They have repaired a number of cars and trucks and have always done a great job ! I just bought an old ski boat and dropped it off for "The Richard touch" wow ! It looks amazing ! Wouldn't let any other shop work on my stuff !

0 stars if I could. Super careless staff and owners. The car sat at the shop for 2 weeks while all they had to do was to make a call to insurance, that's it. All this while I kept mentioning how important time was and how I wanted my car ASAP. They could care less. They decided to start the work on my car without confirming with insurance first so I get stuck with them and have to pay out of pocket. Thankfully I was able to stop them from doing any work and took my car elsewhere. Everything is worth it going somewhere else rather than Q & M Image Auto Body. If you have to pay more somewhere else, definitely without a doubt worth it. You will be in better hands anywhere other than here. I'm so happy I did not move forward with them after wasting 2 weeks with them with no results.

Richard is extremely rude, and will not return calls. Was told repairs will take 1 week. Went to pick up my car after a week, he said he was still waiting for spart. Took 3 weeks to my car back. Paint started bubbling 4 months after I got it repaired. Spend the extra money, go somewhere else.

This place is truly an amazing place!! Sometimes, looks can be deceiving. When you get to this place, don't let the looks of the location fool you, which is tucked behind a used car dealership. Their quality of work is second to none - 5-STAR!! The best part is that your pocket won't even feel it! Just as equally, the relationship you will build with the owner - Richard - will last a long time into the future!! I trusted my $150,000 car (Tesla Model-X with Ludicrous mode) and Richard didn't let me down!! If you want a great quality job and save money, go to Q&M Image! You WILL NOT regret!! The telling part is that I live in Frisco and drove to East Plano to get this work done!

I wrecked my car a month ago. The damage was so bad it cost almost $6,000 to fix it. Richard and Taylor took very good care of me and my car. The quality of work and customer service was top notch- I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get work done by an honest, courteous and caring establishment. They really went above and beyond, I will definitely be using them anytime I need work done in the future.

Took car in on a Friday to respray front bumper and reseat a plastic grill piece. Was told the car would be ready by the following Wednesday. I had to to leave the country on that day and so gave Richard my wife s phone number to call when it was ready.Thursday, Friday and Saturday, no call.I went to the shop on the following Monday morning to pick it up. The bumper had been sprayed and re-installed but the mis-aligned grill piece was still not seated correctly. Richard said that it would be ready by the end of the day.I returned at 5pm that day to see the bumper completely missing from my car. He said he had to make some alterations and that he wasn t happy with the respray so he intended to coat it again. There was no phone call telling me this was going to happen. I was fully expecting to drive home in it that evening.He told me it would be ready the following evening (Tuesday). I had to leave the country again until Thursday, so I thought I d pick it up Friday morning. I arrived at the shop to see the bumper was off the car. It hadn t even been sprayed yet! Again, no phone call to tell me what was going on. Richard wasn t there, so I spoke with Nick, a co-worker, who assured me it would be ready by the end of the day. He said he would personally call me at 1:30 to give me an update. No call. At 3:30, I called him on his personal phone no answer. At 4pm, no answer.Finally, at 4:30, I called the main office and Richard answered and said my car would be ready the following day(Saturday) at 9am. I called Richard at 9:15, Saturday, to see if it was ready. He said he was running late and could I make it 10am. Again no phone call. I could have arrived at 9am and been kept waiting an hour for him to show up as he was the only one set to work in the shop that day.A job that was only meant to take three days ended up taking over two weeks to complete.The communication with this company is non-existent. I understand delays occur for whatever reason, but if the client is kept informed every step of the way, adjustments can be made and it s not as much of a big deal.Jon BerryService: Painting

If you like to be lied to and have parts loss/stolen this is the place for you. Richard lied to me a dozen times. Said he d have work done in 6 weeks, 10 weeks later still had done nothing and lost or stole many original parts off a rare classic. Doesn t know how to run a business, lies, doesn t answer calls or texts and never calls you back. Stay Away!!

