Worst auto care experience ever. I got an appointment for oil change, and it took the guy names "Ryan" half an hour to check me in. They got my phone number right after I checked in, I would just shopping inside while waiting, I got text said my service started after another 30 minutes after I checked in. And after almost an hour waiting, I still got no text or call about my car maintenance finished. I go to the counter, and it is the same guy "Ryan". He give back my key, and told me, the service cannot start because they run out of oil filter. I asked him, "so you guys had nothing done in past two hours since I got here? Why don't you text or call me earlier?" Ryan told me, "Basically yes, nothing have been done. Sorry I forgot to tell you." And I am not the only one who has a problem, there are people wait in line in front of me waited a long time to check in, but no one come to them. Put the time wasted aside, auto department of this store has some serious issues on management.

Got an oil change and disaster. My 2020 Ram is parked and waiting on walmart to resolve claim to fix it or deny it. But a brand new truck is knocking because of a simple oil change gone wrong. I'm too sad to give details. The video is of the motor knocking

I ordered tires online and schedualed appoinment for installation. Twenty minutes there was enouph for me to cancel appointment and return my tires. Short story, chaos, understaff and poor service

Staff here is rude and dismissive. They will ignore you in hopes that you will just leave.I waited in line in my car for 20 minutes for someone to help me for an oil change. At that point I assumed they forgot I was there and got out of my car to get some help. They were very annoyed that I got out of my car and told me to go back and wait in my car. I waited 20 more minutes and nobody helped me still.

Not bad on a much needed oil change. They didn't try to up charge me at all. I was in and out very quickly in the afternoon. I recommend going around 2 or 3 if you can. I was the only person there at this time on a Friday. They were very efficient with checking everything. I recommend going to this location for an oil change.

Called twice to confirm an appointment to come get my tires installed. They said I'd get a text confirmation. I never got a text even though they asked for my number twice. regardless, I came in for my appointment and the employee says oh our compressor broke yesterday so we can't install tires today. They never called me to let me know that and when I was waiting to be helped, an employee noticed I was waiting for help but he didn't help me until another employee told him to do so.

Took them two and a half hours to put a new battery in my car. They had a tire guy that was leaving soon, so everyone had to help him. All of the customers that wanted tires were served before me even if they came after me! I had to complain to get service and they sold me the wrong battery!

The team on Sunday was hard working and great at customer care AND service!!! I was really glad I pulled in for my air filter replacement. I highly recommend them and will be back in the future.

They were closing in 30 minutes when I arrived to replace the car battery. The manager helped me immediately and replaced my battery in 10 minutes himself. He was super nice and efficient. The service I received at this Walmart Auto Care Center was extraordinary, I would give 20 stars if I could.

Just left me sitting there for 10 minutes and didn t ask what I was there for or anything. Sounds like I m being a pain but it takes me 10 minutes to drive down the road to a real auto shop and them already start working on my car. No reason to go here. Also I was attacked by a lot of moths?

They did a good job, and I feel most of them were very helpful and polite; but the man at the register talked down to me a little. I didn't like that. Not my favorite, but I would still go again.

Came for battery replacement and oil change. Upon arrival I stayed in the line with two people ahead of me for over 45 minutes. The only one guy checking us in was very slow but accurate.I walked the Walmart floor for almost 2 hours and was never texted or notified that my car was ready so I went to the auto cashier whom was not present for more than 30mins. A guy named Cordrick, "team lead" per his name tag, appeared with a poor attitude. At this point there was several people waiting in line. Upon my turn at checkout I had to ask many questions because there was nothing ever explained to me.Overall the price was great for what I needed done but the customer service due to the employees was less than expected especially for Plano.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

Avoid coming here. I ordered the tires online and received a message to come and pick up and install them. At first they told me they aren't honoring any appointments and wanted to send me home. After arguing they asked me to go and talk the technican outside. I went outside and they told me the wait time is 2 hours, I desperately agreed. The tech marked the tires as picked up and asked me to go and check the status inside. Upon checking with inside manager, only one tire arrived. So I asked to cancel installation and reschedule for another time. I pick up the keys and went back home. To my surprise I found that the two tires were marked as picked up so I called customer service. Customer service refunded me and canceled the rest of order and told me at the end that the two tires actually arrived at the Walmart and was surprised that they were not able to see that. Very upset about the 2 hours wasted from my day today because someone cannot do his only job right.

Manager Ali, you need to educate your crew to understand paperwork.The guy see road hazard warranty still charges for flat tire, when I asked for manager, he said he is the manager(with a lead batch,lol) He spoke with some other fellows and said I still have to pay. Save everyone time Mr Ali, educate the crew please.

The young man in charge of changing the oil is very professional and tasteful and his smile is one of the best, but I am waiting with three other people waiting for someone to pay the bill! there is nobody!! We have been waiting for more than 20 minutes and the problem still persists and we are waiting!!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

There were two technical in duty. One was taking care of orders. Other one was taking his real sweet time to work. There is no courtesy. There is no responsibility. Inside there was no cashier in tire center. Three lanes in Walmart tire center with one working technician.Think Walmart think.Service: Tires

Purchased road hazard insurance on a set of new tires. A few months later on my way to work, one of my tires was badly punctured to the point where it wasn t repairable. At the time of the incident, luckily there was a tire shop right across the street from where I popped my tire and I was able to have it quickly fixed. But because I had someone else other than Walmart change my non repairable tire, the insurance on that tire was voided. Walmart s road hazard policy on their tires is ridiculous. I wish I would have known prior to adding the road hazard insurance.Service: Tires

They are closing early here all of the time. It is 3pm and the associates here just sent two of us away without even speaking. If it is because of Easter then post or say that . But this happens all of the time.

0 stars if possible, had an appointment to replace one tire at 9am, arrived at 8:55am, no one coming out to check us in, I went inside 4 times talked to the clerk and they kept saying they will come out, two hours later they checked my car in even though I was there first they took other cars in before me that didn t even have an appointment, the Manager Ali is horrendous at his job, the crew is incompetent and slackers, old technician with white hair is mean came out and had an attitude, all I needed done was one tire changed that I already paid for and had an appointment, it s been 4 hours and still nothing, please avoid this location, for all of you in the comments call corporate bring this up to their attention and get them to replace the entire crew with people more qualified, just awful

Very bad service. It took almost two hours to put it one tire on the car. And the shop was not even busy. It was pretty ridiculous. Do go there.

Customer service is limited in knowledge and show NO concern to assist and to correct issues. Wal-Mart Corporate office does not care to hear or resolve customers issue they are experiencing in their stores.

I ordered tires from here because, obviously, walmart has the best tire prices. The tires came 4 days earlier than anticipated,which was fantastic. However I waited 4 hours and 25 minutes for the tires to be changed. I truly believe they only got me finished and out the door because they wanted to leave for the day. I understand that these things can take some time, and I was told that "there could be a bit of a wait", but come on, more than 4 hours?I seriously reccomend getting your tires out on elsewhere. Or planning on spending the day. The wait is outrageous.

06:20 pm I m in line to be there for oil change the whole crew saw me one car is there at front of me they seen me waiting on line, My turn is come the closed the shutter on my face and saying you re here 5 mins ago specially the young man there African American. He is so rude and I going inside to talk with manager nobody come to talk crazy crew. Never go again there
