I went to get an oil change and get a car inspection. The ladies that serviced my car Kayla and Gracen were awesome. They were nice and professional but at the same time very caring. I went there last year and lI definitely saw an improvement from thenI shall come back

I went to Valvoline on Jupiter Rd (04/11/2024) and received excellent services. I am a regular customer of VALVOLINE from Arkansas (home) to Plano, TX (retirement home) and the services is outstanding. The young man name Kyle on Jupiter is friendly, kind and professional.I really thank you Kyle for your help.

I've been going to this location for several years, and I always get consistent and friendly service, and they don't try to upsell you on blinker fluid.The pups agree there's some cheer to be found here. A special thanks to Kayla for adding tail wags the entire rest of the trip

I ve been getting my oil changed at this Valvoline for years and they ve always done an amazing job, but this time, they truly went above and beyond my expectations. I had a skid plate that was dragging underneath my car. They zip tied it up for me at no additional cost. The crew here never tries to nickel and dime me, and I feel like I can actually trust them. I am not a car guru, I know close to nothing. This crew makes me feel confident that I am getting what I need!

In and out quickly! There were 2 cars ahead of me and I was done within 23 minutes total not bad I d say. I appreciated the multiple inspections they do on the car while the oil change is being performed! Even checked tire pressures and added washer fluid. One of the few places that carry the 0W-16 oil my car needs as well. Definitely recommend!

Drive thru oil change for 40 or 60 or 80 dollars depending on the oil. Always done in 15 mins or so. Very fast and great deal. They even told ne about a 7$ discount without me asking and helped me claim it on my phone.

I appreciate the fact that cars are not my thing but Brandon was there last time and this time I went to this location, which I love how close it is. He is very knowledgeable and not trying to upsell me but making me aware of future maintenance on my car. You can always find a coupon on their website cause they might not be the most inexpensive but they are trustworthy and I'd rather pay more for quality service, plus they do provide many other services. Kyle was great today as well when I went in today. Thanks guy's!!Service: Oil change

My maintenance light came on while on my trip to Plano Texas, so I had to make an unexpected stop at this valvoline. The Staff were absolutely helpful and friendly. The assistant manager Kayla went above and beyond explaining as to why my oil light came on a month and half early and even suggest alternative route to avoid traffic congestion! Happy I stopped by at this location.

Having previously had a very unpleasant experience at a different location that I used due to having a coupon for an oil change and also inspection performed, I came back to this location. I have always used this location exclusively for all of my oil change and state inspection needs and will continue to moving forward. The staff, Andrew in particular is very helpful, honest, knowledgeable, and provides advice and recommendations with the customers best interests in mind. I e been coming to this location for years and will now go no where else as I always have the best experience!

These people, screwed my oil filter so tight it stripped the lining and caused my car to leak oil for months until take 5 fixed it. You guys are pure trash! Don t ever go here for an oil change!

Come check this place out when you need an oil change. They were quick and honest with the repairs they made. They showed me my air filters that was supposed to be changed by the previous care care company and were not. I appreciate the service they provided. I was in and out within 20 minutes

Fast and friendly service. Prices are fair. Discounts and coupons, for most services, can be found on their website. Thoroughness of vehicle checks varies by technician. For instance, the inspection of the vehicles cabin filter (only check I've failed to receive out of the 12 or so visits) has only been performed twice by the same technician both times. Quality, in my opinion, has always been exceptional.

Bad and really worest place. They need only money than quality work. After they did oil change they open and live the cover under my car and they no change the stiker on the wind shield.

This place is the BEST!! The last company I used literally jacked up my car, to the point of having to get rid of it. Once I got a new car I was super reluctant to go anywhere to get the oil changed, but I am so happy I came here. The staff and service are 1000% amazing, and there efficiency is unremarkable. I will only go to them for I m now on with any vehicle and totally recommend for inspections, oil changes and tire rotations.

I came to get my oil change here a few months back only because it was last minute before I left town and it was the closest place to me at the moment. Needless to say the customer service was so great I ve been back over and over again. Starting from management all the way down to the service guys this place is amazing! I can honestly say that it s a pleasure bringing all of my vehicles here for service. I m recommending everyone to this Valvoline location. Customer service is out of this world and I feel like family is working on my vehicle. 5 stars all day!

Holy cow. This was the best oil change experience ever. Not even close to exaggerating. I stopped by 30 minutes ago and there was no line. I don't think I was even in there 5 minutes start to finish. The guys are very nice and professional; each playing a part in the overall process. You can tell they take it seriously, because they move like clockwork while topping off fluids, checking lights/tires, and completing the oil change itself. Prices are fair too. This is not a place charging you $35 to replace an air filter that goes for $14 online. I won't take my car anywhere else from now on. Great job fellas!

I try and do all my maintenance myself, but when I can't, Valvoline is the only place I trust.This particular store is fantastic!Everyone is kind, does a great job explaining what's going on under the hood, and gives suggestions for products that may help extend my vehicle life (oil/gas/transmission additives). They'll even put those additives in for you at no additional cost!

I cannot have a higher recommendation for this place. I drove in and was immediately greeted with smiles and action from the staff, they had my oil change started quickly. The team had a great flow and dynamic, just from the waiting room I could see them working together and laughing. They had my car done in less than 15 minutes. As I was walking to my car, one of the staff came running over because he saw I had a ladybug on my shoulder and he didn't want it to get injured as I got in the car. As a insect enthusiast, I was so excited to see the level of car pass from the customer, to my vehicle, to this little creature. It made my heart so happy! I will definitely use this shop again ! Thank you guys for a great experience!!
