Horrible experience. Worst work ever. Took more than three months, okay maybe shortage of parts, I get it. Found parts in the glove box that supposed to go underneath the hood. Brand new car, totally trashed it. Not even inspected upon completion!!

Where Do I start the Whole Team Were Amazing. I came here destraut just reminded my car and I have USAA so I was directed to Ms. Vanessa,she assured me my car was in good hands and to trust the process. I had been saving to pay off debt and get an apartment and living in hotels and my car to save money. So I really needed my car, that day I had to pay for a hotel and I needed A ride because I wasn't able to rent a car, Ms. Vanessa or one of her colleagues got me an uber with there own money, they were just about to go home, but they shared grace on me, and didn't have to. Ms. Vanessa really cares for her clients she even made sure my car got done a week earlier because she knew I needed It. Ms. Vanessa has blown me away with her professionalism and compassion. The front staff are also Exceptional and very warm and welcomingSpecifically Ms. Brandi and Ms. Cyn they chatted with me, help to comfort me ,and offered me coffee while getting my paperwork done. The whole team is needs a raise and please give Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Brandi and Cyn a promotion great at what they do and excellent customer Service skills.The actual repair came out Fabulous, my car looks brand new, no more crashed up trunk it looks beautiful trunk repaired and headlight and beautiful paint job, attached below is the before and after. The crash is before. I'm beyond Greatful. Thank you so much, God bless Ms. Vanessa and Ms. Brandi and Ms. Cyn and the repair team, the whole shop is literally Amazing! Thank God For blessing me to find this location and with insurance, to pay the expenses

Got my front fender dented by an uninsured unlicensed teenager, so I didn t want to make a claim for a minor repair. I told the estimator that I would be paying cash, and I only wanted the fender replaced and painted. She wanted to also include replacing my wheel, which was scuffed and the whole front bumper, which had very minor scuffs on it as well. She also suggested I let them do a front end alignment which the car did not need. I declined these extra repairs and my estimate came to $920 to do just the fender replacement and painting. I agreed and we scheduled a time for me to leave the car when the repairs could be made I brought the car in at the appointment time for the repairs and left it with them Signing all of the permission to do the work. Five days later I got an email with a new estimate that included all of the unnecessary work and the total came to $3400. They held my car for five days without doing any work while I was without a car When I called them and told them, I only wanted the work done on the original estimate. I was told that they would refuse to do anything except the whole job because their reputation was at stake. So they kept my car for six days without doing any work and refused to do the work they said they would. This is unbelievable. Do not trust this location to give you a legitimate estimate. They are so accustomed to screwing the insurance companies over that they re happy to do that to their cash pay customers as well.

Terrible service and time management! It s been a month and I still do not have my car. They are just replacing the antenna! Do not let your insurance company recommend them, if they do you should demand to use someone else! Every time I get a call it is to tell me there is another issue or they are waiting on something. Most frustrating experience I have ever had with any type of car company! I would give zero stars if I could! They didn t even offer a loaner and we have been having to get by for a month with one vehicle for a family of six! We need our suv back, at this point it feels like our car is being held hostage and we have no clue when it will be returned! To top it off the receptionist gave me attitude when I tried to get answers and voiced my frustration.Service: Electrical

We are beyond disappointed in this Service King shop! My son's tires and wheels were stolen from his car on Nov. 14th, we went through our insurance, and they recommended Service King on 4205 W Plano Parkway. The Service King towed our son's car to their shop, and after getting the run-around, we finally got the car back on Dec. 12th. Almost a MONTH!!! For tires and wheels! Plus my son had to rent a car for a month... that bill was $2000.00! I would probably have given this shop a better review if they paid for half the car rental fee for holding onto my son's car so long.

horrible experience. I would give 0 stars if I could. Truck was returned to me barely running and underlying issues from an accident that they refused to fix. headlights weren't installed correctly and due to that, my passenger headlight came out driving down the highway and it broke my passenger mirror. This was from the McKinney shop, but I am writing on this shop because I got corporate involved (Chris Hayes) and this was the shop we met at. Many issues were brought to corporates attention and nothing got accomplished by it. He basically said I was making everything up and he wasn't going to do anything about it. He finally agreed to pay for a new headlight but told me that I had to install it. Then a few days later he backed out of replacing my headlight. So basically my truck got damaged from their poor installations and have no concerns or even care to take responsibility and fix it. Horrible company and corporate team. Bunch of clowns. Will never return, hope they go bankrupt.

4 months after getting a quote, they STILL won't send info to insurance. To make it even better, only now does the insurance tell me they need pictures- which they never took when they gave me a quote. You would think they would know that being they were given to me as the insurance co's sites to get a quote.

