Wow. I definitely made the right choice to bring my Porsche to them. I bought a used low mileage Boxster that has been garaged for awhile and also has an old faded cracking clear bra on it. They removed the old bra and performed paint correction on the whole car. The finished job brought back all the paint to original quality. The car color really pops again. Thanks to Stuarts and the professional attention I received from Chris Calderone. I will definitely come back to Stuarts for my Porsche s needs in the future! DavidService: Painting

This shop is amazing, they are really trying to help me out, not talk me into costly repairs. I walked in without appointment for a misaligned panel on my car, they took a quick look, told me some tabs are broken, and the panel gap won t be 100% fixed without replacing the whole bumper. But they did best they could to minimize the gap with a heat gun, free of charge! I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. They will be my go to body shop from now on, thank you!

I had my porsche macan repaired here, they did a great job with what seemed to be a very complicated job. They take their own sweet time to get things done, wish they are a bit faster. But the result is great and also they were very patient and good with communication.

I worked with Doug on having some hood, front bumper, and front fender patina addressed on my 118,000 mile 2009 997.2 Carrera. I received a very quick estimate and was scheduled to bring the car in fairly quickly. The work performed is beyond expectations. And in accordance with the estimate. The car would now pass for new for anyone who didn't realize it was a 2009 year model. Everyone there was professional and nice to deal with. There is no where else I would select to do work on my cars after seeing the finished product from Stuart's Paint and Body. Amazing work and the price was more than fair when considering the quality. It you have a car that's a member of the family, that has to be lovingly repaired with attention to every detail, that you plan to keep forever, this is the only place to go. Unbelievable skill levels and the owner loaded my car on the trailer. Incredible service, updates, and closely worked with the insurance company to ensure the repair was correct and complete.

I cannot review the quality of work from Stuarts because after over 8 months worth of delays, ballooning estimates and poor communication, I removed my car from Stuarts without it being repaired. My 1987 Porsche 911 was brought to Stuarts On March 25th, 2019 with drivers side front damage. 3/27/19 Initial estimate $14,586.01 4/29/19 revised estimate $17,317.35 5/29/19 revised estimate $22,052.18 9/13/19 revised estimate $36,424.86In September after almost 100 emails exchanged and countless telephone calls (several calls and emails not returned for weeks at a time), I asked Stuarts to give me the cost of removing my car. Invoice presented on 9/16/19 for $15,877.90 which included $11,375.00 for storage. (Carpets became moldy while in Stuarts care, so water was not prevented from gaining entry while being stored .) Ultimately my car was removed without being repaired in December 2019 for a payment to Stuarts of $5,964.15. The insurance company was a contributing factor to a small portion of the delays, but my experience with Stuarts consisted of countless delays, escalating costs, terrible communication and poor care of my car while it was in their possession. You have been warned.

My car got rear ended like two weeks after ownership. Stuarts took care of me and car looks great! Can't even tell anything happened. Good communication as well as top notch work. Will definitely be back if I ever need work again.

Great experience here: First off this place is not for just high end super cars they do it all! I took my 2019 Toyota Camry for a Rear bumper repair and they killed it, they replaced the bumper and painted a the new one and did the install the CORRECT way not the half a** way! I talked to Chris about the job and he was informative, and very professional about any questions or concerns I had, I used to work at a high end body repair shop in Washington state similar to Stuarts, we took pride in our work just like this company does and that to me is huge! but when i came to Texas I wasn t sure where to go, but saw the reviews and heard only good things about them and they did not come up short to there reputation. This is my go to body shop from now on. Thank you Stuarts for NOT just treating me and my car as if they are worthless just because they aren t a high end car!-Derek RServices: Painting, Body & Trim

The employees at Stuarts were very friendly and helpful. They were able to get my insurance to agree on installing all brand new factory parts instead of reconditioned parts. The quality of their work is excellent. Did a great job on paint matching as well. I really expected to see a difference in colors since Red can be a hard color to match but they did such an amazing job you cannot tell the difference. Definitely recommend them to all my friends and family. Definitely earned my trust and business for life!

They replaced a bumper on my Lexus last week. Very difficult to match cobalt blue. Great work. Nice people. Give me a small family owned shop any day !Round 2...the wife s Jeep Grand Cherokee was rear ended. Pretty minor but the guys insurance paid it. Stuarts did their usual including great communication with the guys insurance company.This says it all... they would not let me pick up the Jeep until finished a thorough detailing inside and out. WOW !

Maria is fantastic! She provides regular updates to make sure that you know where your car is at every stage of the process. Porsche was right in recommending Stuart's and Maria. She is amazing!This has been edited after a previous bad experience, they have improved in every way since then!

