Outstanding service. I've been using them for years and I recommend them to all of my friends. The manager is always willing to diagnose a car issue often without charge. I had a friend whose check engine light was always on. He looked at it and recommended that she take it to a muffler shop. No charge. Problem fixed. My son bought a used car whose windshield washer didn't appear to work. Figured out. No charge.

I just want to say what are outstanding customer services places my plastic broke on a highway and it's 6:00 these two gentlemen open the door for me I needed help I had two kids they help me zip tie my plastic that was left by somebody from oil change in a previous different location there's nothing that I can say what a great hospitality and didn't even charge me a penny .. they definitely gain a customer service here I'll standing outstanding I give them 10 plus definitely if you this area stop by and change it all over you at these people great great service

Great service techs here! Fast and reliable on services they provide which is focused on standard lube and fluid flushes/refills. Usually come here for state inspections too in case nearby Firestone is packed. Not to mention their prices are about avg or even slightly less than Firestone or Meineke for similar service. One of the best kept secrets is they can even do basic AC service which is useful in DFW for those brutally hot summers

Amazing details and amazing service. Forget going to Firestone down the street. These guys will get you fixed up fast, efficient, and will put a smile on your face.They are very down to earth and take time to ensure everything is fine right.

Absolutely love this place. All of the guys there are super professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They let me know what services the manufacturer recommends having performed by mileage or time but aren't pushy about services they offer. They take the time to explain why something may need to be done and how they do it. I have always been leery about quick lube places But the fellow here put my mind at ease. They treat me like a person instead of just someone that they are making money off of. I don't usually write bad reviews but I had a very sketchy experience here a few months ago. I brought in my minivan which I bought used a few months prior for an oil change so it had been inspected when I bought it.During oil change their tech comes in and says they want to show me something and pointed to my air intake hose which had two slits in it. They told me they just happened to have to part and would only charge me $90 for the part and $60 for labor (approximately, can't remember exact number).I had changed my air filter only about a month ago and my air intake hose wasn't broken and the rest of the rubber was still in good condition. I told them no, put some duct tape on it, drove home and ordered the part for $20 and installed it in 10 minutes.

Called to see if they could change the transmission fluid on a 2017 Nissan. Owners manual says it's time. Who ever answered the phone could not answer this question, "Do you change transmission fluid at your shop?" Wait, what?"No, I don't need my transmission fixed. I just want the the fluid changed."

Have gone here for years though the ownership has changed a couple of years ago. I can't say enough good things about them. They are so honest and have never tried to sell me something I did not need. They go out of their way to serve you. I go by to have the air in my tires checked for free or they put new wind shield wiper fluid in my car whenever I need it. I am so glad I found this place. The two gentlemen I worked with were so respectful, professional, and great at what they do. I needed an inspection, and had been running around all morning (before coming here) trying to get it done. They gave me great advice and told me very transparently what I needed for the vehicle (I had been confused about rear wiper blades and was frustrated by what I was told elsewhere). I will definitely be returning here first for anything I need in the future. Thank you guys!Services: Tires, Auto engine diagnostic

Customer service was on point!!I was greeted very kindly and all my questions were answered in easy to understand lingo, without it feeling like mansplaining :). The guys were very knowledgeable and gave me many choices on how to go about working with my vehicle and what I should do to help diminish damage to the car in the future. Plus, they offer women and veteran discount days! This is definitely my new go to service place from now on.

Awesome service, very knowledgeable and HONEST staff. Definitely the best shop in town. Will not be going anywhere else because they have got anything you need, and they even have a u-haul rental service. It always great experience going here knowing that you re in good hands with out having to worry or stress about anything.

I have been to this location a few times. They have good service, good prices, and friendly staff. The best part is that they are fast at oil changes. I will be back again.

They also provide U-Haul rental service, and they went above and beyond for me. Denis will answer any questions you have, and his colleagues and him will make sure their job is done right (i.e. the rental equipment working properly).
