I was first approached at the gym and had some previous hail damage. The sales rep (Jesse) was so awesome and the entire team that helped me. They made sure my rates wouldn t go up and also that my deductible was covered! (Varies for everyone). They helped me get my rental car and did such an amazing job fixing my car up to look brand new. The process took exactly as long as they said it be (2-3 weeks). I appreciate the entire team including the front desk for being so helpful and dependable! Just super happy I didn t pay for anything

I was hesitant to get my car repaired because it seemed too good to be true. My car looked awful, and Jesse was persistent so I decided to give him a shot. I have no regrets! Just got my Escalade back and it looks brand new again. They filed my claim, picked up and dropped it off at Enterprise, and kept me updated during the process. I m giving these guys 5 stars because I couldn t give them higher. Definitely will refer others.

Vinny was extremely helpful! I am beyond impressed with this company and all the people I interacted with. I will definitely be back for any future service needs. My drivers side mirror was slightly damaged but not enough to require a full replacement. Vinny looked over the damage and got a service associate to assist with a quick repair to pop the plastic back into place at no charge. I was so appreciative that I of course tipped him. They specialize in hair damage repair so if you re looking for a trustworthy, reliable and respectful repair service center, don t hesitate to come talk to Vinny!

I would highly recommend Metal Majic @ 4464 W. Plano Pkwy Plano TX. For the rectification of the Hail Damage to the car. I am very much thankful to Jimmy (James) Dempsey who handled the process, and office assistant Kay, who helped with coordination and documentation. They handled the full process very smoothly and I had never to bother about it. Insurance paid fully. The Car came out like new. Great craftsmanship. I would like to express my gratitude for this company. I had hail damage on my vehicle, and they took great care of everything for me from the beginning of the process to the end. The staff was very helpful and professional. They sent me updates throughout the repair process which was so helpful. They covered my deductible as well as covered my rental. They go above and beyond for you! Again, I am so grateful for Metal Majic and would highly recommend them for all of your hail/collision needs!!

I would not recommend using this place if you do not live close to them. Otherwise you have to take it back to them when they screw up. They fixed the dents but when we opened up the hood, the insullation was sitting on top of the motor. Some of the tacks were in a little compartment in corner. We had to call them but said to bring into their shop. Instead we had then send us 12 tacks for us to tack it back onto the hood. Now I discover that my windshield is not out of water, the hose is unhooked when working on the hood. Now parts are missing to hook it back up. No use calling they will just tell me to bring in their shop. Which over an hour away. The person that worked on my very was very lazy and unprofessional. I will have to my truck to the dealership to attach the hose so I can spray water on my windshield when needed.

Metal Majic was very good to us and patient with our insurance company that was not being very cooperative. We finally got the approval and got our car back looking better than when we bought it. Thank you for being so helpful. Definitely recommend them for your hail damage or collision repair.

Great experience! Hail storm in September. Decided to get first car fixed late October. Had rental car 100% of time. Whatever insurance didn t handle, Metal Magic took care of! Took our 2nd vehicle in after first was done and had exact same GREAT EXPERIENCE! Hopefully won t need car repairs but at least now we know a guy . Thanks Metal Magic - you re definitely OUR GUY!

I was referred here by a car dealership. They highly recommended them. I wasn't disappointed. They were very personable and friendly. I met with Vinny and Eric and they were able to not only quickly help me but very fair with pricing. I was so impressed with their service that I plan on going back for all my auto body needs.

Was no where near satisfied with the service. What was promised was not done. They broke my license plate cover. When the returned my car I left them know exactly how dissatisfied I was. The guys dropping it off were great. They called and I spoke to a manager who promised they would come get my car the next week. Weeks went buy and I would reach out. Just get told no rental car so have to wait. Well here we are 3 months later and still not fixed. They now wanna do something about it. Too late for that. Should have happened 3 months ago when my car was returned. 1 star is generous. They do not follow through on what their sale people promise.

