10/10 recommend getting your Auto Glass needs done at Titan Auto Glass. I chose to get a quote on their website, and a technician (Jason Brown) contacted me immediately via email with a quote and more information. The pricing was very reasonable, and honestly better than I had seen through my research. We exchanged a few emails back and forth, which were very speedy on the technicians part. (Jason also did the repair on my windshield).When I showed up, I was checked in by the most amazing service associate (Ms. Whitney). She was extremely friendly, personable, and just bubbly overall. I went in feeling upset that I needed to spend money due to 2 chips on my front windshield, but her personality made me drop the poor attitude almost immediately. Honestly, she needs a raise!! That's how great she was. I overheard her joking with the technicians and another older customer, and I could tell that she tries her best to find a way to relate to all of her clients (to find something in common to talk about) in some way to make them feel comfortable. But it a genuine way. She went out to my car, checked out the damage, and gave me my options/detailed information for each.I gave her my answer and one of the technicians, Eli, immediately took my keys and started working on my car. It took about 3 games of sodoku and I was handed my keys back. (15-20 minutes maybe?)Melanie checked me out and seemed to be very friendly and joked with me (whoever hired these ladies really did seek out people with great customer service skills). She handed me my receipt and even gave me 2 coupons which gave $20 off each on my next repairs. Honestly, if I had these before my repairs today, one coupon would have covered 1 of the 2 chips I had!!Oh also, in my pictures, you can still see the chips if you look hard enough, but Whitney did warn me that the humidity on cloudy/rainy days, such as today, would make the repair look more visible. But since it's spring time and it's supposed to rain the next few days, we both decided that more visible was better than letting the chip grow to a big Crack by waiting for a sunny day.Overall it was great customer service and stellar repair service. You need to try them.

I recently had a rear roll down window replaced on my Jeep Grand Cherokee. The technician came out to my house was on time and expedient, done within 45 minutes. Window looks like new and like nothing ever happened. Great job. I highly recommend Titan Auto Glass.

Super easy to work with. They got my windshield repair approved by my insurance co while I was on the phone. The repair guy was fast but careful. After installing my new windshield, he moved my license sticker & toll tag over to my new glass for me. Happy customer here.

I am extremely impressed with the quality of service they provide. I found out my rear windshield was broken at 6:45AM and I was able to get an appointment at 8:00AM to replace it. I was particularly impressed that they cleaned out every piece of broken glass in my trunk without any prompting.In summary, this is a great company and highly recommended by me.

New windshield installed at my home. Quick response on Saturday with ALL-IN quote. Great communication scheduling on Sunday. Job completed successfully by 2:30pm on Monday. Courteous scheduler and service (Arturo). So far, I recommend to anyone needing services they offer. I'll give additional feedback, if necessary.

I recently had my windshield on a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid replaced by Titan Auto Glass, same day service, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. From the first call to the completion of the job, their service was top-notch. Art, the technician who handled the replacement, was a true professional. He was not only skilled in his work but also very courteous and helpful, answering all my queries with patience.The replacement was done in a timely manner, and the quality of work was evident. The new windshield was perfectly fitted and thoroughly checked for any issues. Regarding cost, I found it quite reasonable, especially considering the quality and speed of service provided.My overall experience with Titan Auto Glass and Art was very positive. I would definitely recommend them for their professionalism, skill, and customer service. Excellent service all-around!

Outstanding experience. Had to replace the windshield on our car with all the high tech gadgets. Called Titan based on their reviews and they got my information and contacted my insurance to arrange the repair. The installation and calibration took less than two hours. Highly recommend using Titan.

Very pleased with my experience. Same day service at Plano location. Whitney was professional, knowledgeable and organized the insurance claim with me. The windshield replacement went smoothly. Everything was first rate. I will use them again.

I was at a famous national windshield repair shop at 845am. They told me they couldn't help me because they don't have that glass, so then I googled another shop and I found titan auto glass. Titan answered the phone with excitement and with a tone of helpfulness. He answered all my questions, he had no problem picking up the glass at the warehouse. I dropped my car off and it was done in a short time. The front desk employee Whitney was amazing! She also was knowledgeable. Titan wants your business and they show you with the greatest service experience of windshield repair. 5 star service, customer relations, and accurate workmanship. Stop looking at other shops and make an appointment.

