Jerry and the Doc run an amazing business. The entire team is laser focused on the needs of every customer who walks through the door. From the guys at the front counter to the techs to the guys who make sure it sparkles every day they all treated me like I was part of the family. Ill be back for sure.

I am from Jacksonville, Florida and I always drive to Plano, Texas to see family. So when my car needs service while I am visiting, The Auto Shop is there for all my car service needs. The auto shop personnel are professional and always willing to help me even when I am not a regular customer. The Auto shop is also reasonably priced. I recently needed a battery and I was in and out in 30 minutes. They will even check the air in my tires in preparation for my return trip back to Jacksonville as a courtesy (No Charge). I wish the Auto shop was located in Jacksonville. I highly recommend the Auto shop for your car Service.

I would and have recommended The Auto Shop team to anyone who is looking for a quality honest place to take their vehicle! They have always been there whether getting us in quickly for emergencies or helping keep up on the maintenance of our vehicles. The staff is always accommodating and friendly.

If you need a mechanic, DEFINITELY come here to have your car repaired. They charge very fair prices and are upfront and honest, not to mention very professional at what they do. Here you are in good hands. And our friend Jeff is an awesome guy who will help you with all of your car needs!

The Auto Shop is THE place to take your car. This family run business is fantastic. They are fast, dependable, and friendly all at a fair price. I live down the road and they were happy to give me a ride back to my house while my car was in the shop.

We just relocated from Naples, Florida. We were trying to find a competent and trustworthy mechanic. We decided to take our car with Auto Shop after a friend recommended it to us, and what a wise choice! They are fantastic specialists who offer quality service and fair rates. We are quite pleased with their job. We highly recommend Auto Shop!

Jeff was extremely awesome in taking care of my mom today. She told me how fair, patient and efficient everything was. Its not often my mom feels comfortable going to an auto shop alone. I'll be the next to try them out with my car.

Go see Dustin, he will take of you. The techs always do excellent work. Got an alignment done, and the tech brought me out to make sure I like the steering wheel position. Good job guy keep up the good work!!!!!

I used to go to the dealership for repairs and maintenance but even with an appointment the dealership would take waaaaay too long and don't get me started about their pricing. I recommend this shop to anyone that needs repairs or maintenance! My vehicle was in really bad shape. I honestly expected them to tell me it was not repairable. BUT! Dustin and John were so amazing, honest, and helpful! The results from the troubleshooting process was delivered with detailed explanations and pictures to know exactly what it all means and where the issues were coming from. I was so happy they were able to repair my vehicle. The technician was prompt but accurate with the repairs. Now I am back on the road with the power of the engine back as good as new! I am so grateful for this team! They will be my go-to shop for all vehicle repairs and maintenance. And Clinton the courtesy driver, was awesome too! The customer service is immaculate from the team!

Would be nice if these guys knew what torque spec was. I worked on a car of a family friend that was last touched by them last and the drain plug was seized on there had to use a breaker bar and piece of pipe to loosen something that's only supposed to be torqued at 20-ftlbs. The oil filter was worse the previous guy didn't lube the seal also decided to wrench it down too. This is rookie stuff and if these guys can't do that who knows what corners they cut.

So, this is my new to me 300. I my car! After purchase I took it to the dealership because one of my a/c blower motors was whistling and it needed servicing. It was so expensive and I don't usually complain, but it was way above what I anticipated. Since then, we have taken all of our vehicles to The Auto Shop and we have been so pleased! We are new to the area and our son in law works for a dealership back home and has always taken care of our vehicles. I am so relieved to have someone local we can trust. I highly recommend for all of your auto needs!

I am new to Texas and needed to get the car registered and inspectedThe Auto shop was able to get me in sooner than the available reservations because someone else cancelled ans they knew I was in a rush to get the car inspected.They even took the time to explain the whole process which was new to me.Very happy with the service.Will be coming again for any other services I need.

For me, it is all about the people. The Auto Shop couldn't be better or have better people. They know me when I come in, they take excellent care of my car, and they only do what is necessary to keep my car in top shape. The garage is extremely clean, and the mechanics all look professional. It creates confidence. $180 to diagnose for test that cost $20 never told us the problem we need the oil cooler fixed said they wouldn t work on it !!! As a mechanic I would never recommend this shop!!!

I went to a Jiffy Lube and they referred me to The Auto Shop for a difficult air cabin filter replacement. I went early so I was the first customer of the day and they got me right in the door. The first thing I noticed was the size of the place and I said to myself "how could a place this massive be kept so clean?" Everything from the lobby, waiting room, bathroom, and mechanics bay was spotless. They ended up having to reconfigure my cabin air filter, because my truck didn't originally come with one. After almost an hour wait they handed me my truck keys and I stood there waiting to be charged. I stood there for a moment and finally asked how much and they said "awww, it was an easy job don't worry about it." I'm frequently looking for a mechanic and from this day on I'll search no more. Excellent service you can TRUST!!!The first thing you see when you walk in are tons of awards and plaques. This speaks volumes for the kind of service you will receive. The night drop off was a major selling point for me, and that's what initially brought me there, but the service is what kept me coming back!They are EXTREMELY THOROUGH!!!They will inspect your car from top to bottom, while being honest about what repairs can wait and which ones need immediate attention. I brought my car in for an inspection and an oil change. Dustin and his team took great care of my car. They recommended brake work which I agreed upon. Like other reviewers have said, it s certainly not the cheapest place, but the work they did and their customer service made it worth it! There was one thing on the bill they didn t clear by me before doing and they took it off no questions asked. I would definitely recommend them and will be taking all three of our cars here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

In today s day and age where everyone goes wherever Google tells them to go, where traditional word of mouth referrals seem to be disappearing, and where franchise auto shops do nothing but up-sell, it was an absolute breath of fresh air to discover this gem of an auto repair shop.You can clearly tell that the owners take great pride in their business. The shop has an incredibly comforting atmosphere, and the staff couldn t be more professional.From the moment I walked into the shop, I was welcomed and treated like I had been a regular customer for years. There are NO GIMMICKS here. They took my keys and immediately got to work. There was ZERO upselling, and the technician was extremely informative and explained exactly what needed to be done. No surprises, no scare tactics, no bs. They even offer a free shuttle service so you don t have to wait in the lobby or pay for an Uber!I can t say enough good things about this place. Simply put, there aren t enough businesses like this one in the world we live in today. A huge thanks to The Auto Shop, for doing business the right way and re-establishing my faith that there are still good and honest people out there. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else!

I have had my Merc c320 serviced by The Auto Shop for years. John, Dustin and the team have never "steered" me wrong. And Clinton is a joy to get a ride from. They have done tune-ups all the way to telling me my 20 yr old car was no longer viable and advised me on buying a new one - making me no longer a customer until my warranty expires. I will be back.
