Take 5 Oil Change is my go-to spot for hassle-free car care! Every visit is quick, efficient, and leaves me feeling confident about my car s health. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable, always willing to answer my questions without making me feel clueless. Plus, they go the extra mile with their complimentary services like topping off fluids and checking tire pressure. It s like a spa day for my car! Highly recommend Take 5 for anyone looking for top-notch service without the headache.

The Take 5 in Plano was very helpful to me so my issue is not with this location. They could not do an oil change because of my drain plug being stripped. The last time I got my oil changed was at the Arlington location. They (Plano) sent me to a repair shop to get an estimate for the damage and it totaled $1500.00 to replace the entire oil pan. I have called them three times and have been told that someone will call me back. As of today I STILL haven t received a call. This is beyond ridiculous!

These guys were awesome. They helped me in all kinds of ways even when my kids were getting frustrated in the car, they gave them a popsicle. They were very nice to us and very respectful. Thank you for your good work.

I used to go the the dealership to get my oil changed but about 2 years ago I was told I d be waiting a few hours to get it done. Of course that didn t work for me. A friend recommended Take 5 and I ve not been back to the dealership since.The staff are kind, knowledgable and service is super quick! My 85 year old mom went with me once and she still comments about how easy it was.I will only go back to the dealership for a new car.I ve been to the stores in Plano on 15th Street and Spring Creek. Both are equally excellent.

The people are excellent! I went and got my oul changed . They were so polite and helpful. They saw that my passenger mirror was broken they tokd me to go on Amazon order the part then take it to Brake Plus to install. It saved me 800 dollars! I have gone there for 3 years now and would not go anywhere else.

Great experience. Both guys who took care of my car were thorough and congenial. They covered all the basics even replacing a melted piece on the bottom of my car at no charge.It was cold and windy outside and yet they were cheerful and professional.Ten minutes total to get everything done and even filled my tires and pointed out I had a small leak in one of my tores. I will definitely be going back to this location for future oil changes for both cars.

Overall I had always had a great experience here except for this past time. The three stars are more for my experience with the associate helping me. There was a new associate who initially was very honest about not knowing how to manage Volvo cars which I can respect and got his manager involved to help me with an oil change. It was later when the associate started to describe all the problems that could happen with my car including a story about how a man who had a similar Volvo like mine drove off their lot and then minutes later his car blew up but it wasn t their fault. He did mention that this was a couple of years ago and he just started with take 5 so don t take this as this locations problem. I just didn t appreciate being freaked out about my safety and then wasting time getting a car diagnosis when everything is alright with my car. Overall a great place to get an oil change, however to the associate who was helping me. Please don t tell me you don t know about an oil change with Volvo specific oil fluid and then continue to boost yourself that you re the Volvo expert.

The guy who serviced my car seemed under the influence of something. He didn t seem like he cared. He messed up the mileage information saying my next oil change service should be over 20,000 miles, while poring oil he spilled it all over the engine, while trying to reset my oil service indicator on my dash he tried doing it himself even though his arms and hands were covered in oil causing stains inside my car. When we finished up he forgot to charge me so I had to drive back and pay after I had already gotten home. I question how reliable the oil change was after this experience.

The guys were all friendly, polite, & willingly changed my oil & filter all while chit chatting with me. They were even willing to do something I jokingly asked them to do, which I then told them not to do, I was just joking. No trying to upsell either, which I appreciated.Thanks guys!

Don t think twice, TAKE 5 and come here!!!! Drove in to get an oil change and was greeted while sitting in my car within 60 seconds. Dillon the manager came out and asked if I needed a water. Texas summers are hot and the heat index is 111 degrees today. Nick also was kind and and patient and answered all my questions! Love the customer service and going the extra mile to ensure safety for customers.

Update: I will never go back. My car has run so bad since I went there. It chugs and misses beat. It started happening right after I got my air filter and oil filter changed there. It was fine before I went in.A most excellent experience!!! This oil change place is a hidden gem and I will be going back every time I need my oil changed. The kids that work there are super awesome. What a great team!!!!

Unfortunately, my honest review in my 2 times I came for oil change is not good. In my last synthetic oil change, the bearded guy who first talked to me is more interested in upselling me than taking care of my car for the service I m paying for. After telling him twice to check my tire pressure, he went to the computer and prepared my bill and asked for payment. I promptly paid even though they were still working on the oil change. When the oil change was done, the other guy was already leading me out of the bay. I told them that they have not checked the tire pressure which they did only then. The receipt for the payment I made earlier, showed that they checked the tires, but did it only after I told them for the third time. It s not a big hustle but it shows the kind of service in this location. I m going to Valvoline next time even if it s further away.

Been there every 4 to 6 months almost 3 years now. The service is always fast. Linked to carfax for record. Friendly and they even have my two wiper blade replaced under warranty. Will keep going back with them for fast service

Great experience at the Spring Creek location on 12/16. Nick took care of me right away and got the job done asap- no trying to upsell or get me to purchase things I don't need. Good lad! I will make this my regular spot for all future oil changes.

Got flat tire this morning. Called them and they said come on in. I was helped right after I parked my car. They put air in my tire so that I can make it to Discount Tire down the road. The gentleman helped me was very kind. Thank you for saving my day!