Stuart's always has done phenomenal work on my vehicles. Recently had my truck there for hail damage and a break in attempt. Stuart's was able to find other damage that my insurance company missed and got the approval to correct it. Their attention to detail is amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.

Great service! They did a wonderful job can't tell that I was hit. From the beginning to the end. Only tiny gripe I have is the customer support person didn't call me back. I had to call in to see when the car was ready. But the work and front person was way better than expected. Will refer everyone to Stuarts that needs body work.'

Detailed custom work and reliable trustworthy craftsmen. I've had a great experience with every vehicle that I have taken to their shop. Communication is excellent and they're a fun group to work with. If you want it done right the first time check out Stuart's.

I used Stuarts toward the end of 2016 at the recommendation of the Porsche dealership in Plano after someone ran into my parked 911. While the body work done on the car was satisfactory, the communication provided by Donovan was poor and the delays were extensive. I was originally told 7 - 10 days for all the repairs - and purposely waited till the parts were in to drop the car because the other insurance company was providing a rental car while my car was being repaired. 7 - 10 days passes - nothing. 2 weeks, 3 weeks, 4 weeks, 5 weeks - after 6 weeks my car was ready. Absolutely unacceptable. Mind you, I'm not getting phone calls about delays - I'm having to call them and email to find out what's going on - part was wrong, delay - they are behind, delay - taking longer than they anticipated, delay and so on and so forth. I will also add - there was no added extensive damage that was found after they started on the car that would cause 10 days to turn into 6 weeks. If you take your car here you better hope you have a long-term transportation plan because you will need it. Additionally, while I cannot prove it - the person that ran into my car took a chunk out of the wall of one of my tires. One week to the day after I picked up my car there was a leak in that same tire. I took it to the dealership and magically, in that same tire - on the inside was a big chunk out of the wall of the tire. I can't prove they didn't replace the tire and turn it in - but I would know if I ran over something to the point that a large chunk was out of the wall of the tire.... I did not. Do yourself and go somewhere else if you want a timely quality repair to your car. I will add - I have no axe to grind with Stuarts. While the customer service was not acceptable in terms of accountability and being proactive, Donovan was always very pleasant and nice - never rude. I got the sense that they are completely overwhelmed. The body work itself was great - it was like it never happened but due to all of the above - I will never take my car there again.

I was referred by Porsche Plano (go figure). They didn t refer me back to Porsche but to Stuart s. I was skeptical at first, even when I pulled up the website. My vehicle was dropped off at location and I immediately received a call from Maria. She walked me through the process and updated me on progress. Let me say this, I had taken my Porsche Panamera GTS to Porsche about 3 years ago due to a fender accident and they did a horrible job. The fitaments were loose and paint job was less than extraordinary.Once I overlooked my vehicle when ready from Stuart s, I was highly impressed. Color match, cleanliness and attention to detail was out of this world. I would never expect a place outside of Porsche to do a better job; but they did an excellent job.I would highly recommend Stuart s Paint and Body to ALL my exotic car friends and will ALWAYS use their services and recommend them to everyone.Thanks for a job well done ladies and gents...Regards,J. As a recent customer, words simply cannot describe how impressed I am with Stuart's. When I picked up my car, I had a huge grin on my face because my 4-year-old BMW 4 Series literally looked like it just rolled off the assembly line in Germany. This place truly holds up to its reputation for high end body work; The quality of the repairs is simply untouchable. I am as OCD and nit picky as one could possibly get, and I analyze bodywork with absolute scrutiny, but Stuart's P&B has left me astonished on so many levels. I have brought in several cars to Stuart's for cosmetic bodywork. When you are a car enthusiast such as myself, you demand the best of the best, and Stuart's raises the bar every time!

Highly recommend Stuarts! I was just sick when my 20 year old Porsche Boxter was backed into at a parking lot. The car has been garage kept and spotless and painted a discontinued color so I held little hope for the paint to match. Much to my surprise it s perfect! Had them detail the inside and out and the whole car looks brand new! The staff was very helpful and nice, showed my teenage son all around the shop and explained each process of restoration and took time to talk about the cars they were working on at the time. Really an awesome place and I ll never go anywhere else!

Looks like I never did a review, but have to say this is a very professional place. A stupid lady ran into the side of my Porsche in the year of 2016 and Plano Porsche and my insurance recommended Stuart's. They are actually only one of two places that are considered "Porsche certified" for repairs. The wait time was long having to wait around 2 months (1 month for appointment and 1 month to get repair), but understand this was through that ladies insurance so they were paying for everything and it was totally understandable since they were very busy. My car came back looking like nothing ever happened. They also painted my wheels after I requested it. Truly love that place. Thanks for the work! (I will edit this post with before and after photos when I get the chance)
