I stopped by yesterday as my truck just crossed 100k mileage and needed to get A LOT of things checked out.Keith and Joel, the general managers, were extremely patient, very knowledgeable, and most importantly did everything in their power to work with the right products for my budget (still a part time student).They were extremely welcoming, very fun to be around, and the work they did was incredible. After a coolant flush & 4new tires + balance, my 11 year old truck rides smoother than a new caddy.I will personally recommend them to all my friends and family without a doubt. They care about the customer even AFTER they walk out the door.If you want to work with GOOD PEOPLE look no further!!!

Hands down the best experience I have ever had at an NTB. Tyson and Joel were so nice and helpful. I needed help with my tire and my undercarriage and they fixed it effortlessly. I felt like I was in great hands with people who truly cared about their job and my car. I will be coming here from now on and I m going to recommend my friends and family to come as well. Don t hesitate! Bring your car here and they will take great care of you.

What a remarkable encounter! From the prompt greeting by store manager Joel, to Rick, the sales manager, who skillfully elucidated the necessary vehicle tasks for future consideration. Alessandro (Alex), the expert technician, adeptly demonstrated the work required beneath the vehicle. Notably, he also executed an excellent oil change. My heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their exceptional efforts, making this experience seamless and pleasant.

This is my favorite NTB North of George Bush. (Yes I have been to several over the years)They are honest, they do amazing work, and their customer service is always incredible!Rick and Joel helped me so much in figuring out what I needed as well as charging me a competitive price on everything!They are THE BEST!

Just got a new engine in my Dodge Challenger 5.7, and needed an alignment and new tires to complete the upgrades. Joel, the new manager was beyond awesome on giving me excellent service. Very couteous and straightforward with pricing and even helping me out on a small issue with my tires at no cost. He and his team did the job efficiently and expeditiously to get me back on the road. I highly recommend Joel and his team at NTB. I'll be back for my other vehicles to get service.

Joel and his team took such great take care of my car today. They were super proactive, accommodating and explained everything I needed and the entire process in detail. I felt Super comfortable bringing my car there and will be taking it back for future maintenance needs.

Had a nail in my sidewall...I went to the Frisco store, they turned me away. Thank God because the Plano staff was amazing! ABOVE AND BEYOND, made sure my safety came first. Extremely grateful. Worth driving 4.3 miles down the road.

Got my car aligned today and I have the 3 year alignment package and had a wonderful experience. If you have a package make sure to bring receipt as they have a new system. My plan was not in the system but had my receipt and all aligned. Pleasant conversation with the GM, Joel Ford.

I went to 2 other stores, and call multiples other companies that couldn't help me, their financial offers were way too confusing to get to them or they were not familiar with them. When I called, Jeremy answered the phone and was very real and understanding. He clearly explained the financial support program available for my needs. I came to the shop immediately and got my vehicle evaluation by Jeremy himself. The shop appears to be very well run, very clean and chilled lobby. Technicians very responsive to greeting guests coming to the front desk, I noticed.The Easypay financial seems to be easier, faster, than some others like Snap or Dignifi. (All 3 minimum purchase $350). Possibly less questions or lower threshold to qualify for the same 90 days interest free or pay 199%APR.The front tire got done very quickly. I was surprised.

I go out of my way to visit this location because the manager is excellent and always gives me a great deal! They are also the fastest. I got all 4 tires replaced in about an hour. Ask for Jo-el.

Today my car was making a horrible grinding noise so I stopped by after work, without an appointment. I met the new manager, Jo-el Ford and I explained what was going on. My car was immediately taken in to the garage and the problem diagnosed. I have been going to this location for 17 years and have never been disappointed. Jo-el was very knowledgeable and respectful.

I love this location! they seem to have a great team at this NTB. The team member in the front Abhi was super helpful and found me the best prices for the parts he needed to order for my car. I am pleased at how timely they were able to do it all in and I will definitely be back

I ve have had auto repair needs from large to small, NTB has always done me right. Exceptional service, speed and rates. Keith Wooten is the guy there that when he says something, I listen. I appreciate how well they ve taken care of my vehicles for many years.

I m very happy that I finally find I good place to take my car for maintenance and don t feel people are trying to take advantage on me! I ve been here more than two times with emergency repairs and it was always solved fast. Fair price, good service and the manager Matt is always very helpful. Thank you!

We took our Civic to get our tires rotated. We had bought them at an NTB about a year ago. While rotating the tires, the technician broke the stud on the tire so we had a 3 hour delay to replace it. They did not have a lug nut for the stud that they replaced so we had to go back another day. After arriving the second time, they didn t have the right Lugnuts so they had to purchase another one. So now I m on my third visit and the lug nuts that they put on after the visit were incorrectly applied and it stripped the stud again so when I left home that evening, every time I was breaking, the car would grind significantly. I took it back to NTB, for a 4th time to have them look at it yet again. The technician proceeded to torque down the lugnut, even tighter, making the problem worse. I asked for a manager but got the run-around. Finally had to take it to a Brakes Plus, and they determined that the lugnuts were incorrectly applied and stripped, and one lugnut was never even locking down on the wheel at all . So, $150 later, our problem was fixed, no thanks to the place we bought our tires from. I m done with NTB on Hwy 121 in Plano!

This location of NTB has been my desitnation for new tires and auto work for over a decade. While we have had hiccups over the years, the management have always made things right. And, when Matt was hired to manage the store, the expereince went to a whole new level of amazing. Matt is super intelligent and trustworthy. He makes me feel important and knows my name before I have to reintroduce myself. As long as Matt is here, I will remain a loyal customer.

Having to take my car to get any kind of service makes me anxious. This NTB location takes that away. Matt was welcoming, friendly and honest. This makes all the difference for someone like me. I will definitely be back.

It's difficult these days, to find caring managers and solid customer service but this location of NTB delivered. Matt, the manager, was friendly, courteous and listened to my needs and concerns. Excellent, honest & prompt service, I have been using this store/location since the first time & purchase I made there and met the manager, Matt. I have purchased, tires, batteries & had front end alignments all done to my last 3 cars with complete satisfaction and at prices I felt were very fair and reasonable. I highly recommend Matt and his team!

Had to get new tires today. I ve always preferred this store and will drive out of my way (bypassing 2 other NTB locations that are closer to me) to come to this store. Joel, Rick and Abhi took care of me! Thanks guys!

Huge shoutout to NTB 121 Plano location.They let me come in with 30-mins left till close to do full wheel-tire swap/install and we re pleased to do so. Thanks to Jeremy and his exceptional customer service and special thanks to Ahbi and crew who stuck around way past their shift to do great work. Highly recommend this location!
