UPDATE: still the best!! Honest work from honest people! I need to go to Houston and thought I had to replace a tire. They found steel coming through my other tire that I couldn't see. After feeling what they found, I'm so thankful because I'd probably end up on the side of the road somewhere 200 miles away. Also, the prices are reasonable and competitive. This is definitely my new tire shop!

Found a large bolt stuck in my tire. This is literally One of the only shops around that performs patching of tires. I tried 6 shops. Patching tires isn't a money maker, but it is a great customer service option. Grateful they took the time to fix my tire and got me back on the road safely.

Very friendly and courteous to customers . I have been referred by discount tyres shop for flat tire fix and the team fixed it in 10 minutes. I would recommend anyone to turn up here for their needs.

I tried to talk to someone about getting some work done on my vehicle, except I was being ignored after the third time asking finally someone said he s the owner, which I highly doubt he was the owner because I asked for the boss of the establishment Since I was Getting treated very negative but their employees Still just trying to ask the question. The guy pointed to the side of the building and said just wait right there and brushed off the whole question asked and went and did something else. I don t know what kind of circus these guys are running here But they should have someone to greet the customers With respect instead of some disrespectful unpleasant employee

I went to get my tire repaired, but they made the tire hole bigger and said they couldn't fix it and touted the tire. Make bigger holes in tires and get paid.

Came for a patch and they ruined my wheel. Talked to the manager about it and they blamed me for the damage. Don't come here unless you want your wheel ruined and then blame for it.

Unique Tire Shop saved my life, literally! I hit a median and they changed my tire and also showed me an issue that would have caused an accident. They were so friendly and cost hundreds of dollars less than what I was quoted elsewhere. Definitely will be a returning customer!

When i was needing a tire patched up during the busiest time of the year, these guy's saved my life and time by 100%. Always support small businesses. They go an extra mile, and they were able to get me back on the road in no time. It was a day in which I stopped at discount tire and was advised to wait for an more than hour which I didn't have in the day, and I was far from home. These guys took care of me immediately and got me back on the road in no time. Thank you.

Fair prices & quick service! Both gentlemen that I spoke to were kind & helpful. Those young men were moving the entire time I was there! Even though they were busy, I was in & out in under 30 mins. I had checked 2 other tire shops before I got to this one. One charged a higher price & the other didn't service 26 in wheels. I would definitely recommend.

Their work is superb and with honest pricing? Don't look away. I brought and outsourced the parts myself and had them replace an upper and lower control arm with front sway bar links for $420, alignment included. They did it in around 5 hours. Another local shop was quoting us $2100 for everything to replace it. That's right, over 2k!! Unbelievable, not everyone has that type of money laying around. Might as well put down for another vehicle by then. These guys saved us and our Tahoe hasn't driven better in years. I'm not sure why we didn't find these guys earlier! If you need someone who is affordable, honest, and local, I highly recommend them! We will be back for any other auto needs. Also, great deals on tires. Thanks Unique Tire Shop! Keep up the great work from another happy customer.

The guys here are extremely honest and have excellent service! Best tire shop in Plano for used or New tires without any hidden fees or trying to sell you anything that you don t need! Been coming here for more than 7 years and I wouldn t go anywhere else!

Had my dually flat bed company truck literally went everywhere to find a tire shop that would work on my truck & have to a tire for my truck so if you got a company vehicle that needs new or used tires they got it they do patches & plugs too but no complaints they will get it done..

Excellent and fast service. They can fix impossible flat tires. They work as a team, accelerating the service and decreasing the wait. They have a good selection of used tires that look almost like new. They offer rotation, tire mounting to and dismounting from wheel, balancing, etc. I've used them several times for tire issues, but never for mechanical issues, so I don't know how they work. Prices are inexpensive and fair.

Honest and courteous service. The service was prompt and professional. The discussion as to the state of my tires was very transparent and they provide a few suggestions for my truck. Will definitely bring my business back to them. Spanish bilingual staff is defintely a plus as well.

I had a nail in my tire and previously stopped by Discount Tire to have repaired. The nice rep at Discount Tire informed me that all 4 of my tires would need to be replaced. I then looked up the next closest tire shop and Unique Tire Shop popped up. With in 15 minutes and less than $15 my tire was repaired and I was back on the road. Great, fast, customer FIRST service!

I was prepared to replace tires.. They were honest enough to tell me It wasn't necessary. Removed a nail that hadn't done damage. I paid him for bring a nice young man. I will go back.

They fix my rim faster than the time I was told and had me pay 50% for the new tires. I m highly satisfied! Definitely coming back here when I have a problem

Brought two tires from this place and they sold me tires that were no good. Went back and was told they could do nothing. Worst customer service I ve experienced. Definitely would advise looking else where for reliable parts.
