If you really, really care about the quality of body & paintwork you're having done, come here.New Concepts works with some of the most discerning brands, but was happy to accept work on my rather pedestrian vehicle. I've had very mixed results with other body shops, especially with difficult-to-match colors like metallic white.There was no such mixed experience with New Concepts. The paint and body - as someone with a relatively good eye for such things - is indistinguishable from factory. Which means the quality of the paintwork is likely higher.They're a small shop that does high quality work, so don't be surprised when you have to wait a little bit to get your vehicle in. But you won't be disappointed with the quality of work, the communication from the team, or the price. I will absolutely come back and will absolutely recommend New Concepts to anyone I know who needs paint and body work done.

This shop did a phenomenal job in repairing my front bumper. Thomas the shop owner is very knowledgeable and maintained great communication throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Thomas and his team repaired multiple vehicles for me during my time living in Dallas. It is the best body work you will ever have done to your vehicle. They work tirelessly to deliver results that far exceed your expectations. Every car they worked on for me left their shop looking better than the day I bought it.I had a complete front end replaced on a 370Z Nismo that was perfectly paint matched and had better panel fitting than it left the factory with. They repainted an entire S2000 I had purchased back to factory colors and rescued it from a horrible aftermarket paint job.Thomas even picked me up from my house to come get one of my cars when I couldn't get a ride to the shop.If you have a car you care about that needs quality work done by top tier professionals, and great people, you owe it to yourself to become a New Concept customer.Thanks for all of the work you guys did for me over the years. Thomas did a great job on my $285K Lamborghini. Matched the paint perfect and finished the job exactly when he said he would. He said it would take 4 days and he did just that. Turned out incredible. I recommend him to anyone with a high end car who wants to best in workmanship and pricing. Nice to know I have a resource like Thomas to take care of things related to my car. -Matt

Impeccable body shop and probably the best in the DFW area. Took my 328i BMW here to get an M3 replica bumper installed. Worked with a man named Bruce who took great care of me. He was very patient with my many questions and was extremely helpful in making sure that I was comfortable with letting them do the work.The install looked flawless, and he even fixed a little piece that was broken when the bumper was shipped for no charge. The paint was spot on, and the turn around time was very quick. The price was also very competitive.I highly recommend these guys. I am definitely going back when I get the rest of the M3 body kit.Fantastic job!Thanks from a very satisfied customer!

My experience at New Concepts is easily the best body shop experience I ve ever had, period. Thomas and his team did an incredibly good job on my 2010 BMW 335. I had over 200 dings from a recent hail storm and you would never know it happened. The paint matching on trim pieces is absolute perfection and there is not a TRACE of a ding. I was actually shocked when I first saw the car. I couldn t believe how perfect it looked.New Concepts treats your car as if it s their own, with great respect and care. They worked with my insurance company and had the car done even a day sooner than originally discussed.New Concepts has a customer for life. I d never go anywhere else for my car.Thank you guys!,

Excellent body and paint work. These guys are really good at what they do. Bruce and Tom really listen to what you want and customize solution to your budget. Extremely competItive pricing. Experienced technicians. Work was done on time. I would go here over chain places any time. I recommend to friends and family.

These guys do extremely good work I was super impressed, my C6 was in for a small front end collision repair. I was worried about the paint not being perfect since the car is a metalic tricoat but Thomas and his staff impressed! Paint looked even better then factory with no orange peal and the blending was great! Thomas and his staff really know there stuff I would definantly recomend to anyone 10/10 times

If I could give six stars I would. I'm a hard-to-please auto enthusiast and this shop is first class. This is the third time I've had work done there and they never disappoint. The magic they do with three-stage clearcoat is absolutely exceptional. My yellow pearl finish is rich, lustrous, and looks a mile deep. Simply gorgeous. Thanks a million, guys. :-)

I have utilized numerous body shops in the DFW area and this is the best one by far. They repaired my porsche's rocker panel after the valet decided to run over a curb. The paint quality and color is perfect. The repair was done very quickly and the price was quite less than what other shops had quoted me. The staff is very courteous and one can tell they take pride in their work. Overall if I am ever in need of a body shop repair or custom work, New Concept Autoworks is where I will be going in the future.

Took in my lotus Evora S for a new rear bumper, they did a great job even though the new bumper shipped by lotus was not in good shape when they were done it looked exactly same as factory. The turnaround was less than a week, good customer service, and great prices.

Amazing staff and excellent workmanship done by this bodyshop. If you have a high performance vehicle, and want the white glove service, go to New Concepts. Ask for Thomas.
