Porsche Plano is where it s at! My first foray into Porsche ownership and I wanted to get the 30k service. Patrick A was great! Very informative and knowledgeable. I was offered a ride home and pick up after service. But instead, I chose to wait in the lounge which was very comfortable. The recording of the tech reviewing my vehicle was awesome and the text alerts were great at keeping me informed as to where they were in the process. With the experience I had at Porsche Plano, It is no wonder why the Porsche brand is one of excellence!

First time servicing my Cayenne in this location. The wait to get a service appointment is a little long but it is similar experience in other dealerships. Once I got my car in, I got a brand new Macan as loaner vehicle, this is surprising. For the repair job, I was delighted to see a video (good resolution) explaining how they fix my car and show the finished work. Very impressive of this level of details. I did not have this type of video from Lexus or Mercedes. Good experience, highly recommended!

Had a great experience designing a new Cayenne S with Mark Laurenzi at Porsche Plano. He kept me updated throughout and the delivery was detailed. Great rep to buy your next Porsche. It's my 3rd car from Mark.

I came away with a very good feeling after my first service here. Been using Park Place on Lemmon, but couldn t find an appointment time that worked for me for over two weeks. Porsche Plano is a smaller, more intimate experience. Really liked Scottie the service rep. He was clear with the costs up front, kept me informed of the progress & even stayed late to hand off the car. I liked the personal service.

I'm an older guy who loves Porsche's -- I have a 2004 911 4S and a 2008 Cayenne GTS. They are my pride and joy. As most of the Baby Boomer Generation knows --- the days of great customer service and pride in the quality of workmanship no longer seems prevalent in 2024. That is not the case at the Porsche Plano Service Center. The service and quality of work is excellent and the price..... always fair. The friendly staff - like Tim and Patrick - present any problems in a straightforward, easy to understand manner and always provide you an economical alternative when necessary. Kudos to Plano Porshe - I recommend a visit to their showroom --- It has become my North Dallas Art Museum!Robert Ambrite

Good experience recently at Porsche Plano for service. They were able to replicate an intermittent problem and get it repaired. My service advisor Scotty was attentive and responsive. Recommend!

Overall service on my 2018 Macan S was great for my first time during business with the Plano dealership. The communication regarding the status of the repair is a different story. The dealership had my vehicle from February 27, 2024 until March 25, 2024 for something that should not have taken nearly a month. At times I had to reach out regarding the status to receive an update in which I have all receipts. Communication very disappointing for a Porsche dealership!

$3000.00+ DOWN THE DRAIN. I DO NOT recommend the Porsche Plano service department. This was my second service visit of 2024. This one was to correct and complete what was wasn't completed on the first visit (please see my previous review) Bottom line is the job still has not been completed. The objective was to stop coolant and oil leaks, and address the engine control fault indicator (check engine light). i paid over $3000.00 USD for the services and my Cayenne is STILL leaking fluids after the second visit (i have the photos). The 'Engine Control Fault' indicator is STILL on. Further more since allowing the Porsche Plano service department to operate on my vehicle, a 'Reduced Engine Power' notification has appeared on my dash board. So, not only have i paid roughly a months rent to have my Cayenne serviced, it actually hasn't been fixed -- and is in worse shape than it was before, my Porsche Cayenne does not perform the way it once did prior. So i might as well have taken that money spent and thrown it out of the window on the tollway. This on top of the once poor now mediocre customer service i've experienced on my latest visits. i would not recommend.

The actual repair to my tire went amazing and was quick. The service rep, Jeff, on the other hand was unkind and frankly gave the impression helping me with a screw in my tire was the last thing he wanted to do. He even implied to the actual service gentlemen he was likely too busy to help, which he was adamant was not the case. Would not be my first stop in Porsche service in the future.

David was great and kept me informed when my vehicle would be ready. With the holidays David was out of town but made sure someone would be there to assist me. Jorge was there to deliver my car and he took the time to care for me as if I was his client. I ve had follow up from David and will be in soon for another review of my cars options.

Prosche Plano has serviced my GT4 since new. Every service begins with exceptional customer service and dedication. Manny goes out of his way to make sure everything is covered during my visit. My service tech is John Gladwell and he s hands down the best in the business. His knowledge and passion for Porsche goes beyond exceptional. There s not another Tech I d trust with my car. From the race track to a daily driver, John Gladwell pours his heart into the project and will not disappoint. Porsche Plano sets the standard for service beyond reproach!

Tire popped while driving to Little Elm in 911. Pulled into a strip mall. Eric my guys at Porsche Plano told me to call their roadside assistance number. Called them and they sent me a link where I pin my exact location. Tow company calls me. 15 mins they came. Took me & 911 to Plano. Scotty was ready for me. Sent me home in a Lyft. Next morning Lyft came to my house and took to back to Plano. 911 had a new tire, was washed, covered under warranty. He handed me the keys and can of Coke and went on my way to meetings. All this happened so quickly one after another that it didn t ruin my day. Slight inconvenience or slow down but no real setbacks! It s all because of this dealership has it put together! Love the team at Porsche Plano! I ll be back soon for another car for my daughter :)

Pat Arnold led the Plano Porsche Service Team in completing the 50k service on my 2018 Panamera 4S. All work was done while I waited and delivered about 4 hours after I arrived. They also checked a few other items and answered all my questions. I ll certainly use this dealership again to care for my Porsche.

Had booked an appointment. Went there and no one there to greet me except after a while. Told me it will be three days before they can look at my vehicle for an engine light issue and I will have to leave my car there and I can t book to come another day when they are available. Sorry we are too busy was their greeting message to me. When business is so good and people get complacent. Have fun making your money and enjoy your busy-ness!! See ya!!

Have an older 997 that I have been working on getting back up to date. John (service tech) was phenomenal! I had prepared myself for the cost of replacing the RMS and doing an updated IMS bearing while we were at it in addition to some final suspension adjustment, alignment, fluid changes, CEL, etc. John advised against the RMS as he felt it was just a normal, slow weep. Also recommended against IMS since he felt the factory IMS by the 2007 MY was sufficient for my driving style and use. Bottom line, very honest, knowledgeable, and saved me a lot of money! Well, until he discovered sooner rodent damage and a rotted out (due to age) air/oil separator. But, when car came back (very quickly I might add), it drives better than ever! (Partly due to Bilstein B16 coil over replacement.)

Unorganized. Shop work was great but the customer service dealing with top to bottom was not what I would expect from a higher quality vehicle manufacturer. Will continue to purchase Porsche but not from this location unfortunately
