Update:As an update, I have not been contacted in the month since I was told I would be contacted. I ve also reached out to the shop regarding this, but doesn t feel like they care about following up/returning calls or remedying the situation. I d be very wary about their warranty - in my experience, these are only as good as the customer service, and in this case, you can tell where that falls Original Review:My family s Lexus was brought in for a repair job after hitting highway debris that fell off from the trailer back late 2023. For context, the damage was extensive to the point where the entire bumper and front skid plate along with the right rim were replaced on the sedan. My mom trusted that Texas Collision Centers would do the job well as a local and hometown repair shop. When I came back for the holidays and inspected the repair, I found many defects, ranging from poor fender alignments, missing paint spots (Lexus has sharper angles relative to other car bumpers), overspray (bumps on the clear coat) and a deformed bumper. On top of that, there was another damage area affecting the rear right side (same side as the front rim damage). I brought this back to Texas Collision Centers to bring this to their attention on early 2024, and I was reassured by Dustin, our advisor, that all of this would be corrected, and the claim would be re-opened to include that damage in the original claim. Since then, my attitude towards Texas Collision Centers has soured due to their lack of communication, and eventually, lack of sympathy / regard for our case. The insurance company denied the additional damage since Texas Collision Centers failed to point out that it was from the original event, and they had a lengthy internal debate before deciding to deny coverage due to the time that passed. During the past few weeks, I had to frequently chase the team at Texas Collision Centers for updates on where the claim was, and after the denial, what potential solutions we could move forward with. I was met with many of empty calls into management, and ultimately spoke to Mike, the manager, who couldn t see anything better than covering half of the deductible on a new claim to earn some more money after scamming us with pool workmanship and taking more time (more than they already have) out of our days to work on the poor workmanship issues. They tout that they have a lifetime warranty, but what s the point if the work isn t even done well day one. See the pictures for yourself. I wouldn t recommend this shop - stick with a more reputable shop that actually cares about their customer service and sees from customers POV.

Update: The general manager Mike contacted me and sincerely apologized for the unpleasant experience I had. He also refunded my deductible to make it up for me. Thank you!My car was in the shop for a month due to severe hail damage, after picking up I found dozens of other issues caused during the repair, such as missing clips, missing and broken weather strips, wiper fluid doesn t spray, bumper doesn t fit properly, whistling wind noise when driving, even forgetting to paint inside of the gas cap (taped paper was there) etc Then I had to spend another month to fix all those issues using their warranty Yes, they did fix all those issues later on, but I was shocked by the bad repair quality and inspection Customers expect their car repaired completely when they pick up the car first time. Yes there can be one or two issues but not more than 10

I am beyond happy with the repairs done by Texas Collisions Centers in Plano. They've made my baby look brand new again and you wouldn't even think an accident occurred at the beginning of November by looking at her. I love that they kept in touch every step of the way and informed me as they moved onto the next step in the repair process.I would 100% recommend them to friends and family or anyone with repair needs.Before & after pics below!

When I got back to my truck in a grocery store parking lot, I discovered a large dent in the side. Of course, there was no note or anything. I called my insurance, they set up a claim, and gave me a list of approved repair shops. I am so glad I chose this shop. From the start they were very friendly and helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way and the truck looks like new! I hope I never need them again, but will take my truck there if anything happens in the future. Thank you!

Texas Collision Center was absolutely amazing despite a couple hiccups. They got our estimate and time of completion to us very quickly. Kept us up to date on progress and any issues that came up twice weekly. Repairs took 2 weeks longer than anticipated due to parts issues and safety camera issue that did not present itself till the repairs were almost complete. Our service advisor Matt Workman was awesome and kept us in the loop and went out of his way to make our experience as best as possible. He was easy to work with and even check on us after we left the shop to make sure we got home safely and that everything was satisfactory.

We've always headed to a local competitor for our car/truck damage or repair needs. But this time we headed to Texas Collision Centers. We had never heard of them, but I am so glad that we switched! Our car door got side swiped in a parking lot unoccupied. We took it to our usual body shop and the estimate was over $2500 and the work we were told would be done in a week or more. We walked into Texas Collision Centers.... the check in staff and Matt Workman top notch. The enterprise gentleman was great as well. What a pleasure to work with. The job was completed in two days, the repair work is warrantied, the car was made like new again and in half the price of our initial estimate. Our experience has confirmed to us that we and our family members will never go anywhere else. Thank You Texas Collision Centers for "adjusting our mindset" that there can be and are better centers with Amazing customer service, repair work and turn around time!!

