Thank you to Frank, Joseph and the staff at Precision Auto Body for taking care of my son s car recently. The cost to repair the collision damage to bumper, hood and lights was reasonable, the estimated time for completion was on target, and the finished product was great. Honestly, the experience was greater than my son and I were expecting. There was no haggling on cost or compromising quality. I have another car they they ll soon be working on. I ll let y all know the results but I have no doubt they ll come thru and impress!

They did such a great job on my car! Fast turn around time. And the guys are just AWSOME. Shout out to boss man , Dan, and Joe the estimator . Over all I had a great experience! I absolutely recommend this shop

Had my first wreck ever in my Malibu 2020, my axel was bent in a long with my quarter panel. Got my car to Frank and his team the next day and they assured me my car would be like new in a timely fashion. I'm 100% satisfied with their service and affordable price. Thanks Again!

Honestly just a very frustrating experience from start to finish. This review has nothing to do with my car or the accident, which are frustrating in themselves but this review is solely about the service and professionalism of this shop.First, there is next to zero regard for customer service. They don t communicate well and the whole experience feels disjointed and confusing. Their techs do not communicate with the front office and everyone seems to be guessing every day as to what to say or what to tell the customer.Second, they took 8 days for a job that was supposed to take 2. I understand slowdowns happen but we were NEVER called and told about the delay so we showed up expecting our car and they needed another day. To me, that s inexcusable. Again, this comes down to customer service. They have hired people that don t know how to communicate.Third, when they finally DID call and say the car was ready, we arrived and the car wasn t actually ready and we ended up standing around waiting. There was also a Burger King cup in the cup holder which implies they went to a drive thru in our car. Which would explain the delays. These guys would rather take the day off and party for St Pattys day than deliver a job completed and on time. Main guy was apologetic but never really fixed the actual core issue which was repeated.Overall one of the worst experiences i ve had at any type of car repair shop. My recommendation? Hire someone with a little bit of customer service in their bones.

Try Frank first!!! Let me tell you. I am a travel nurse from another state. I happened to have a parking lot accident where my bumper and tailgate was damaged on a Sunday. I have no idea who to call to fix it. Didn't anticipate to go thru insurance because my damages was not more than my deductible. I Google "auto body repair" and Franks shop (Precision Auto body repair)was at the top of the list. I checked out the reviews and was pleased at what was said. I sent a text to him that day (Sunday). Monday morning, I took my car in for an estimate. Frank and his team were ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!. no pressure, no hidden fees, no haggling. I went with his estimate and he said he could do my car on a Wednesday. Took it in on Wednesday and my car was don on Thursday!!! Whaaaat? Who does that!!!! Not only was my car perfectly repaired to factory new, but it was washed and sparkling clean when I arrived!!!. My car was perfect before the week was out!!!! This kind of service needs to be recognized during this pandemic as well as Frank's compassion for what his customers go thru. He understands some people pay out of pocket (like I did) and have to catch an Uber to get a rental car. Timeliness is everything. His father taught him well, as I learned he upholds his fathers business ethics. Please, please try Precision Auto body repair first for all your big or small repair jobs. I promise you won't be disappointed.

This is fantastic auto shop. Friendly and easy to get service done. Fabulous.I couldn't be more elated with the work done on my car here.My car was involved with a front end car crash with major damage to the front. Meet Frank to fix my car. He picked up car from my location and fixed it.Great work and awesome service. Frank was very attentive and thorough. He had no issues explaining the process and giving me different options to choose from. Hope to never need another vehicle restored but if I do, I ll certainly come back to this shop. Also great communication and updates throughout the process!

I brought in my vehicle to have a scratched side of my bumper repaired, as well as to have an unrelated replacement part installed. They were able to service both of these tasks for a very fair price (paid out of pocket), and it looks great! My only criticism is there was too much metallic component added to the paint finish, so it looks slightly more sparkly than the rest of my car's coat, however it still looks leagues better than it did prior. They even cleaned up my headlights as best as they could for no additional fee.Do note that depending on the magnitude of the work your requesting, it can take a while for the maintenance to be completed. For example these two tasks took about 5 or so days, but I value quality and price over timeliness. I'll definitely be coming back again for any body shop work.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Full body wash, Painting, General repairs & maintenance, Headlight polishing, Body & Trim, Auto body & trim replacement, Paint repair

My husband found this location by asking around for recommendations, and by chance he met FrankFrank was very personable and professional at the same time, after speaking about the body work / paint service we were interested in we decided Frank and his team could be just the guys we were looking forFrank and the team are exceptional in their communication and the job they did was 5 star quality ; we appreciated the service so much, we had Frank paint another vehicle that had clear coat chipping on the hoodI highly recommend Frank and his team 5 star service all around ; repair and they return your vehicle in a timely fashion .quality work and great customer serviceService: Auto body & trim repair

