch German cars it's not their fault corporate says no. I ask about the warranty because it looks like it may be a defective tire and they say sorry we cannot touch German cars. You will be glad to touch my car when you can make money from it but as soon as I have a warranty issue "sorry new corporate policy". Also, their is a reason why you can't find a contact number or email for customer service issues on their website. They would need an army of workers to take care of issues like mine. Just read the other bad reviews for this place.Service: Tires

This is the worst Walmart auto center I've ever been to. Most locations have someone that greets you shortly after you drive up, but every time I've been here they never do. That is horrible when you have a dead battery, they expect you to turn off the car to go in and talk with someone, and of the two times I've been here with battery issues they said I'd be behind all the vehicles getting tire changes(3+ hr wait) like the oil person, greeter, and cashiers aren't trained for something as simple as a battery change. That wait is exactly why you should greet people before they leave their vehicle. better to let me know it is a 3hr wait before i turn the engine off than make me wait to get a jump start. I came here once for an oil change too, and while the wait wasn't as bad the rest of the customer service was the same.

Needed 2 trailer tires and rims nobody was at the service desk so headed to self check with them, unable to purchase there so we were sent back to Automotive again nobody at desk, employees were outside chatting while another customer and us were waiting. Finally 15 minutes later and after the other customer walked out and said something a female employee came in and began to help her with arranging an oil change. 5 more minutes go by another employee named Sahl arrived with us first in line he approaches the man behind us has him move ahead of us to another register even though that customer told him we were next and said she will help them. Finally 45 minutes into the whole ordeal she checks us out doesn't ask if we wanted a warranty or anything else shoves the receipt at us and walks away.Service: Tires

This is a pretty good location, the staff there is very nice and generous. I went there for wheel alignment and swap and it took ~ 1.5 hour. Guy was very honest and provided me the right estimate as well. After the work i could feel the difference while driving.

Monday evening I was in the middle of nowhere, in a bind with a flat tire and a flat spare. I had to leave my car on the side of the road because there weren't any tire shops open. It was a nightmare. The next day, I called this location and a sweet lady named Wendy, who was technically 5 minutes already off the clock, took her time to help me pull up my warranty and get it all printed out for me for when I arrived. She did this with a caring and sweet attitude that was greatly appreciated. When I arrived right around 5:30 that afternoon, a very kind lady name Stacey was there to help me. They were swamped with customers, the phone was ringing non-stop, and she had two computers going to stay on top of it all. This lady never lost her patience, she never got frustrated (when it would have been so easy to do with all that she was dealing with) she never lost her smile, and she never once made any of us feel rushed. She used two computers at a time even to juggle all of us. She was exceptional and gave the best customer service no matter how busy the service center continued to get. Every customer in there, including myself and my father left smiling and had a wonderful experience. This woman needs a raise or a gold star at the very least!! God Bless these two ladies that made such a hectic two days for me so much easier and more pleasant. There was also a man that seemed to be over the shop that was beyond helpful as well. I apologize that i cannot remember his name, but they gave wonderful service.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Every time I call they rarely answer the phone and if they do, they re never doing oil changes when I need one. I came up there at 5pm today and somehow even though they closed at 7, they aren t taking anymore cars an oil change takes maybe 10-15 minutes. I m done with this place. They need to be shut down. Service is terrible.

Had to buy tires. Service person was very nice to help me with my purchase and I appreciated his support. I wish I would have gotten his name but I was the first person in line when the service department opened and this was after an ice storm came through.

Pathetic service! Extremely rude staff. I called them and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I even visited them and the staff at the counter was extremely rude and did not provide me tire service despite of the fact that I had booked an appointment online and I reach there during my time slot. I would have given negative stars if that was an option.They kept my car for 3 hours to let me know that they can't do oil change for my car bacause they don't have certain tool. Really?It completely wasted my day, I couldn't fix my car today even though it has Maintainance Required sign on. So basically I am at the risk of break down, all because of Walmart Auto.The person who checked me out was cherry on top, didn't care to let me know that oil change couldn't happen as if I am going to get a dream.What a ridiculous service Walmart Auto.

I am deeply disatisfied with the customer service here. I waited 30 minutes in the driveway for the oil change bay and the lubes tech looked at me several times without making contact. Additionally the dept manager Bob came out a handful of times and too made no contact with myself or the other people waiting. After 30 minutes passed I was approached by lubes tech with no name badge. Whom asked if I wanted an oil change. I confirmed and he directed me inside. Which is not the normal procedure at any Walmart auto center. Because as he states "there normal guy guy isn't here." And so I proceed inside. Where yet again I am not greeted and there are already dissatisfied patrons waiting to be check out. Yet Bob and the terrible cashier Ashtok are doing unnecessary things well we are all waiting. And once they do step up to help. There is no customer service no greeting no apology. No anything. These people need to be retrained and Bob needs to be demoted. He has no business running a department he takes no control of. Overall this was a terrible experience and I will not return to this location.

My Father and I were riding around on a tire, actually 2 really bad tires of which one completely won't hold air for no more than mere minutes and with literally seconds to spair before the tire shop closed the Assistant Manager of the Department was closing down shop and after seeing Mi Padres tires said...No you ain't driving anywhere til' I put some new tires on your car! He was completely and utterly concerned for our safety first and stayed open late just for us!

I called several other Walmart s and this one on Ohio Dr was the only one that picked up the phone. I made a reservation and the process was quick and easy and the guys doing the work did a good job.