REFUSED TO GIVE CAR BACK. HAD TO CALL CORPORATE AND THREATEN TO CALL POLICE. The car was functioning fine when we dropped it off to fix dents in the side. It took them over a month and a half to get it back to us. My car rental had run out and I had to put my life on hold. After Service King failed to meet the projected finish date, all contact from their side stopped. I didn't know the status of my car or if it was even being worked on. When I called, a Covell Crosby admitted to updating the system inaccurately and failed to produce evidence that our car had been worked on despite falsely promising to do so. Every time I asked for a manager, they were mysteriously busy. I had to call corporate and start looking into getting the police involved because Covell Crosby lied about the establishment's hours and said my car was being worked on over weekends when is was NOT. (I would call on weekends and the lady at the front desk told me no one but her was there and no vehicles were being worked on.) After weeks of misinformation from Covell Crosby and still no manager to speak to, the car was finally returned AFTER threatening a police investigation. But getting it back was still a headache. Covell Crosby lied on the day of pickup about when to be there. The Uber driver was given the wrong pick up address, lighters that did NOT belong to me were left in my car, and the car was returned dirty, despite Covell Crosby claiming the delays were due to the car getting washed, which obviously was just another lie. Please NEVER take your car here. You won't see it again for a very, very long time.

Worst service center and customer experience.I was sent here through my insurance for repairs. After the initial repairs were finished, I had to return my vehicle because they did not address half of the damages. Upon receiving my vehicle a second time, there was interior damage that was not present originally. My only recommendation is to stay far away from this business!

Not on time as promised. Kept on asking for a few more days. Take several phone calls to get to the advisor for updates. Incompetent and incomplete repair jobs. Several things missing as simply as filling up the windshield fluid tank(empty when we got the SUV), lock alarm sound is not working, key access to release gear cap is missing, several places of the front body (fender,s bumper, hood, etc.) are not aligned as they was put together by non professional, oil leak on bottom, and etc. These look like they just thrown things together at the last moment to finish as they are very late. Not recommended.

They were initially very nice and got info to send me an estimate. I was told I would received the estimate and never did. I wasn't able to get a hold of the manager as they kept telling me he was busy. I have yet to recieve a call back from the 4 times I have called in and still havent received to estimate.

Your portal said my car was going to be ready on February 14th. I showed up on Monday February 17th and my car was not yet ready. I was told that there was a missing grill that had not shown up and that your portal had not updated that the delivery date. I was nice and understood this could happen. When I asked about next steps I was then told that the car would be completed on February 19th. I was also told to not come in until someone called me to confirm pickup time. However, I kept checking your portal and it continued to show February 19th as a completion date of my car's repairs. After not hearing back from anyone on the 19th, in the afternoon I called again, but didn't get clear answer on when I could pick up the car. I waited until February 20th to call again and spoke to the service team. They said the repairs have been completed but that a final inspection was needed. I was told that the car would probably be ready in the afternoon of the 20th. However, I did not receive a call either with an update of any kind. I then called Friday the 21st at 8 a.m. I spoke to the same technician who told me the car was not starting and that he was waiting to hear back from his manager on next steps. I explained to him that the battery was new and under warranty, and that I would like to get an ETA on when I could at least inspect the repairs and determine what to do about the battery. I was told that he would call me back. I waited until 5:30 p.m. that day and after not hearing back from anyone at Service King in Plano, I drove there to see my car completely dead. When I asked what happened or what the status was to get my car back operational, I was told that the manager had left for the weekend and that next steps would be determined on Monday the 24th. This was simply unacceptable, so with some help from your techs I was able to jump start the car and took it out of the repair area. I paid my bill with Service King and had the battery replaced on Saturday. I'm absolutely disgusted with the level of service that this location provided me. Not only that I have to wait, and hound someone for an answer on my car I had to incur an extra week of car rental charges as a result of the delay for a simple repair. The repairs to the bumper of my car also had some defects, but I did not want to wait any longer for those to be fixed. I'm not planning to EVER return to Service King and plan hope that no one else goes through what I went through.

These guys are not professional at all, and can not even get an adjustment sent to insurance company let alone manage their backlog of work or answer phones. E AWARE:I took my car here because it was a referral from State Farm. Long story short got hit in wreck and it was minimum damage so they were just responsible of for checking out the damage and sending an estimate to State Farm. Janet was the mechanic handling my car.2 weeks go by and I come to pick my car up and they bring it up front left it running. Got in my car to get to a parking spot and had to return my keys to the rental place next door. Come back and my car wouldn t start. Janet lied to my face which makes me wonder if they tampered with my car even more. She said they had no problems starting the car, they didn t even have to drive in much, just quickly being very defensive however when I approached the gentleman and asked if they had to jump start for my car to start and he said yes it was dead. She lied to my face and still brushed it off when I confronted her about it and tried to make it seem like I confused the situation.If you re gonna take your car here anyways just make sure you do not quickly sign that release of damaged vehicle form until you have seen that all the parts of your car are still out in and take before and after pictures!! Start your car and turn it off walk away from the car then start it again and drive it around. Cover yourself! DO NOT AIGN THE WAIVER until you ve done so!!!

