This is by far one of the most pleasant experiences as far as having maintenance and repairs done to my Ms Fancy aka GLE350. First Expect to be greeted by the sweetest smile given by Ms Sandy at the front desk. Then, Jeff & Jason and the others are a dream to work with. Even though I absolutely hate dealing with car stuff, I only want to gas and go! But coming here has been straightforward and upfront. No surprise fees or ridiculous over charging. As a single woman I can trust this shop to be honest and fair. I will continue to come here and refer others!

I took my Mercedes to your shop and you replaced the charcoal canister on my 2015 Cla 250 and the check engine light came back on 3 times. I dropped it back off to you 3 times to fix it. The final time I thought it was fixed but 500 miles later the light came back on. I almost just gave up at this point. But I just dropped it off today at another shop to give it one more try and they said you guys didn't plug the hose up to the canister. So that's why the check engine light was still on. Now I have to pay these guys to take parts off the car again to get to the hose because it's in a tight area. Very disappointing this happened paid you guys almost 1500.00 dollars then have to pay them 750 to put the hose on that you missed when replacing the canister. That shop said if it was them that made a mistake like this they would refund for the labor I messaged you guys and crickets ever since.

If I could Tommy s European 20 stars I would! They are awesome! We took our 2008 Mercedes there it had a massive oil leak, and needed a belt and pulley job as well. They got us in and out the same day. Great prices! Their customer service was incredible. If you have a foreign vehicle I that needs service I highly recommend Tommy s European!!!!!!!

Great customer service, fast turn around to get my vehicle back. Provided updates throughout the service and even paid for a Lyft to pick me up from work to bring me to get my vehicle back. This is my new go to mechanic.

Please note, I tried to leave 0 stars and couldn't.....I won't go as far as to bash this company but the technician C. Browne did not repair what we paid for. Since moving to Texas, I was in search of a reliable mechanic in the Plano area for 2014 GLK 350 and this was a fail. Not to mention there were tools left under my hood. Not even a month later, my car is now in ANOTHTER shop, pending repairs for the issues that were allegedly fixed. . . when I was only there for an oil change. I'm not one to complain, but when I feel that I have not received excellent customer care as promised I have to say something. I will not return to this shop for a resolution due breached trust. Why would l allow a repeat? However, if the owners so happen to read this review and would like a conversation, I'll be more than happy to discuss. My suggestion to any potential clients to this business, stick to what you're requesting and seek a second opinion if possible.

Not sure if I ve ever written a review, but these folks deserve one. They undid some of my own handy work and got my Stelvio s computer systems back to good, and at a fair price. Highly recommended for Alfa Romeo needs in the Plano area! I left with the impression that they re an integrity-driven shop. Will be back to follow up on a recommended repair. It always sucks to dish out extra money for your car, but it s refreshing to have a trusted go-to.

I made an appointment a week in advance for my 1985 el camino. On the website I didn t see anything about them not taking cars older then 96. I originally made the appointment for the plano location then was told to go to the denton location because they had people better suited to work on my car. thought i received a message from them stating they had people in denton that can work on my car they never sent me a message stating they wouldn t work on my car. to even get my car there i had to rent a trailer and go thought the trouble of driving an hour and some to their location for them to tell me they don t work on cars older then 95. they wouldn t look at it or anything.

Tommy's has serviced my car several times. They have done a great job each time. They even let me use their shuttle vehicle over the weekend before when my car stayed at their shop for some time. I definitely recommend using them!

Tommy s European went above and beyond the service.They have performed timing cover replacement and coolant pump on my MB GL 450, they have also performed regular maintenance for my Maserati Levante at fraction of coast dealer would (Dealer estimated 2K for Oil, Coolant, brake flush and wheel alignment).They made sure that all repairs are done on time backed with warranty and my satisfaction.I would highly recommend Tommy s European to anyone who wants to take their European cars in good hands.

