Royal Autobody of Plano is a great shop! I contacted the shop on a Saturday, John the owner answered. I wanted to change out the grill on our BMW X1, To my surprise he said sure, I can do it today if you re available. Not only did his tech get it done, they had it complete in less than an hour. Other shops didn t want to take the time to even meet with me about it. If you need work or repairs for your car, definitely give John at Royal Auto Body of Plano a call!! Thanks again John!!

John and the entire staff are fantastic. From calling in to make an appointment to get a side mirror fixed was within the same day! John was super helpful and very transparent. He kept me posted and communicated very well throughout the process. Such a great experience! This local auto shop will be my go to! I would highly recommend!!

Office Staff very friendly, John and Josh geared to try and please every customer. Had hail damage covered by insurance, team did a good job on popping the dents and blending. Also had a scratch on back bumper, I paid vs insurance. The team quoted me $350, which seemed low, got car back and realize they wanted to save me money and did not fully repaint bumper so the repaint did not blend in perfectly. I should have asked what was the work for such a low price. Overall, the workmanship is very good, I will use Royal the next time I need any body or paint work

The service at Royal was excellent and the repair work as good as one could expect. I was offered a very inexpensive rental while my car was in the shop and the work was completed in record time. I would highly recommend visiting Royal for your auto body repairs.

If you need professional and reasonably priced service, this is the place to go.Special shout out to Katrina, John and Vanessa, who took care of my Jeep Grand Cherokee and kept the communication open through out the repair process. The patience and professionalism are the reasons I would recommend this place.

Decided to bring my vehicle here for repairs based on the number of positive reviews and I was not disappointed. I got into an accident with front bumper damage and called a couple of places. John was very upfront about the timeline and their ability to get the insurance appraisal and the work done quickly while still waiving most of my deductible. What would have taken a big chain body shop 2-3 months to sort out took them under 3 weeks. Most of the time spent was getting insurance approval so once that was done the vehicle was repaired in just a couple of days.Vanessa and Katrina kept me updated on the process both from their work with my insurance to get approval and the work done on the car. I got my vehicle back looking better than before the accident. Thanks to you both and thanks to John and Josh for their quality work on the vehicle itself!

I had initially planned to go to a well-known auto body collision shop in the area, one of the larger chains that most people are familiar with. However, when I found out that they were booked for several weeks and had no estimate on how long repairs would take, I decided to explore other options. That's when I came across Royal Autobody Shop of Plano, which had numerous five-star reviews so I decided to give them a call.Right from the first phone call, I was impressed by how comfortable they made me feel. They treated me like a long-time friend or family member, assuring me that I could simply drop off my car and they would take care of everything. It was refreshing to experience such a welcoming and personal approach. They handled all the necessary calls with the insurance claims and ensured that the information reached the claims adjusters promptly. Since I had two different accidents, one caused by another driver and covered by their insurance, and some unrelated damage that was covered through my insurance, their team efficiently managed both cases.To my surprise, they even went the extra mile and took care of organizing a rental car for me through Enterprise which I was able to pick up right there at the shop. It was such a hassle-free and seamless experience!It took a couple of week to finsalize the estimates with the claim adjusters but once they were finalized, my vehicle was returned to me just a few days later, looking absolutely perfect. The quality of their workmanship was exceptional, and I couldn't be happier with the result. I am now a loyal customer of Royal Autobody Shop, and as long as I live in the DFW area, I won't be taking my vehicle anywhere else. I wholeheartedly recommend this shop to anyone in need of auto body repairs. They truly go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. John and his crew- were so kind to stay after they closed on a Saturday. I had just backed into a concrete post and my front bumper took the hit. I drove straight over to John's shop ,2 minutes from my residence. I had a snack, diet coke, played with the new Shop Kitten. I enjoyed the vintage decor, and talking old cars from the 50's. I had body and windshield damage during the storm. Insurance linked shops couldn't get me in till mid April. This place got me in right away (Mar 10). It took about 20 days for insurance plus repairs, but I'm happy with the overall speed and experience. Was recommended by friends. Josh and Katrina are great

John and his team are so nice and professional. Dropped my car off after I got in an accident. They helped me with getting my estimate finalized and helped me get a rental car. Wow - we took my car in for a scrape on the side and the broken off windshield wiper in the back. They were professional, reasonable, worked with the insurance company and kept us in the loop. They were able to separate the billing for both issues and I got my car back cleaner than before!

Super fast service for an install on new headlights and they let me use parts I had purchased. Most places I called would not which was quite frustrating. Fantastic experience! I will be coming back for sure.

My husband took my car to this auto body shop to have the bumper fixed and had a very good experience. Josh Francis helped him through the process.. he was friendly and helpful. They restored the bumper beautifully to its original appearance and I m so happy with the results. I will definitely use Royal Auto Body Shop again in the future should I have a car problem and would highly recommend it to anyone needing a car repair. Royal Auto Body is five stars! Just got my car back a few days ago and I am really happy with the work. My Lexus has pearl white paint and they did a great job repairing the front bumper and matching the paint. Their team does a great job at explaining the process and making sure you are updated every step of the way.

DO NOT JUDGE THE BOOK BY ITS COVER.First I thought this place is just an ordinary body shop, like other places, but after reading all the five stars review in google map, so I gave it a try.Beyond my expectations. Fixing my Tesla Model 3's rear bumper within two weeks. Basically, Tesla body shop told me that it would take at least three months to fixing this bumper, due to part shortage. AutoNation Collision Center Plano told me that they can do the first supplement within one month, so I gave Royal Auto Body of Plano a shot, and I never regret on my decision. They fixed my car before the appointment of first supplement from AutoNation Collision Center Plano. lolHere is my story._____________________John and Josh took care me well since day one. My car was used for Turo company(rental company) which is the hardest insurance company that you wanna fight for. Turo insurance is a small company, and they tried to low-ball the fixing cost as much as possible. Unlike State farm or Farmer, these insurances companies always make things fast.Josh helped me through the hell's process with Turo's insurance, and we get the first supplement within one week. Imagine that you have to deal with the insurance company that works like Spirit Airline. Josh can makes everything easy for that. However, Turo tried to low ball us by giving a little amount of money, so Josh stand by me and fought with them to get a good amount money to fix my car.Josh started fixing the car after receive second supplement. I can't imagine that any body shop will do this for me. I think if I went to Tesla Certify body shop(like AutoNation Collision Center Plano) or Tesla Body shop. They will hold this case for another two months and try to delay everything because they don't care for you.By the way, I received the phone call from John within two weeks after I dropped the car, and he surprised that the car is already fixed. They are good guys in DFW area. I would recommend them to my Tesla's friend. This body shop is beyond my expectation of fixing my car. They stood on your side to fight with the insurances companies for you, and they tried to close the jobs faster than any body shop around here.They treated the customers like their family's members, so I would recommend anyone who have the problems with their insurances' companies to come here. Any issue with auto body repair with in reasonable cost and same day fix - royal auto body is one place to go!! John cooper is a friendly guy and gives you the best deal. In my case all the other body shops want me to drop the vehicle and come later in a day or two but john fixed it in 30 mins and ofcourse in a reasonable cost.
