I have been coming to Plano Automotive for many years. The owner Ali has always been professional, strait forward on reapirs needed and honest pricing. Repairs are done in a timely fashion and I have always been completely satisfied. I would consider this place over anyone else in the area.

Ali and his team are not only respectful but also extremely honest and fair. First time at this shop and was treated like family. Definitely found my go to maintenance crew, will be back for any future work needed.

Plano auto is a pretty good shop. Ali is very knowledgeable and helpful. He s been my go to guy for vehicles whenever there s any issues. Been using them for about 3 years now and I m very satisfied with the quality of service. I ve been coming here for 5 years now. Ali has always taken amazing care of my sister and I whenever we run into car issues. Being so far away from home, finding this place has been one of the greatest gifts. Truly a hidden gem. If you ever have car needs, feel free to give Ali a call. Ali has done 3 or 4 jobs to help me ready my 2008 Chevy Impala to sell. He did excellent work and was more than reasonable. I recommend him HIGHLY.

Unreasonable prices. Worst customer service. I will not be taking my vehicle here for services. AAA Discount Tire and Auto care on 14th and Shiloh has great prices and amazing customer service. I recommend everyone to go there instead.

For the past 2 years I have had the privilege of having Ali and his mechanics work on any problems my car has had and I cannot rave enough about how at ease the process has left me.Very professional and with vast knowledge of foreign model cars.His hours are very accommodating especially now that he s open 7 days of the week.considering how expensive it can be to fix Range Rovers his prices compare to none.Good job Ali,God bless your business.Services: Electrical repair, Tires, Brakes, Battery

Ali and his team are the absolute BEST!!! You will not find a more honest and helpful mechanic. I have been taking my truck and car to him for years. He goes above and beyond! My car would not start this morning after I went to the bank and he drove TO ME to work on it! Amazing service!!!!

My cars air conditioning stopped working in the middle of a 105� day (tragic). I looked up the closest repair shop and what a happy accident I ended up at Plano Automotive. Mr. Ali was kind enough to walk me through exactly what work was being done, and I felt I was treated very fairly despite it being pretty obvious I had no idea what he was talking about. He tried the cheapest solutions first, and it ended up solving the problem, my a/c is ice cold. Very pleased with my experience.

Very nice place to get your car serviced. Staff was extremely helpful and gave me a good deal on new tires and oil change.They are a full service shop. Ali was incredibly helpful and was more than willing to discuss different tire options that would be good for my vehicle.What a great experience experience- Highly recommend!!Services: Tires, Auto battery replacement, Tire rotations, Brakes, Oil change

Great service, very honest. Had the honor to have Ali be my family mechanic for more than 3 years now and all our cars are functioning well and even one of the cars was used for travel to multiple different states and environments and Ali got it prepared enough where we didn t need a mechanic for it except for oil change. The prices are fair and the job always gets well done! I ve been recommending it to all my friends and families and coworkers just because how amazing the service is.

Finding a non-dealership shop to work on my Audi vehicle has been a challenge. I'm super happy to have found Ali, who is able to take care of everything for my vehicle. Mr.Ali is expert in what he does. They provide the quickest service you ll ever get in Plano. The service fee is pretty less. They also provide the state inspection for your vehicle.

Excellent experience! Got my car state inspection and completed in 10 mins while other chain stores say way more longer than that! Great and honest advice for some fixes for my car. Will definitely recommend to friends and revisit!!!

Ali has been nothing short than amazing. I have been going to him since the previous owners have left and he lives up to expectations. I currently have a set of tires that I purchased and it is just sitting at the shop until I m ready to use. He gives the best deals on everything. Any car issues that I have, I go to Ali first. His staff is very helpful and nice. The turnaround on any service is quick. I asked him for a new back windshield today and tomorrow he will be installing it for a fair price. Its very rare to have mechanics that are honest and fair with pricing. I got REALLY lucky to have Ali and Wes (previous owner) who are great individuals. Highly recommend Ali for any needs.

Master mechanic that is Trustworthy, honest, and reliable. It s all you need in a mechanic. I bring all my personal cars here, Ford, Chevy and Infiniti. My friends have brought European cars and he tackled the issues no problem. This shop has had bad reviews from the old mechanics that were here a long time ago but if you have come here in the last 3 years you will know the new mechanic Ali knows his stuff and does it right. Highly recommended!

Fantastic! Honest & always available. I recommend this shop anyone with any make, model or year vehicle. Ali has worked on our Mercedes and Lexus cars after being told different stories from the dealerships. Excellent!!

100% recommend you go here!This was a great experience. I called Ali early in the morning and was met with professionalism and genuine concern for my car. Once I brought my car in it was fixed promptly! Ali is very personable and made the experience pleasant. We will definitely be back soon to get more work done. Pricing was good, work was fast.

Mr. Ali goes above and beyond to make sure your mechanical issues are fixed to your satisfaction. He is very honest and will not charge you for unnecessary services. He changed my lower arm controls and sway bars for half the cost of other quotes I was getting the in area. The parts he uses have warranty and he completed the repairs the same day versus the other mechanic shops that wanted me to leave the car overnight. Additionally, the shop was very clean and well organized. I will definitely return and suggest all my family and friends to Mr. Ali.
