Everything is appointment now. If you have an emergency with your tires, can t get it fixed right away and can t get it repairedelsewhere. The competitor matches the price and provides superior customer care. Not worth the hassle of purchasing from Sam s Club Tires anymore.

I would like to state that the staff are great and provide the best services they can. That said, the management (either locally or regionally) have made poor staffing decisions which directly impact the service provided. 2 people on a Saturday morning which equates to a 4 hour estimated wait for a battery change?? Either run it like a business or do the customers a favor and shut it down.As I stated the staff can do nothing to resolve the issue, this is purely a management issue relating to their staffing levels. I hope the employees can find other employment with better management and less stress.

The staffs are very honest, and won't force you to buy anything you don't need. I went in there planning on getting all four wheels changed, but they told me two of the wheels are in good condition, and i won't need to replace them.If you get wheel here, you get free tire rotation, but only downside is that it takes about an hour wait.

I ordered 4 tires 195-60R15 online and was supposed to receive the text notification or call because I subscribed it but I did not receive it. Not a big deal.I went there waited an hour they put on the tire I receive it and I checked all tires 1 was 195-65R15 I said the guy this is different than I ordered then he said "oh they probably labelled it wrong it's the same tire. It's the same thing won't make difference". I was like really it's clearly saying it's not the tire size I ordered and he is saying they labelled it wrong while manufacturing the tire. He could have said oh they might have send the wrong tire let me Check if we got it misplaced.Employees were very rude no greetings no explanations of their policy no nothing. Dude you are selling me your product and I am f****g paying for it. It's not like you are doing a huge favor to me and I have to bear your tantrums. Instead of him explaning their policy, I had to ask what are your. Policies when should I come for tire rotation and stuffs like that.M done with this attitude and ain't coming back to them again.

A good place to buy tires. You can get good deals as well on tires purchase (sometimes little extra for sams' plus members). Friendly staff members. One day my car tire got punctured. And it was fixed within 15-20 mins and thats free for the plus members.

The service at this place is terrible. You will wait forever to get service at this place buying new tires or getting flats repaired. You will wait 4 + hours. It has happened multiple times. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere or be prepared to wait all day for service.

I got my tires here and the service was excellent. 5 stars for sure. I had no clue what to do and they took care of it all.

Used them twice, great service both times. Fast turnaround plus a discount for previous purchases with them....I'll be back for sure

I order 4 tires they never call me until I went back to the store 7 days later and I been waiting for 4 hrs and counting to put the tires I won t recommend worse service next time I going back with discount tire or somewhere else

Theyre so slow my car sat for 4 hours in line when there was a car or 2 in front of me and one hour to repair my flat tire