These guys are crooks. The owner Richard told me that he would look at my car and provide me with an estimate in one or 2 days. The car sat for nearly two weeks without being looked at. He would not return calls. When I went to have the car picked up, they refused to release it so I had the police come and allow me to take it. Do not trust what these people tell you, stay away!Service: Painting

Ive used Q and M twice now. The first time everything was perfect, the work was done well and very quickly. So when I needed my hail damage repaired I came back but Nothing is ever perfect!! There was some delays in getting my repairs done some of which was not at the fault of the body shop, and some of which was. But here is why I will be coming back. They accepted responsibility for their part in the mistake AND they made it right. Their level of customer service is why I will continue to give them my business and recommend them to others. Thank you Taylor and Richard for taking such good care of me as a customer. I appreciate all of your hard work.

Nice folks good work. Not the first time our family used this shop to fix small dings and scratches. We one used them for bad side swipe on two doors.

Over the summer I had a cracked windshield that Richard Replaced. He then fixed a dent on my car for a great price on top of that. My car looks as good as new!

Fabulous experience with Q & M Image Automotive. My old Honda Odyssey van was in a wreck & they were able to fix it with used parts for a great price. They made my van's hatch look brand new! Q & M also did the work exactly on schedule. I worked with Richard & he was so nice and very easy to work with. I highly recommend Q & M Image Auto Body

Fair prices and they're willing to go the extra mile to fix everything. They found a broken water tank while fixing my bumper and they fixed the tank free of charge. Good experience which is rare for car repairs.

Unfortunately I have needed body work done on my cars several times over the years. I found Q&M by accident. It is tucked behind a small used car lot on Ave K in Plano across the street from a major collision repair shop where I took my car for an estimate. I was in shock from the quote I was given at the big collision repair shop and happened to notice a little sign on Ave K for Q&M. I met the owner, Richard, and he came out, looked at my car and without going to a computer to get estimates like the big companies he gave me a price which was half that of his neighbor. He told me how long it would take and had it ready when he said he would and the car looked like it did when I drove it off of the car lot I bought it from. I highly recommend Q&M

Was hard to give the 5 stars they deserve because I don't want them to get too busy that I cant get in when I need to. But really, they do great work and have friendly service. As in all great work, dont rush it if you want it right and that is what they specialize in, the best results.

Don't go there unless you need significant body & cosmetic repair needed. They are reluctant to small repairs and kept me hanging while I had to keep calling them every day for almost 3 weeks for an update. Does not provide satisfactory repair as well for if it's minor. 2 star for their behaviours which were nice.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had.Richard venzor intentionally misled us to believe our car would be done in 3 days,he collected money up front and took 3 weeks to return it unfinished then when disputing price for low quality work he threatened to keep my car until I pay and charge me storage fees on top of that.he never answered his phone and sometimes nowhere to be found but the worst is that my 6 year old son found a dirty pipe in the backseat! I walked the shop the following day Richard nowhere to be found and noticed nobody works in the front office and 3 other customers were waiting with complaints in the office so I just gave up,hopefully he doesn t continue to treat other customers the way he did us but I definitely don t recommend q and m for professional work.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I was referred here by a family member who needed repairs on his car. Richard is very responsive and he helped us fix our Honda Fit which was damaged in an accident. He even took it to a car spa before we picked up our car! Definitely recommend and we'll be back!

I had a terrible, terrible, terrible experience here. Honestly, I was treated the worst I have ever been treated by a company. I was lied to multiple times about where my car was at in the process, things were missing out of my car, my car was there for 7 weeks and my insurance paid $8,000 and they did not do a good job, there was white compound all on the inside of my car, there were bolts and screws everywhere in the trunk that I still have no idea where they are from. My car was having issues starting after coming to get it and they knew that and did not tell me & they still let me drive out of their parking lot without even having the conversation with me. I was stranded one mile away from their shop after driving off the parking lot and they would not even answer the phone to help me. I was referred to this place hoping I would get taken care of and instead I was treated really bad. I would never refer anybody else to this place & If you want your car back in a timely manner and with everything fixed then this is not the place to go!

Terrible experience with them. Very hard to get ahold of, did terrible work on my door, then wouldn t answer calls when I wanted it made right. Would not recommend to anyone. Joke of a business
