The big box store s website claimed it had the bulbs I needed, but several locations were, in fact, out.When I called your store, you confirmed that the parts were in stock.And when I walked in the door, I got fast, friendly service.Thanks!

i love this store. The employees are super helpful and kind. Jon Rudinger in particular is a wealth of knowledge- and not knowing anything much on cars I ask pretty basic questions but he is very patient and he always gives me great guidance and helps me pick out the right oil or parts for my car. Kudos!!

I came in this evening needing oil for my car but not knowing which one I needed . Paul greeted me as soon as I came in and helped me identify which was the correct oil for my car . He proceeded to pop my hood and show me how to top the oil off in my car AND it was raining !!!! He helped me in the rain , with no hesitation! That is grade A customer service ! Thank you so much Paul for helping me out !

I stop by here because my fuzz burn . I have broken English but Mr.jon very patient kindness and help very well. This cold weather help me outside my car. I'm soo appreciate!!

Honestly such a great store, every employee was very polite and made sure everyone was taken care of! Jeremy was kind enough to install my new battery for me and make sure everything was okay before I left. Will be making this my go to place!

My car developed a bizarre issue with its alternator tonight, so I went by this Oreilly s store for advice. Tyler and John were fantastic and tried to help me diagnose and fix the issue. John, in particular, spent almost 2 hours outside the storefront with me trying to help diagnose the problem with the alternator. He remained outside the store with me for over an hour after the store closed. He went above and beyond, and he was very helpful, and very kind. Can t recommend this O reillys enough.

BEWARE!!! The driveway right in front of this facility has a huge bump that can damage your car, even if you are going slowly. Either go in from an angle or use one of the other driveways before or after the store.The shop itself is great, but I don't know how the property management can get away with such a hazard.

Highly recommend this location. Super impressed with the customer service. My 17 year old wanted to do oil change for the first time. We went in there to buy oil filter wrench and Mr. Ike was the most knowledgeable, friendliest and helpful customer service professionals. He even FaceTime d with a few tips while he was doing it. We are not going to any other place from now on.

My car battery was low so had to get it jump started and then I went to oriely, called and confirmed if battery is available and if they will replace it. I paid for the battery the gentleman replaced it. My car runs fine, usually I would have taken my car to ntb or Kwik kar but being a Sunday they were closed. The cost also seemed very less. The whole thing was done in 10 min

I always love coming to this kwik Kar location. Everyone is always so friendly and professional. They are always honest and up front and take of my vehicles with respect. I would completely recommend bringing your vehicles here for all of your automotive needs.

For my auto parts O Reilly is my go to store, firstly it s in the hood and the guys are very helpful and provide great customer service and they guarantee their products and services

Yeah, they didn't have any customers, handed me the car battery, and did not even offer any assistance. I felt unwelcome. They were definitely not chivalrous to say I am a petite female. Awful.

My battery died with my car in the garage. I called yesterday and got excellent service. The guy I spoke to recommended a charger and he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I told him I would come back the next day to buy a battery. Today I went and my experience was completely opposite. The lady who I spoke to just showed me the battery options on the screen. I asked if they could install the battery and she said that people were coming into the store and could not install the battery when they got busy. That was disappointing so I took my business somewhere else.

Kat is a great sales person, she is very knowledgeable of the items that she sells. Prompt, courteous and customer oriented. She offers all the extras such as anti freeze to go with a water pump or brake fluid to go with brake pads. She is never to busy to help a customer....wait to go Kat. So refreshing to have good quality customer service.

The staff was very helpful, and knew how to help, they were not there just to sell something. They can and are will to help customers with their issue. Felt like going back to an old school auto parts store, instead of the generic big box auto parts retailer.

Had to get a new battery and they were really helpful and walked me through everything. Tested the old one to make sure it was bad, showed me a few that would work just fine and didn't try to over sell me. The guy helping me always let his partner know when he was stepping outside which as a retail worker I appreciated since I've been in situations a bunch before where I look up and the other guy is just gone. Installed it for me, less than 20 minutes from the time I pulled up to the time I pulled away. Over a month later and still doing fine.

Michael was great helping me figure out what was wrong with my jeep. He took the time to diagnose and install the bolts on my battery and offered to clean the terminals for me! Great customer service!

I stopped at this location because it's close to my house and the employee I checked out with must have not been having a good day. Barely spoke a word to me didn't thank me for coming in and gave me a product that has obviously already been opened and taped back up. Not a great experience and doesn't lend to me wanting to come back unless I have to return the product that's already been open because it doesn't work!

I have to say I was really happy with the fact that O'REILLY stood behind their product. In September 2020 I bought a replacement alternator for my 98 Ford explorer.The alternator failed in February 2021. O'REILLY stood behind it and gave me a free alternator replacement.The alternator failed in August 2021. O'REILLY stood behind it and gave me the option a free alternator replacement. I choose to just get a refund and am ordering a Motorcraft new alternator instead of a refurbished oneThanks for trying to make this right for me. I appreciate it.

Very helpful. Had the parts I needed. They seem to have more screws, bolts, hoses, clamps, etc in stock than most small auto parts stores. I will go back.

Very friendly, approachable, knowledgable, understanding staff! The manager, Gino, helped a lot. Recently purchased jack stands and a hydraulic jack and they work great. Will come to this location again!!
