I recently visited Valvoline Express Care and Quick Lube for maintenance on my daughter s car and was thoroughly impressed by their service. From the moment we arrived, the welcoming staff made us feel at ease. They were exceptionally transparent, taking the time to show us all of the manufacturer s service recommendations for the car, which I found both informative and reassuring. The pricing was fair and clearly communicated, so there were no surprises when it came time to pay.What stood out to me was the professionalism and friendliness of everyone we encountered, from the person who greeted us upon arrival to the manager overseeing operations. It s evident that customer satisfaction is a priority for them, and they go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Valvoline Express Care and Quick Lube for their outstanding service and commitment to excellence. They ve certainly earned my trust and future business.

My wife and I are new to the area and we looked for a good mechanic, someone we could trust to not rip us off. We found this awesome shop. Awesome staff, very knowledgeable and professional.Ivan and his team are very upfront and work with you to find the work you need. They dont try to bully you into services you dont need and they arent in the business of taking advantage of us. Love this place. My wife and I will be taking our Mercedes and Subaru here from now on. 10/10. I recently had an outstanding service experience at Valvoline, and it was all thanks to Yoshi, and Caleb. They educated me on everything my car needed but also efficiently took my car in and completed the oil change in record time. This was truly the best oil change experience I've ever had!

Feel totally scammed. A coupon tricked me to come in for an oil change. They tried to scam me on an "engine flush" and my car stank of gas after he got done. I don't know if he was that dirty or if it was intentional, but now I get to drive with the windows down to try to avoid a headache. They also didn't top up my fluids or check tire pressure or anything. Terrible terrible terrible.

The guys did a great job on our oil change. Very fast and professional. Customer service was over the top. They offered us refreshments multiple times during our short visit. We will certainly be back!! Oh, and we even got a complementary free car wash next door.. We seriously needed one for our vehicle. Great job guys!!!!

Thank you for your quick and honest service! Brought my car in for AC work and couldn t be happier with how great these guys were.
