I was hoping for a used tire on a rented trailer. They didn't have any used and sold me a new one at a fair price. Service was amazing! They were jammed with cars throughout the entire parking lot and still managed to get me in and out with my truck and trailer in record time on a Sunday afternoon!

Great customer service, they are super quick and everyone has a great attitude. Literally in and out in 15minutes. Could have been 10mins there is a car behind me taking forever to pay.

I brought my car to Mike's for inspection and maybe four tires. I've been getting all my tires from this place for approximately five or six years. I had an empty burger bag and empty cups. I requested a trash can to throw away small items. The technician treated me like a piece of dirt as if I was throwing my home trash away. Very unprofessional, I'll take my business elsewhere. Very sickening to my heart to be treated that way. You lost one cool laid back customer.20 minutes later. I brought my car to Express oil change, Allen Texas. Great service. And plenty of trash cans.

Excellent service in and out within 20 minutes used tire 16 inch really cheap less than quoted over phone $43.33 with tax. Thank you!!!

Recently posted a review of this place, located at 3309 avenue k, Plano TX. They responded acting like I reviewed the wrong place, but no. I'm taking about Mike's tire shop. 3309 avenue k, Plano TX.i tried to get my car inspected there and I had an engine code that Said my fuel pressure sensor was bad. They tried to charge me $500 to change it and assured me that the top half of my engine needed to be removed in order to change it. I did it myself in 5 minutes using nothing but a single socket and ratchet. They are as dishonest as anyone I've ever dealt with. Do not take your car here for any reason.Response to the owners response:Ok, you don't offer those services. But your shady employees do. You need to understand you have a problem in your shop. Your guys are attempting to scam your customers. And let's say, for the sake of argument, you are truly unaware. That means they're screwing you too. What I posted actually happened. I can't recommend your shop. You need to get your house in order

I had to come back 3 days in a row and Victor and Skye took amazing care of me!!!! They re such hard workers and made sure everything was taken care of for me. I ve never felt more secure and sure with a tire shop before!!!!! You cannot go wrong with this shop. If I could give them 100 stars I would! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone I know! If you re looking for a reliable and fair priced option, COME HERE!!!!!!!

Not going back! I phoned before going there and asked if they have a used tire for my car. Answer was - yes. I went there and after my tire(in decent shape still) was taken off, I was offered totally warned off tire, supposedly the only one they had!! I refused it and I was left with no choice but to buy new tire from them. In addition, they asked for $5 more then they quoted by phone. I suggest looking for other place where customers are treated with respect.

I highly recommend using Mike's Tire shop. The supervisor Victor is very competent, has a great crew. I got two new tires for my wife's car and he fixed everything up and took good care of us. They are extremely honorable tire and they will take good care of you.

I came to Mike Tires because my passenger back tire was low. Victor came and looked at my tire, detected the leak quickly, and fixed it. Victor went above and beyond because when he put air in in all my tires and checked the pressure. Thank you Victor for your professionalism, job knowledge, and expediency! Victor is the epitome of what customer service should be.TSM

I will pass up ten tire shops to take my business here. Great and quick service. Clean facility with loads of tires in stock. Owner is super friendly, humble and courteous.

Avoid this place. They don't deserve the 1 star I had to give them to do this review.They are straight up liars that will take advantage of you it's possible. These guys tried to tell me that replacing my fuel pressure sensor required hours of labor when I changed it myself in 5 minutes. They tried to change me $500 . Wow.I'm response to your response to my review I'm taking about Mike's tire shop located at 3309 avenue k, Plano TX. Trying to get my car inspected there

My car had a rare tire-size but Victor was able to find it, they order it and it got fixed same day. Happy customer & likely to return for my tire stuff

Been using these guys since I moved to this area 10 years ago. One day I'm sitting in the lobby and the city of Plano walks in to give them an award for the best Tire Shop in the city. The plaque is hung on a wall in the lobby. Congrats guys!

The customer service is excellent. I had a slow leak in my tired and they were so nice and plugged it very reasonably priced. They did 2 tires for me before..they provide good parts and service..

Please BEWARE this place will put tires 10 year old used tires on your vehicle. I have attached images to prove this. They told me these were great used tires. If you look at the pictures the tires are cracking. This means the tires is very old and dangerous. They just care about the $ and not their clients safety. I called them they said they would call me back and never heard again.

Absolutely awesome customer service. Go see Sal the manager!! He actually referred me to the tire shop next door because plugging my tire was probably not as good as patching & he could not patch a 37 tire. That is great customer service! Also, they answered the phone when I called and when I got there, I stepped inside the office, & he came immediately & greeted me. Highly recommend!

Wife got a flat tire on 75 at park in Plano, luckily Mikes Tires was just down the street! The staff got us taken care of and back on the road in minutes. They are already familiar with tesla and knew my X had a Jack mode and all.Highly recommend them for used tires, flat repair, tire rotations, inspection and evening new tires!Thank you to the genuine team over at Mikes Tires!

Went here last week to get a tire put on. i go and look at the tire a couple days later and realized they scratched my wheel. called them and the guy said they use plastic to put the tires on and there was no way that he could ve scratched my wheel and to send them a picture that of the damages. so i emailed the a picture of the damages. so i sent them a email of the damages and they won t respond. called them back roughly 30-40 minutes after sending the email to see if they looked at the email i sent and i could hear in the background i already talked to that kid. i m not talking to him again . this place is a joke. these guys messed up, and won t take responsibility for their actions.. and if it was curb rash it would be on the face of the wheel and the wheel would be chewed up. also these wheels are in PERFECT condition. and they were the last person to touch that wheel and all of a sudden there s damage on it. but it s not their fault??? i m not buying it. don t go here

They stuck me with ok tires in the past. Recently was stuck with a terrible tire which I couldn t check out before driving out bc it was raining very hard. Went back a week later and they swapped it out for a better one

Came here for a used tire at the end of July. The shop was PACKED, extremely busy but the guys were hustling, moving customers in and out FAST!All the employees seemed to get along well and enjoy working there, it was such a good experience initially that I had them do my state inspection while I was there. The used tire I bought for $45 looks brand new.A very positive experience, I will definitely return when I have a need. Thanks for the pleasant service!

Went in to get two tires. Alignment had worn the inside edges down and one tire had gone flat, so I needed tires now. They had a matching set of tires to fit and I was in and out in 15 minutes. Tires look great, service was great. I really appreciate the expert help and getting me back on the road. Did I mention the price was great too. Highly recommend them.

Second time visiting here for used tires, got 2 with about 75% tread for $45 a piece. I was in and out within 25 minutes. Would recommend to anyone!

I came to this shop already 4 times. For used tires, but they also knew that i dont know a lot about it... So far every tire they changed i needed a new one after 3 weeks, and after my last visit my tire preasure sensor was broken. They told me this time ill choose a better one for you, and i still needed to change that one after a month.