Great and appropriate service with clear upfront pricing. I took my 22 year old vehicle to get some work done that I thought it needed but they explained why it was not needed and that something else that was a priority had to be addressed. They were able to source a part that was difficult to obtain and get it installed. They have wifi and a comfortable waiting area so you can wait and work there on your laptop if you have to. Highly recommend.Service: Auto brake repair

Loving this local shop. Has been servicing my X5M for a few years now. Reasonably priced, great attention to detail. They re friendly with an informative customer service. It s well maintained and they ve given me a ride home after dropping off my vehicle. Highly recommend for BMW car owners.

Tommy s European offered the luxury car experience in an more quaint environment. The staff was kind and professional. The service was prompt and done correctly the first time. The price was reasonable and best of all they offered wireless payment options. I paid from my living room.To ease the strain of returning to retrieve my Benz, the staff delivered it to my home.It s only Tommy s European for my Benz! I've used Tommy's a few times for a few different vehicles and I've always been impressed with their work. They do a great job diagnosing, repairing and communicating status and updates. I especially love the feature where they send me a text/SMS of the repair write up and I can go back to them months later. I ve been visiting Tommy s for a couple of months now after googling places nearby. My car was always in need of something. Every one here at Tommy s is so sweet and caring. Both times I ve had my car serviced they ve been quick and on time. They ve even dropped me off at work and they ve dropped my car off both times. They go above and beyond to make sure you re satisfied and their waiting area is so clean and tidy. If you have any type of European vehicle I d recommend you take it to these folks. My first experience w/Tommy's European was more than I expected. The customer service was outstanding and the explanation of the service provided and other preventative maintenance items needed was outstanding. I will definitely be revisiting for all of my vehicle(s) service needs. I would definitely recommend giving them a visit for any service/repair you may be in need of!!! The advisor and tech were courteous and attentive to my vehicle concerns. The repair work was done to my satisfaction after the repair was completed. The car was delivered to my home which is about 70 miles from shop that was extremely helpful and professional. Great experience, went for a first time oil change through them. They had a $69 special for my Audi, so I lucked out. They keep you informed the whole process and even send you progress pics and pics for recommended work. I had an appointment for noon and was out of there by 1:15, can't beat that!

I brought my Porsche 911 here, due to an oil leak. Since the time I set my appointment, to when I picked up my car, the whole experience was comforting. Very welcoming, provided a loan car, fixed my leak, warrantied their work, & also gave me a thorough inspection report with foreseeable issues. I was impressed by every aspect of their professionalism. Hopefully this wasn't a fluke, almost too good to be true.Side Note: Their place is kept clean & tidy. along with plentiful drinks & snacks.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I have recently had to have major back to back repair jobs done on my 2011 Mercedes Benz GL450 due to the age of the vehicle. Trevor and the rest of the staff has always been professional and straightforward with what needs to be done. No one likes surprises, so they will be honest about what needs to be repaired immediately or if can be postponed, particularly if you are budget conscious like me. This is the repair shop everybody is looking for. A+ for technical competence. A+ for business practices. They are not looking for things to charge you for. They just do what is needed. I've taken my Mercedes there for years.Earlier this week I had my car in for diagnosis of a problem I felt might be a worn rear suspension component. The technician spent more than half a day going over the car before giving it a clean bill of health. He also gave me a heads up about a couple of things that didn't need repair right now but that might need attention within the next year or so. Tommy's ended up charging me just the nominal diagnostic fee. I know they lost $ on this job, but they know this kind of service is what brings customers back.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Recently the break light came on in my 2012 Audi and from previous inspections of the breaks I knew it was time to replace the originals. Upon doing research I came across Tommy's and alike others in the area. The initial phone call just felt different from all the others and decided to give them a shot. I could not be happier with this decision. The work was flawless and completed ahead of schedule. When I need a ride to get back home for work and my transportation was delayed at the drop off, they grabbed a loaner to get me there. Thank you for making this a great experience!Service: Brakes

Went to Tommy s European with my BMW 535 and had a great experience. Vance and the team there were extremely helpful and responsive. The team at Tommy s European Auto is fantastic! I have gone here a few times from doing synthetic oil changes for my Audi to side mirror repairs and complete replacements of my rear brake lights. Each and every time the customer service is on point! I truly appreciate Jerry and Sandy too, they are always looking to present all the options and doing right for the customer.