Lovely business here. I would NOT visit here unless you want to get your car forgetten or want to waste so much of your time revisiting here for nothing because they dont care to let the customer know whats going on because "they have too much work" to tell me (yeah thats what they said)They replaced my headlight in december and I found the signal light is not working. Told them and they said the bulb didnt come with the headlight so they need to order a specific bulb from the dealership and it will be right after that week. After few weeks I havent heard from them so i called them few times. They said they'll look it up and call me back but I never got a callback. After waiting more than a MONTH, I visited them. They had no idea what I was talking about. Yeap nothing was done more than a month. So I had to tell them from the scratch. They say they'll order it and will be there monday. On tuesday i still havent got a call so i called them and guess what. They haven't ordered it yet!Finally they told me its delivered on friday. So I visit them. This time, they said they they got a wrong one! And this time they took my other bulb without telling me so I noticed both my bulbs are not working when i almost got into an accident. Again, after some wait I got a text message that it will be delivered on tuesday so I can come visit anytime after that so I visited them on wendesday only to find out they dont have the bulbs! They said the bulb hasnt been delivered. I asked why didnt they tell me its not here before i come and said they have too much work to tell everybody. Wow. Just wow.So in summary, I made 4 visits and waited 2 months for the smallest signal light but still hasnt received, rather my other bulb was taken! My registration is two months expired from waiting for itFrank, everytime I talk to him, will tell me some excuses(i fired the employees, my dad got covid, i wasnt there ..etc) for not ordering the bulbs than admitting their fault and will treat you like some crazy l karen for wanting for better communication. Maybe you should hire more people than firing them if you cant spare a time to text your customer to tell whats going on?I want to shoot my head everytime i visit here. I'd recommend this time if you want to get anger issue.it's the worst choice I've ever made in my life to visit here.

Unfortunately this has been the worst shop I ve ever used. They ve had my car for 6 weeks and I still haven t gotten a straight answer on when it will be ready. Apparently they had my car for 2 weeks before they worked on it and told me they never received communication with my insurance which my insurance company proved to be a lie then i started getting lies about how they re having a hard time finding my headlight. I don t have a rental getting to work and picking up my kid from school for almost two months has been hell. I m guessing they take one more cars than they can handle.

I was truly impressed by the service I received! They don t charge a fortune at all, & they did very high quality work on my Nissan. Frank and his team are incredible! I highly recommend Precision Auto. Frank explained the whole process to me and kept me updated the entire time - he quickly responded to all messages and made sure I knew what was going on. In addition, he had my car back to me in a matter of 2 days!My car looks amazing and I am super happy! His team totally knocked it out of the park

Best body shop experience ever! Not only was he upfront and honest with pricing but he also text me updates as we waited for insurance company to do their part! Loved the update texts because if it's textable there's no need to call! Very pleased with outcome!

I hit my apartment complex's automatic gate during a morning rush to work. The gate survived without a trace of damage but my X-Terra's fender suffered. My insurance quoted the job at $1067 and I have a deductible of $1000. I contacted Precision and Frank asked me to text pictures of the damage to him. He responded promptly and gave me a quote that was below my deductible! I was surprised because a couple of national chain auto body shops and even a local mom and pop shop quoted me at over $2000. Frank's quote sounded too good to be true and I wondered if there was a catch. Being on a budget I chose Precision. I dropped my vehicle at the end of business hours on Saturday. Frank talked me through the repair he would be doing. On Monday I was contacted that the job was completed.I could not be more happy with the job. My car looks amazing! The paint job is perfect. It is dimensional and matches the factory color. Very impressive. The total cost is exactly what Frank quoted me at. Not a cent more. No surprise charge at the end. Frank guarantees his work.I could not be more pleased with the process and I 100% recommend Precision Auto Body of Plano.

Frank was the best. He got me in to get a quote quickly and gave a detailed estimate for costs. Once i was ready, i could drop off my car right away and they finished the repair in a day! Super fast, gave me updates along the way, and did a FANTASTIC job fixing the deep scratch. Super thankful for Frank and happy to support a small business. Not many places we re willing to work on Tesla s. Not only did Frank help me get my vehicle fixed, but he also did so very quickly compared to other locations. Frank and his crew are amazing! My car was damaged in an accident and Precision made the repair process painless. When I dropped off my car, the rental company went to the wrong shop and Frank immediately fixed the problem. He drove me to the rental office so I didn t have to wait forty minutes for the rental company to pick me up.Throughout the repair process Frank communicated with me often and I always knew what was going on with my car. The car was even ready before he said it would be.When I went to pick my car up, I mistakenly left items in the rental and Frank rode with me to retrieve them. My car was also detailed before I picked it up. As a women, there are so many auto shops where you feel like you are getting scammed or just plain uncomfortable. However at Precision Auto Body, they make you feel so trusted and welcome! Frank is amazing and fixed my bumper that was falling off. He did it in only 10 minutes!!This place is a family owned establishment so you know that you are getting the best care and service for your car! The place is super clean, you can wait inside with a/c and they also have hand sanitizer everywhere.He told me they are expanding soon so please check them out if you ever have a minor bump or get into a real fender bender.
