Amazing job done by the people at Speedy Collisions on my Mercedes that was side swiped recently! They did an outstanding job at color matching the paint and carefully removing any dents or scratches that were on the car. As the name suggests, they did this job extremely fast and efficient and I had my car back in no time! Honestly, they were priced reasonably well and I will for sure come back here again in case of any emergencies in the future!Mr. Alfonso was also really easy to work with and made this process very simple and straight forward. I definitely recommend Speedy Collisions Experts to anyone who is second guessing themselves in trusting this place with car repairs!

I gave my Toyota Camry for Hail Damage repairs. It looks like new again. These guys are the best in what ever they do. This was my second time coming over to this place. They got the trunk fixed for me 2 years ago for the same car. This time they not only fixed all the hail damage but also did a pretty good repair and paint job on one of the doors and front fender which had minor scratches. Not only this, upon asking sweetly they also cleaned the car windows and interiors before delivering the car and gave a $20 off for car wash. I never had to run behind for any updates. I would recommend them for any body work on your vehicle. Best hail damage and body repair workshop near me.Good job guys .

Terrible service! The owner Alfonso is extremely rude and does not back their work. He was supposed to replace my fender with new parts instead he painted over the old one and lied. 2 days after picking up the car the passenger bumper unclipped and is now hanging. When I address the issues with the owner he told me I would have to replace the entire bumper at my own expense. He was also charged me to replace two wheels and two tires. I have the exact same wheels and tires on my car. I hope by pairing this review it will hold him accountable to fix my car or warn others to steer clear and find a honest reliable body shop.

Very speedy ! Drop off the car in the morning for bumper repair and they finish it in the afternoon same day! Definitely 5star.

I just want to thank these guys for doing an exceptional job on my Toyota Corolla 2011 met an accident recently. I've attached pictures of the car before and after accident for reference. Everyone is nice and very honest and I made a very friendly connection with them , they know how to treat their customers very well. I'm not sure why people are posting negative reviews about the owner Alfonso in fact I found him a very nice and gentle guy willing to go extra mile to help customers, may be they had some personal grudge with him. As I inquired on almost all mechanic shops in same area near K Ave and found their quote is best. In fact he saved a large amount of my deductibles from the insurance as well by giving me relaxation in the car fixing budget. I'll recommend this place for sure as I'm very happy with their services. It's been 3 months and happy with my car fix.

I gave my BMW X5 TO SPEEDY COLLISSION IN PLANO, for major body work and ALPHONSO AND his team did an excellent job and the car looks brand new. He went the extra mile to find difficult to find parts and fixed my car.I highly recommend this shop for Ll body work and repairs.

This is easily the worst experience I ve had with any business. They were paid over $7000.00 for this job. Yes, they did fix the vast majority of the damage but more than two months have passed. The car has been returned three times and has yet to be completely repaired. The body panels on the repair keep separating.Communication with this company is beyond frustrating. Phone calls and text messages to them are rarely returned. Most are completely ignored. Do yourself a favor and just don t do business with them. I completely regret it. I m now faced with having to find another body shop and paying for the repairs a second time.

Brought my 2021 Supra in with a carbon fiber hood in to get painted and alfonso and the team did a great job! He was able to mask and paint it exactly how I wanted it with exposed carbon in certain areas. A gave them my car and it has been 4 months and I they still haven t Repaired my car, The car is worse every time time I visit to see how its going. They call me and say its ready but when I come to get it back Its the same as it was since the last time I visited. They have got $10,000 from my Insurance But they haven t done much.

