The most unprofessional people I have ever seen in this bussiness. Do not recoment this shop for tires and installation. They lied to my face about the appointment. Not worth it so I am not going to renew my sams membership.

Associates are poorly trained and do not understand the systems they are working with. Showed up with a 5pm appointment and it took them 35 minutes to get me checked in and the process started. I will not return to this store s tire center.Update: I made the original review too early. After waiting 35 minutes for them to actually get me checked in and started, I waited an additional 50 minutes before they called to tell me they don t have the tires I purchased . Absolutely inept.

Went in to replace a tire I bought from this location as it had a bruise that was caused by a pot hole. The tire was only a year old and under the Premium Installation Package this should have been covered. However, as soon as I walked in, Jared was already not in the mood to help me. He said there was no such thing as a covered replacement. Until I showed him my documents from when I bought the tire he kept refusing to help. He read out loud the Basic Tire Warranty document and after he realized the tire would be covered under this package he pretended to help. He looked at the tire and then started spitting random metrics about how they could only cover 85 dollars since the tire was worn out. He kept being a smart aleck instead of helping. I will never take my car into this location again. You keep losing customers because you keep hiring people who don t want to work.I took my car in to another Sam s Tire location and they replaced the tire for free.

Took 5 hours of my time to get one new tire. Initially waited on the phone for 25 minutes to find out if the tire had come in. Went thru service desk twice. Tire Dept never answered.Spent 3 hours getting the tire installed. Told them to put the tire on the left front. They put it on the right front. Right front was a new tire. Left front was a bald tire. Then they broke a sensor in the tire and the low pressure warning light came on. Took another half hour for them to unsuccessfully get the warning light off and they told me to come back if it did not go off.Went back today and took them 2 hours to install a new sensor and to attempt to turn off the warning light.I requested a meeting with the store manager and spoke to Sandra APM.Told her to ask the 5 employees who were still trying to turn off the light that I wanted to leave and take the car to Lexus to get it fixed right. She told me they had installed a new sensor and the sensor system had to be reset by Lexus. She agreed to my request to have Son's Club pay for the reprogramming. Now have an appointment it Lexus on Jan 29. Hopefully There is no further damage caused by your shop.A totally unsatisfactory experience both with Sam's Club Customer Service and with the apparently untrainedpeople in the Tire Department. Will get back to you with any further problems.

I always seem to have to wait an absurd amount of time to get anyone's attention. Lifetime tire rotation but if you don't have the original paperwork they don't believe the tires were installed by them. Not willing or able to look up my info? That's garbage. Went to discount tire next door and they did my rotation for free despite not getting the tires from them just because I had previously gotten some there. They appreciated my business even after I made the mistake of going elsewhere.

Talked to someone at the counter a few weeks ago about having my TPMS sensors done. He mentioned that they'd cost $5 apiece, as long as I brought my own. So I ordered a set for my car. Today I walked in, prepared to have them changed out as well as have my tires rotated and balanced. The vehicle bays were empty when I parked at 12:30 (7/14/2019). I walked inside to the tire center, happy to have no line. There I meet two young men, both of whom are sitting on their phones, not paying attention to me. After I interrupt their precious phone time with the work I want done to my car, one of them (nametag read: Jared) looks up at me and asks me to repeat what I wanted done. Jared then told me that they wouldn't replace TPMS sensors that I had brought in myself, they'd only do the work if I bought my TPMS sensors there. That wasn't what I was told by the first associate I spoke to, but Jared was insistent. I left, not willing to give my car to people that obviously didn't want to work on it. Jared and his coworker then went back to leaning on the counter and staring at their phones. Ten minutes later I was finishing my shopping and checking out, and I spot Jared walking around with a Sam's drink. I'm not sure what your tire associates actually do for a living, as it seems they ignore customers, turn down work, and then wander the store with a free drink.

Manager Jonathan is a joke.. just FYI you ll need an appointment to get your tire changed.. but they won t answer their phone to schedule the appointment. Oh and after you call them for 5 days straight they ll turn you away after you show up at the store for not having an appointment. Poor customer service..

Skip this Sam's auto. Unfortunately for the guys who do actually work and put forth an effort it all goes to waste when employees like that Jared smart alick can ruin anything without lifting a finger. He and another little kid his age take this auto down the tubes or worse. Don't put him in a position where he's forced to work even briefly, he will shoot you a stink eye intended for your end. Plus although he was given plenty of training here you can never underestimate the power of laziness. He installed my battery(not the correct way but one resembling it) and did his usual half stepping job leaving it to test dead 7 times because he can't be bothered to tighten the connection. This store would fare far better by letting him stay home and mailing his check.

The gentleman at the front desk Myers I believe was his name, amazing customer service and great attitude. He went above and beyond to take care of me. It s great to stop by and see people who care and are proud of the work they do. Excellent employee

I took my father's Sam's Club Membership card to get my flat tire fixed and these people wanted my father's presence over there. I then went to other Sam's Club and got it fixed, unlike the excuses that I got at this Sam's because of their laziness.

They've been exceptional every step of the way. Helped me determine the cause of my habitually flat tires and directed me to where and what I needed to buy for them to install!