Was able to schedule an appointment to give my windshield fixed the next day at my driveway, and only took 45 minutes. Price is also cheaper than Safelite.Highly recommended

With the recent temp changes my windshield developed a small crack. One bump later it was across my windshield. I called over Titan and had it swapped out within a day. (truth be told, they could ve done it the same day but family logistics got in the way). The tech was cordial/professional, and was done within an hour and at a reasonable price. If your situation calls for a quick fix with professionalism and in budget, give them a try, you can t go wrong.

Awesome prices on windshields and chip repairs. They have great customer service and will come to you within reason for windshield replacement. We replaced 3 at once, two were at home and the third was at my husband's work, they did great and fixed them quickly. When my rear view mirror wouldn't cooperate and broke when it fell, they got the same one and got it fixed on the next day. No extra charges and paid exactly what was quoted. We got a new car it had some chips in the glass, they were able to fill them for $80 and now we don't have to replace the whole thing. Will definitely be calling them if we need anymore repairs.

Good pricing. Got a window replacement for my 18 Ford Fusion Passenger. Staff was nice and helpful to any of my questions. I do feel like window could ve been given a final wipe, there s a patch of residue on it. But I m not a complainer, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Jason was great in the office for the order. Richard was fantastic! I appreciate the heads up text. He was right on time, very respectful of us and our property and clearly knows more than just windshields! I appreciate the tips and enjoyed the history lesson.

I got a crack in my windshield from a small rock and they made my experience as easy as possible! Great communication, they used OEM Glass/ recalibration, and handled my insurance flawlessly. I originally had an appt set up for this morning, 03/25/24 with Safelite Auto Glass. I had just so happened to Google their hours to see how early I could drop my vehicle off. I ran across Safelite reviews and was horrified with how many they had. Granted, you can t make everyone happy however, they just had too many negative reviews for me. I ended up googling and found Titan Auto Glass and seen they had a 5 star rating so I went to their site and filled out their form to get a quote. It was around 6:50 am so they were still closed but I ended up getting a quote via email soon after and I immediately called to get an appt. I was able to get right in within 30 mins and when I tell you that I was in and out, less than a 1.5 hour wait. They were super nice, had a comfy waiting area, WiFi, water and coffee AND A CLEAN BATHROOM. I am very satisfied with the workmanship done, the promptness of getting an appt, and the price. It ended up being a little cheaper than Safelite. If I can recommend this to everyone, please try smaller owned companies instead of the big names out there. I can almost guarantee better service. I 1000% recommend Titan for all your glass needs!

Wow! Blown away by the customer experience I received. Lightning fast quote, easy to set up an appointment, with prices that couldn t be beat (and by a long shot). On top of all that, they were all amazingly pleasant folks. The lobby is clean and as hospitable as the entire staff. Heck, the owner even came out to introduce himsel. And finally they Lyfted me to and from my office! Customer for life. Thank you!

I had a dime size chip in my windshield. When I got to Titan everyone was eager to help, the tech took my truck back quickly and before I got 3 sips of their free coffee it was done. I think that $80 is a fair price to pay for this type of work. When finished there was just the impact mark left, the legs were gone. Thanks Titan.

Top tier place! I walked in and was warmly greeted, told about what the process would look like and then offered a place to sit have a coffee and watch tv Whitney even told me I could change the channel if I wanted. I chose to sit at a coffee shop nearby but they were communicative and great. Overall from them going to get the replacement windshield, bringing it back and installing it and having me out the door was about 2 hours. And I didn t even have an appointment. I just randomly called and they got me in. I was hoping for same day service but never dreamed it would be that quick. I highly recommend going here to have your windshield repaired or replaced!!

Thank you so much Titan! Everyone I spoke with in the office was very professional and kind. They gave me an accurate ETA and had the repair man call when he arrived. The install took less than 45 mins and he did it in my work parking lot. Art does a great job and makes working in the texas heat look easy! THIS PLACE IS GREAT! I had gotten previous windshield glass replacement from a different repairman my dad hired. Immediately after they replaced it, rain would leak inside the cabin & get my feet wet. When I told them about it (since I had 1 year warranty), they claimed it wasn t their fault & told me to go to a mechanic because it was my car, not the glass! I knew that wasn t right so I talked to Jason @ Titan Auto Glass.He got me in for an appointment super quick & they found out RIGHT AWAY where the leaking was coming from POOR GLASS SEALING from LOADS OF GLUE. Not only did they show me the previous repairmen s bad work, but their team explained to me how they would fix it to their standards. My NEW front windshield looks amazing & they have a 1 year warranty, NO BUTS!