Bought a Lexus GX460 that was previously used for off roading and overlanding. The paint was very beat up and scratched and there was a large dent in the hatch. Alfonso and his team was able to make the dent disappear and repainted every surface that showed a scratch. Now the truck looks brand new! Thanks Alfonso!Service: PaintingService: Painting

Update to the below. I got the work done with them and it looks great. He took car of. Fee cosmetic scratches around the car on top of the issue I brought it in for and the price was better than most places. I got four estimates and his was great and he delivered and on the day he said. Stayed open past advertised hours to finish up me and a couple other guys. I d recommend for sure.I came by on a walk in for estimate. Got a quick estimate from friendly staff. Plan to schedule the work soon will update then maybe to solid five stars but based on initial guys seems honest and straight shooters

Please don t use this business. It s a total Scam. The owner Alphonso came off as a professional but proved to over promise and under deliver. Terrible. I dropped off my truck and he wanted money up front. I had to go out of country so I had my staff send him the money. He then took me on a 3 week Miriad of lies and awe full service. He led me to believe that my car would be done within a week. 3 and a half weeks later of chasing him and having to show up every day and challenge him he finally delivered my vehicle. With work (leather inside ) undone after I told him multiple times and wiring showing near the rear view mirror. Truck was totally trashed and filthy. I just wanted to get my car out of there and never go back. Oh and when I challenged him on his lies he actually lost his cool with me in front of his staff. He doesn t know that I know Spanish. I m filing a bbb compliant and a investigative complaint with the city of Plano. Please protect yourself and vett this business I wish I had done that first.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I dropped off my Infiniti G37x late Monday afternoon with front bumper damage. Alfonso called Wednesday morning as he had estimated to let me know the car was ready, and it looks great. They did great work fast, and at a very reasonable price.

Due to a collision on 01/13/2023, I took my car in for repairs to the front driver s side. It took my 2014 Ford Fusion in on 01/27/2023 and received it back today. It was in impeccable condition. Horrible paint job on my brand new truck. Didn't even have the decency to cover up my windows. But I will be back for them to clean my windows and fix my paint job. They left the pain dripping and after I told Carlos I wasn't happy he said to give it a few days for it to cure.

This is my third time in 10 years I have returned back to Speedy. Great communication, great service, honest & reliable. I grew up in the Body Shop / Auto Appraising Business and I know if I am being taken or not. Not at Speedy; I trust then and the work they perform. They worked with the insurance company and myself to help repair my 2022 vehicle. Support a small business and stay away from the "chain collision repair shops"; as they have high overhead they we end up paying for. Carlos and Alfonso are amazing to work with. Speedy Collision is reliable, honest, and authentic. I was skeptical to call them about my car's damages, but their work ethic proved me wrong. The repairs were orchestrated in a fair, timely matter. Took them about a week to fix my Honda's rear bumper. My biggest complaint would have to be the company's scenery. It's located in a dirty part of Plano. Drive carefully when you're searching for its exact location. Difficult to find, easy to miss.

Honest and great service. I came here to fix my front door at driver side. They repaired it fast and offered a reasonable price compared to neighboring body shops. Most importantly, they are honest. I found there was a paint off inside car door after I paid and left the store, and they are willing to help me fix the paint off without extra charges. I would come back this store again if my car needs any repairs in the future.

Wonderful!! My daughter crashed her lovely Volkswagen Jetta and it had a very damaged fender and front bumper. Speedy Collision Repair gave us a great price AND they had it out in less than 2 days. I dropped it off in the morning and picked it up the next afternoon. I am so pleased with their work. The car looks like nothing ever happened to it. Just beautiful. Speedy Collision repair has now worked two of my cars - the first was to remove a dent from the bumper and repaint that I had on a Honda CR-V. They did an outstanding job and very reasonable price.I went in a second time to have a BMWs roof painted black and they did a wonderful gloss black finish that was outstanding to look at and a great overall finish! They were also the most reasonable in town price wise and very prompt and up to the dot - highly recommended.

I strongly recommend whoever read my notes to have your car repaired in this shop, Speedy Collision ExpertsI have visited many Auto repair shops to fix my MB GL450, unfortunately, most of them let me replace both two rear airbags, only Speedy Collision carefully checked my car and replaced one broken air suspension and shock absorber, instead of replacing both sides. The owner Alfonso is a Christian who shows the integrity and the honesty to earn the money that should be paid. I have saved over one thousand. I strongly recommend to have your car repaired in this shop.