Superior customer service! Henry Castillo is by far the best service rep I have ever dealt with. He was kind, informative and reassuring. Sent updates on the progress of the repairs, very responsive to calls and emails and helpful from start to finish. I will only bring my cars here for repair from here on out! Thank you Henry for making this a smooth process.

They fixed a lot of hail damage on my 2011 Chevy Siverado. They did an awesome job- my 12 year old truck almost looks like new. They were able to schedule it the next week and get it done in less than 2 weeks when other shops in the area wanted to schedule 2 months later. Customer service was superb, especially from Henry Castillo. It is the best experience I've ever had with a body shop. I would not hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend them.Follow up: After that, I had a lot of hail damage repaired on my son's 2018 Chevy Sonic. Same results as before. I am completely satisfied with the repairs and customer service. Henry Castillo was great to deal with. Again, I highly recommend them.

This is one awesome Body Shop. I had some pretty major work done on my truck and it is like new. The staff kept me informed on what's going on. Very professionally ran! Highly recommend them to anyone that needs repairs on their vehicles. Great job everybody!

I cannot recommend Texas Collision Centers enough! Henry was terrific to work with and the front desk staff was also so helpful. My car was fixed in less than a week and I received daily email updates from them to let me know how it was going so I never had to question or worry. They made a stressful situation so great! My truck was hit on a Monday, dropped off the Friday of the same week. The repairs were done in 1 week and my Rav4 looks good as new. The paint is perfectly matched. Should I ever need repairs again I will be back.

This was our first time using Texas Collision Center and I was not disappointed. The communication was good and I got regular updates on the repair process. When I picked my car up, the car was clean and they went over the repairs. Harry went over and beyond when I picked it up and was very knowledge and explained everything that was done to my car. If ever needed, I will go back and will recommend them to my fiends and family.

The customer service here is unparalleled. I had a horrible family emergency with regard to my dad and had to deal with his vehicle that was already here for repairs. Everyone was so kind and accommodating and I couldn t even pick up the vehicle for over a week after it was finished. I was told that it was no problem and I could leave it there until I figured it out. When I finally came to get it, the car was perfect. It literally looked like brand new. I highly recommend this collision center.

Man if I could give this place 10 stars I would!! My car came out looking absolutely AMAZING!! After being involved in a hit and run this place turned a horrible situation into something positive. I went to various places who couldn t do it but that god I came across this place. Mario my rep and the ladies at the front desk are absolutely amazing.And even finished one week ahead of time! I highly recommend you go to Texas Collision Center!

I researched many collision centers in my insurance company s network, and I decided to trust my car to Texas Collision Center based on published reviews. Those reviews were spot-on! TCC was very professional, and efficient in the repairs. They kept me informed throughout the process and delivered my car ahead of schedule and spotlessly clean. The repairs look great and a special Thank You to Henry C. who was my service contact.

Matt Workman is great and the staff at 5 Star Ford Collision Center they did a fantastic job of repairing my truck. And with my Ford F-150 this will be hopefully the only time we have to visit but just in case you need a good Ford Collision Center call and ask for Matt Workman

This entire collision center is amazing. From the service to the staff itself is absolutely impeccable. I ve always had the hardest time dealing with car repairs in the past. Dustin and the entire staff of TCC and Enterprise made this process easy and seamless. Thank you for the amazing service, TCC! I hope to not have to come back, but if I do? I definitely know where I want to go!

Very friendly staff and I felt like I was well taken care of since day one! I had some minor damage to my rear bumper from a car accident, and it came back looking even better than it did before the accident. Process was very seamless, and they were very communicative every step of the way. Big thank you to Dustin for making this a great experience for me.

I was very pleased with the work Texas Collision Centers did on my Ford Expedition from start to finish. Their communication was exceptional and their work was fast, efficient, and very well done. This place is A1, do not hesitate to send your car here. From the time you walk in the whole entire service is stellar. I mean impeccable service, I worked with Brandy she was AhMazing , very informative, personal and very professional. She definitely is an asset to this establishment. I have needed car repairs on mine and my daughters car. I found Texas collision repair through reviews, and have been very happy with the results. Jay has been fantastic, keeping me up to date on all the happenings of my repairs. He is polite and responsive and doesn t try to up sell anything unnecessary. I've used their service 3 times in the last 2 years (all 3 collisions not my fault and paid by the other person's insurance). The service provided here was great and, naturally, I am a repeat customer. The place is super clean and reminds me of a high end dealership. The people working here do what they do very well. Special thanks to Dustin Mowery for doing what he said he would do and performing his work with such pleasing attitude. He kept me updated all the way.I hope I don't need to go again but I will definitely stick with these guys should I need body shop again.As we say in Texas, BIG THANKS, Y'ALL!