I brought them my car after an accident. The team was very helpful and took time to explain me how the process would work. This was important for me as I was quite upset about what happened to my car. When I recieved my car back one week later, the result was awesome. The job was done in an excellent way. My service rep (Michael) was nice and polite and always took care of my concerns. I got my vehicle back when promised. This place has my car looking like it has never been in an accident. They predicted two weeks to get it fixed and finish two days earlier. The customer service is off the chain. Michael (Mike) was there coolest and kept me updated with every detail that was going on. I didn t feel nervous or irritated about this process because they reassured me everything would be ok, and by golly they delivered. Service King West Plano is the spot. The only thing was my rental. They gave me a Dodge Charger. I went from a gas saver to a gold digging gas monster. But Enterprise was so professional, no wait, in and out with both SK and enterprise. I think I wanna wreck my other car so I can take it there again (just joking). Best place for repairs hands down

I took my vehicle for repair 2nd time. Both times I realized how they treat their customers with respect, they send daily communication via text messages and walk you through from the fist day you vehicle is dropped off until the day you pick it up. My car was put back the way it was, cant even notice it was in an accident. I highly recommend them. Call one of their guy named Matthew he will get you taken care of.

Don't take your vehicle here. Mechanics do not know what they are doing. Dropped my car off to get quoted, the took it apart and put it back together to find damages, however they did NOT reassemble the vehicle all the way. When I went to pick it up, it had a panel missing and bumper nearly falling off, when I asked them to please return my car to me in the condition it was in prior to disassembly, I was told that's not something they can do. FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE! UNLESS YOU WANT IT RETURNED TI YOU IN WORSE CONDITION THAN YOU LEFT IT

Amazing service from start to finish. They were transparent, quick, friendly, fair. Everything you d want from what could be a stressful situation. Omar was absolutely great. I hope I don t ever need to come back, but should the need arise I definitely will.

Very convenient collision repair shop with enterprise car rental next-door. Insurance process made it easy to have the car repaired here although I wish they had told me when I picked up my car that one of the parts was on back order so I ended up going home and just realizing later that they left off the side molding on my door door. When I first called to ask about this I asked him to look at the pictures to validate the side molding on there when I drop the car off but they said there was no such molding. I had to show them pictures of the car I had taken on my own to prove to them the car had original door moldings.

I took my car in for service and Jeremy was extremely nice and helpful. He initiated conversations and walked me through everything before I left my car. Everything he said, he did. He called me every day with an update on my car, and he was so easy to reach. He told me when it would be done and it ended up being done two days earlier. Easiest experience I ve ever had honestly!

These people are, in my opinion, grossly incompetent and dishonest. My car developed an interior leak in heavy rain. I took it to this Service King and the service manager named Ronnie told me they could fix the problem. Several days later he messaged me and told me my car was fixed and ready to go. I paid the bill of over $450 and went outside to inspect my vehicle. It had been raining that day and my vehicle was wet inside at that very moment. Ronnie promised me they would fix it and had my car for another week or so. Once again he told me the problem was fixed. At this point I was skeptical and asked exactly where the leak was and how they had fixed it. Ronnie was very evasive and could not give me a straight answer, but he did bring out his manager who made a show of shutting a piece of paper in my doors to show me they were sealed. They assured me that if I had any other problems they would fix it. The next big rain revealed there was no change and my car was still leaking. When I returned they refused to do any more work on my vehicle unless it was approved by my insurance. Out of frustration I took my vehicle to another body shop that found the actual problem and fixed it in just a few hours with a bill of $130. This Service King is, in my opinion, incompetent. They could not find a problem that was obvious to another shop. This Service King is, in my opinion, dishonest. Not only did they twice tell me the problem is fixed, they do not stand behind their work. I gave them a car that leaked and they returned my vehicle to me in the exact same condition and charged me over $450 to do so. The number of 1 star reviews should tell you everything you need to know.

I've been waiting 4 months for a part for my car. The body work looks good but I can't pass inspection because the part that is missing is a micro chip that makes my headlamp and break light work.

This place told us our car would be ready in 7-10 days, it took them 25 days to do it. They promised us they would cover the cost of our rental for the extra time they held our car for. They lied.
