Online it says the tire battery department opens when the store opens. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes while no one said hello or acknowledged that I m standing there waiting. The whole time I m waiting you can see people in the back walking around. They could have easily said we will be with you soon or we are on a break until 11 or whatever the case was. So I go to customer service and the lady there says they don t open until 11. Update your hours online. It s that easy.

Waited from 6:45pm to 7:10pm and finally had to go inside and tell them I've been waiting at the curbside pickup. The guy at the exit has NO radio to tell anyone so then had to go inside and look for supervisor who then tells someone on the radio. Ridiculous excuses to tell me well usually we don't have anyone picking up this late during holiday hours. No one answers the phone so didn't have a choice but to go inside. Ugh I seriously get why Costco gets a lot better reviews.

Two stars for providing the estimate I asked and recommending a preferred tire, but the attendant was a little cold. I probably won't be returning--this Sam's Club is mainly on my weekend route, anyway.

My minivan tires got changed here. I took an appointment, yes I recommend to take appointment and go here. I have got a good deal on tires. One thing I like here is flat $15/installation with life time rotation and balance, which is great. Some other tire shops I have visited prior to this has got many misc charges.They did a good job, installed the tires by the time I have finished my shopping.

Don t understand the point of appointment here. They took about 2hrs for scheduled appointment of tires replacement. Also I have ordered my tires order in their online website and went to store for tire mounting, they charged me more than the amount shown when I placed my order in online.

Called the tire center two days in a row and waited over 15 mins. to make an appointment and no one picked up. Called again today and was on hold for almost 40 minutes and nothing. Horrible service.

Very fast. However valuables were missing from the trunk of my car. I'd recommend taking anything of value out before going to take your car in.

The staff is very friendly. Shopping with their app scan&go feature is a breeze and is always fun to skip any checkout lines.

Sam's club is awesome. Got a battery and went shopping, but her area with prime meats can't be beat

When I came to change my battery they said they can t do I need to go to Hyundai the. I went to brakes plus and completed my replacement of battery

Tires rotated. They left the car engine on in the hot summer heat for 30min. Before telling me to pick up the car.
