My purchase was long process due to what I wanted. The Team Jason and AJ was fantastic and went above and beyond for me. They got everything done I wanted and in a great time. I m over 5 hours away and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. Cannot say enough good things about this team! I m extremely happy and will continue to use them. I had the best experience at Kawasaki Plano. AJ, Zach, and Larry were all so helpful and kind. They made the process of buying my first bike a breeze. They have great and consistent communication. I would recommend this dealer to anyone!

I want to say this was the most positive and pleasant buying experience. The staff answered all my questions and never tried to sell me anything I didn t want. I was given several financing options. Jarod showed me several features of the bike. Start to finish I was on the road and headed home in about an hour. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to purchase a new or used motorcycle. Got me in, got the bike ready. And got me out. Very good job. Happy with my experience. Sales manager Mike return my calls when he said he would and Jared got paperwork done as fast as he could. And Morgan helped me with a tiny hiccup on my end with payment but she was very patient with me. Very good job y all. Will buy another bike with them

Quick and easy purchase. Zach ran the numbers, they were good, we agreed, and I was done. It was about 9:40 am when we started talking. Bike was ready by 11am. Easiest purchase I ve made. 1000% recommend!

Let me start off by saying I am extremely meticulous with my motorcycles!!! The Plano Kawasaki & Suzuki team is 100% hands down the best dealership for service and parts! The service manager Andy has taken care of me for multiple years now along with Chris being literally one of the only technicians I will let touch my bikes!!! Carey over in parts is an absolute legend too triple checking down to the minuet detail I get the exact specified parts I need and never needing to reorder!!! A+++ Best in the game!!! Highly recommend!!!

First time Vespa owner here! I previously bought a BMS Heritage 150 from Tractor Supply (mainly because it was cheap at about $1800 at the time). Decided to return that shortly after learning that it rode cheap too (Yikes!). I then decided that I wanted to buy a Vespa. My salesperson was Tom Kaufman at Plano Kawasaki Suzuki in Plano, TX. I bought a 2023 Vespa Primavera 150 Touring in Grigio Travolgente Glossy. I just want to say, WOW! This Vespa is INCREDIBLE! Tom wasn t kidding when he said she is a super smooth ride. She s very easy to control and maneuver. She can get to the speeds I need (and faster) with no problem at all! This Vespa is very well made with a steel body. She s got a beautiful blue-ish gray look to her. You can certainly tell the difference of a ride from a cheaply made bike to this beauty! I am super satisfied with my new Vespa and wanted to thank Tom for his professionalism and friendliness. I also received the Military and First Responder discount which was also a really easy process to get more of a discount. Thank you so so SO much! If you re going to get a scooter, Vespa is the way to go! I LOVE MY VESPA!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! GO SEE TOM!

Absolute best buying experience! This was my first motorcycle purchase and the team was so helpful for me. Salesman Zach was patient and answered all of my questions clearly; he is very knowledgeable!! The finance manager Morgan was friendly and got my financing done easily and explained the process throughly. The guy in parts was helpful and hooked me up with all the right gear, walking me through each step. If you re looking for a bike and you re looking anywhere else other than Plano Kawasaki, YOU RE DOING IT WRONG!! Thank you to the team, exceptional!

I walked in knowing what I wanted but I didn t get treated like at a dealership I felt like I was home when I walked in. Zach took very good care of me and my wife because I told him I ve done my research on what I wanted and went through my whole check list of everything I wanted. He even gave me a bunch of pointers I wasn t aware of either! So from the beginning to the end it was an amazing experience and for sure will continue doing business with these professionals here and now got me on something I ve always wanted to own!!

