Today I lost my Fuel Cap at the gas station, so I was very flustered. But I was so happy to get it from NAPA~ I was so grateful that the staff was so kind and found the right thing for me... I feel like they have everything ready here, so they're helpful in a hurry~!

I was there yesterday at around 4:45sh , two young kids chatting in the back, a girl and a guy. Even with the door bell announcement that I came in, they kept chatting, ignoring me for like 5 minutes, and she saw me but who cares, phone is more important. Thank God a older lady came to help me, she was actually working outside and came to help, the kids ignored her as well. Such s bad customer service, horrible.

I had had many positive experiences in the past at this location, however I Recently purchased a very expensive battery for my Mercedes and the battery was date marked 3 years old. While diagnosing an electrical issue my mechanic told me that my battery needed to be replaced. I contacted the manager and she was able to pull up my transaction by my phone number, however when the mechanic took the battery to the store the manager told him he needed the receipt. Then miraculously the battery tested good at Napa. After continuing to have electrical issues I took it to another mechanic who also told me my battery needed to be replaced. I called the store and went through the same process and again the battery tested good. I ended up replacing the battery myself out to pocket and miraculously my electrical issues went away.$2,300 later I would advise not to purchase a battery from them ever!

Don t trust the website if it tells you a part is in stock and will be delivered within two hours. I ordered a part yesterday and was told by the app it would be delivered yesterday, still isn t here! I called the store and they said it wasn t in stock and they have to wait for another store to deliver it to them and they had no idea when they would receive it!!! I wished I went somewhere else! Wasted a day waiting for that part to fix our clutch.

Purchased a Alternator was defective, went to store the manager was very rude. Told me I was being difficult for not providing her with my receipt. Wouldn't give me her name nor would any of the employees working there. One employee says she is my boss and I will get fired if I tell you her name. Wil never do business with NAPA again. Take your business elsewhere it not worth your time or aggravation.

I left a Marine/RV Napa battery that went bad in less than a year for a free replacement. Despite numeepus follow ups and 3 in person visits, they keep giving me the run around without honoring theur warranty at this Plano store. Now they keep saying that it is over a year and no longer able to honor their warranty eventhough i left it with them well before the 1 yr warranty, expired. Terrible terrible service to a longtime customer

Called Monday to order parts, everything ok hope by coming Thursday we will get the part in the store.I called yesterday to check on my order, found out that this part is not even existing in their store......and we just lost a week and who knows until we will get the part we need.

I walked in to buy a car part. I looked around for a minute or two for what I wanted. I didn't see it. So I waited at the counter for a minute. There was a lady sitting behind the counter looking at her monitor. She never acknowledged me or even greeted me when I came inside. I saw her see me when I looked her way but she just stayed on her monitor. Since she chose to ignore me, I took my business elsewhere.

Incredible experience. Superior customer service. Even when short handed, they offered to change my battery, seeing I was obviously unlikely to be able to do it by myself. Recommend this store 10/10.

We have been using this store for over 20 years, The guys and Gals here are really great!! They work hard to get us the right part at the right time everytime and help us keep our clients on the road trouble free for years to come. Real NAPA KNOW HOW!

Used to go here all the time for shop needs. This time employee didn't know what a female connector was and then after I found them tried to charge for each individual one when they came packaged.

The ladies behind the counter are so uninterested in making people feel welcomed. Snarky, condescending, & unenthusiastic. Don t take it out on customers if you don t like doing your job, or if you re having issues in your personal life.

The worst costumer service I have ever seen the all people were so bad even the manager is not respectful this store is so bad if you have to go to NAPA go to the Richardson store they are good.

Never will buy parts from here again ordered oTwo rear bearing for nissan sentra on thurday i was told its 135 for each and charged me today 168 for each sucks i am paying extra .
