My service experience from the moment I arrive and meet with my SA (Pat) all the way through until picking up my car is nothing short of top notch professionalism. The service level feels uprated and premium and we appreciate that very much. Really like the video walkthrough from the techs about the status of my car. We had a wonderful experience at Porsche Plano. The whole process from the first visit was excellent. I met with Jorge Delacanal, who was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He took great care of care of me, and was very helpful. Once we purchased the car (Porsche Cayenne), the trade in and pick up was seamless. Not only am I thrilled to have this car, but working with Porsche Plano, and specifically Jorge was fantastic.

Love the concierge service provided by Coach! John's service team does a great job and his racetrack setup background gave me the best wheel alignment I've ever had. It all starts with their service reps and Jeff does a great job for me by updating with photos of the work progress and jumping on the phone to discuss unexpected details to resolve.

I have always loved Porsche. I will say, now, I love Porsche Plano. The service is unmatched. Jorge was so attentive and had great good communication with us regarding different vehicles. I will tell my friends and family to shop here for their cars. Ask for Jorge! Everyone was always so friendly there, so it was nice place to visit.

Jon Griggs is so amazing. He is personable and I felt very comfortable with the process! When the warning light came on that I needed air in my tires I ran by the dealership. Jeff was right there to check the tires for me. Turns our there was a large piece of glass in one of them. He made sure they had a tire in stock and got me right in to replace the bad one. He was so helpful and took care of everything. Less then two weeks later I ran over a large piece of concrete and the air on the tire diagram showed that I was rapidly going low on air. Thankfully I was able to get to the dealership again. This time Manny was right there to help. It is such a pleasure to work with these men. They know what needs to be done. Both times I was very pleased. Wonderful dealership.

I always have my Cayenne serviced at the Porsche dealership on Plano Parkway. Tim is my service guy, and he is great. I can text him with any questions or concerns that I have, and he is quick to respond. I recently took my car in for a couple of issues. They provided a loaner car and kept me updated on what was going on with my car. The whole service department is great, very professional and attentive whenever I visit. I highly recommend Porsche Plano!

I recently purchased a new car at Porsche Plano. I worked with Eric M. and Ming Z., both were knowledgeable, professional, accommodating, personable, and I felt zero pressure. Due to my experience at Porsche Plano, I am currently looking for a second vehicle for my wife. My buying experience was top notch from start to finish. Mark L makes my experience so much fun! I ve been a loyal customer for over 20 years. There s a Porsche dealer one block away from my office. I drive by it to get to Porsche Plano, which is 40 minutes away. Craig and Jon are a big reason I stay loyal as well. John Gladwill is the best tech ever!! Thanks everyone!!

I recently had my Porsche Targa 911 4S serviced at Porsche Plano in Plano TX. This was the third time I had need for service. I am a +20 yr Porsche owner / enthusiast. With that, I have had service needs with a number of Porsche Service Centers around the county. I can say, hands down this team is the best I have worked with. They are extremely welcoming, knowledgeable, transparent and always go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied with the service experience. Getting vehicles serviced can be a hassle and very disruptive not so with this team.Well done!Ron Murray

I recently ordered my first Porsche from this dealership and I worked with Eric Mazariegos. I had a very good experience from the onset, with professional explanations about how the process works, and all of the different features to include on my car. During the waiting period of about four months, Eric kept me updated on what phase of the process the car was in and when to expect delivery. I visited a few times during the waiting process and Eric always helped me and provided detailed answers to all of my questions. Once the car was delivered, he did a very good job at explaining all of the features of the car. I am very satisfied with the service here, would recommend them to anyone, and I will choose Porsche Plano first if I am ever in the market for a new car.

Jorge was awesome to deal with, the process of buying my first Porsche was very streamlined. The gentleman in the finance office was very personable and also easy to deal with. Great place to buy and their no haggle pricing model is refreshing and removes the negative aspect of purchasing at a dealership.

I had an amazing experience here today checking out the 992 GT3 RS. The sales people were very kind even though they knew we were there to take videos and pictures. They offered my grandma water which was very kind. The sales people were very kind and also encouraged us on taking photos for as long as we need.

I had a low pressure warning for a tyre and since I was in the area, took my Cayenne into Porsche Plano to see my usual service advisor (Patrick) - he was able to get my issue taken care of (a nail in the tyre was plugged) and also resolved an inoperative 12v outlet that stopped working that very morning. Very happy as ever with the personal level of service and attention to detail I received.

My service advisor, Tim, is great but I had a huge problem because I found out that my car had a lithium ION battery that completely died after only 5 years and I paid $700.00 to have it towed to the dealership and then was told the new battery will be $3300.00 and they are on backorder until the end of March. That is 6 weeks. They have no loaner cars to give me and also did not offer to reimburse for a rental. the good news was that the battery came after 2 1/2 weeks so I just got my car back and now have to take up this matter with Porsche of North America. Apparently there is this problem across the nation and the batteries have to come on a boat from Germany

I have never had so much trouble paying CASH for anything! From the start I felt as if I was being accused of committing fraud. They would not accept my state or military ID, and insisted on only accepting my Pass Port as an acceptable form of ID?!? My wife used her CC for the deposit to hold the vehicle until the deal was closed, and from that point on they wanted my wife to be on the paperwork to close the deal. She was not the buyer!! They questioned my auto insurance, because the renewal date was with in 30 days, as if I would allow my insurance to lapse. It renews automatically!! They questioned the wire transfer, "we can't see the bank information that sent the wire", but not the amount of the wire?? When the notary arrived to sign the paperwork, he asked for my wife to sign a "gift letter", because of the CC deposit! She's my wife, its our money. She's not an outside entity. When I received the invoice from the transportation company, the invoice was made out to..., yep MY WIFE! Who runs this gestapo!

Purchasing was easy and fun. Porsche Plano had the best inventory in dfw and I was able to make an appointment to shop without being bombarded with email/texts. The buying experience was excellent. Love my new Porsche! Ask for Chris Lucky!!

The dealership is very friendly, no one pressure us to purchase the vehicle. They let us spend ample of time in the show room and do multiple test drives until we came to the Cayenne that most suitable for our needs and budget.Our salesperson, Jorge Delacanal, was so patient and polite, not to mention knowledgeable. My wife said, "This is the best salesman she ever met."

I live in Michigan and had a very specific set up that I wanted to get on a Porsche Taycan Turbo. Ming from Porsche Plano was my ambassador and made the entire experience from start to finish world class. I have purchased a lot of cars and honestly this was the smoothest it s ever been and I was treated so well. The communication was stellar, and I knew every step of the way with no questions asked. They went above and beyond, and I would highly recommend them to any potential buyer.

Very disappointed. As a first time buyer I was looking forward to a great experience but it was disappointing. The sales person (who s been named here on other reviews) was very disinterested or assumed I was unable to afford a vehicle here. Either ways, the experience was very poor and his responses were so monotonous and robotic, one or two words. If this is what people experience here, I m shocked. Interestingly enough, there s one group of people that seem to have the same experience here, *hint hint* Enjoyed a much better experience at Porsche Grapevine and Dallas.