These guys go above and beyond, my motorcycle purchase has received help from Jarod (Great guy), and the owners did a ton helping me with the bike. They check in months later. Great people. Will be coming back and have sent people since I bought my bike a couple months back

Update: They did try to make everything right through a multitude of ways. Ultimately ended up trading the bike in. Moved it from 1 star to 4 because of what they tried to do to make it right, I just personally couldn't pull that trigger to do with it everything that had happenedOh man where do I begin. I called to get an estimate on what a diagnostic would cost. I was given the price which was a little high but whatever I could deal with it, what I couldn't deal with was being told that my bike would sit for 5-7 MONTHS because my bike wouldn't be a priority because of the potential issue. "It's simple economics, we have to get paid for easier jobs first before we can focus on bigger jobs like that since we coming into busy season. " This is what I was told. When asked what my other options were I was then told I could take it to another dealership and was then given a list of potential shops while also being told "you could take it to our Irving location but he doesn't have very good mechanics so I normally don't recommend going there. " First off what kind of customer service is this, too blatantly tell a customer that the job is to big so they're not a priority. Second what kind of dealer purposely disrespects and downs a partner dealership. Disappointed is putting it mildly, will not only take my business elsewhere but anyone else that I know uses this place won't after today.

Love love love this place! Zack has to be one of the best salesman I ve ever worked with. He is not pushy nor is he trying to sale you something you don t want. I bought here because of him and it was obvious the culture is amazing here. The process was easy, simple and fun! I worked with Morgan to finalize the deal and sign the paperwork. Morgan was absolutely amazing with a beautiful smile and warm demeanor, we felt like family. I would highly encourage anyone in the market for a scooter, motorcycle or atv to come here! It s a place you can trust and the people are first class!

Absolutely wonderful people to work with! They were straightforward, with no pushy sales tactics and I was treated like family from the moment I walked in. Great selection of bikes, knowledgeable staff and a relaxed atmosphere with just the right amount of professionalism. Very good chance I will purchase my next bike from them and I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a new Kawasaki or Suzuki.

I recently purchased a Moto Guzzi V85TT Adventure from these folks. The whole experience was great. I don't live in the Plano area so all of the initial steps were done remotely. I worked with Taylor, who made sure I was kept in the loop; for example, with getting estimates on the trade-in value for my old bike and coordinating with service (Shawn and Carey) to have some additional options installed before I drove up. When I arrived, Taylor was there to meet me. He and Mike helped me unload my old motorcycle and showed me around the place. Morgan handled all of the paperwork. While that was going on, Shawn helped me with some addition items I wanted to order.If you are looking for a motorcycle and you want to work with some really great people, you come here.

I have been going to this location for about 7 years...Today I just picked up a part that had to be shipped from japan on my 2006 GSX. I was giving a expectation of four months. It came in within 2 months (Awesome ) However there was some miscommunication. Unfortunately I did feel like I needed to speak TO THE MANAGERRR . I ended up speaking with Kevin and it turned out to be one of the most cordial professionalproductive conversations I have had in this type of scenario. He addressed all my concerns and provided the clarity that I needed. Please keep up the good work and try to stay awesome .

I stopped at just about every motorcycle dealer I see.So, I m amazed on how many dealers I go to that don t even greet me when I walk in.And you would be surprised that some are rude to me.But Not Plano Kawasaki and SuzukiAs soon I as walk in, I m greeted!!!Their staff is so friendly, they ask how I m doing, they ask what motorcycle I m riding today.I love looking at all there pretty motorcycles, and they have a huge selection.I could hang out there everyday day.Awesome Dealer!!!Douglas

Amazing store and great staff. The used and new selection were fantastic. If you put a 3 day deposit on the bike you want... they will hold it longer as long as your working on getting it and keep them up to date. Special thanks to AJ, for the bank suggestions and Jarod for all the knowledge and help!!! Also Mike and Megan did a fantastic job as well. 100% recommend!!!!! Love the bike!!! Ninjas are getting faster on the 650's then the past!!!!! Still best in handling for the price....

Sales guy didn t know much about the Aprilia but otherwise a good shop :) Ended up putting a deposit down for one in Austin because they had better prices but this place was very upfront about charges and how much they were willing to negotiate.