My truck had hall damage from the storm in 2023 and I decided to trust Metal Majic with the repairs. They handled everything from beginning to end with my insurance and I have been very pleased with their work. My key fob was damaged during the time they had my truck and after bringing it to their attention, they replaced my key fob with a brand new one. No hassle at all. I would definitely recommend!

Excellent service in all aspects, Quality, delivery time just two weeks, co-ordination. Very much happy with Lorean s support, he delivered everything as per his promise, completely covered my high deductible. More over the workshop is nearby within the main city. They have also touched upon minor scratches nicely. I will definitely go to Metal magic next time too if anything comes up.

This place is incredible. I would HIGHLY recommend their work. I worked with Isaac Brown, who helped me understand the process and timing - and then his team went above and beyond my expectations in repairing two of my vehicles. I had heard all kinds of war stories from friends and neighbors regarding their experiences with PDR shops taking too long, and with non-cooperative Insurance companies disputing the repairs. For me, the process could not have been any cleaner. I dropped one of my vehicles off, and within 4 hours they had sent my Insurance company more than 100 detailed, high image photos, outlining the extent of the damage. Both of my vehicles were repaired well ahead of my expected timelines - and that included one with almost 150 small dents! They even got the insurance company to cover repairs I was told would be unlikely to be included! THIS is the place to go! You won't be sorry.

David Brainard has an awesome personality and very knowledgeable of collision damage . He explained the process from beginning to end all while giving me TRUST in Metal Majic . I don t trust many people with my vehicle. However, I trust they will give me satisfaction with replacing the hail damage to my Jeep. Thank you for making this process easy

Good work by removing all hail damage , good communication anytime I had a question or concern they always answered or got back to me, good customer service and easy to work with. They provided a rental which they paid for.Only things is it took them a 4 weeks to get my car repairs done. Part of it is due to them receiving approval from the insurance to begin working on my vehicle. Which I understand and the rental car they pay for makes up for it.Also I would recommend leaving actual business cards instead of a sticky note on someones car for advertising purposes.

They ignore "No Soliciting" signs and littered my yard with their card. They are putting shady advertising before obeying the law. Breaking laws to make money is low for a business. Avoid businesses who disregard the law, they will disregard the law while fixing your vehicle.(Response owners response)I have a very clear no soliciting sign in my yard and it was ignored. Your workers are willing to break the law to earn business, who's to say they wont cut corners to turn more profits?

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of respect shown by this business. Despite prominently displaying "no soliciting" signs, they continue to ignore them and disturb residents, many of whom work night shifts. Waking people up during the day by incessantly ringing doorbells not only disrupts their sleep but also reflects poorly on the professionalism of the business. It's a shame that they prioritize their own agenda over respecting the wishes and schedules of those they approach.

I had my vehicle repaired recently by Metal Majic when a commercial van backed into my driver side door that was going to require a new door skin. I scheduled a time to get my vehicle in at a time that worked best for me. This repair required the door to be painted and blended. The repair was quick and of the highest quality. I would highly recommend metal majic for any body or paint work.

Really Scammy! I would not Advise using them or getting them to work with your Insurance Company. The sales Director came to my house to assist and would assure that everything would be handled on a Hail claim. That was back in June 2023. In November a contract was written, yet in December no progress was made. Seeing how I dont want to pay extra for $ out of my pocket, I got my car back without any work being performed.

Metal Majic helped me out with my Ram, I was hit pretty hard by hail. They were able to waive my deductible and got me a great rental through enterprise. Very quick turnaround and my truck looks like new! Extremely happy with the service I received. Thank you Jace Jackson!

Can't say enough good things about this place. White glove transport team picked my car up from my home and delivered it back to my work location once repairs were completed. I was notified as each step of the repair process was completed. They even paid for my rental! Living in Texas I've encountered hail damage to my vehicles on many occasions and have used several body shops for repairs. Metal Majic goes over and beyond in regard to customer services and their promise to deliver, and I will use them again if I ever need a body shop repair team.

They came to my house. Seen my damage. Jesse already had all the paperwork ready. Everything was really easy and simple. They worked over the weekend to get the dents out! They did a marvelous job. Even offered to wash the truck but I declined due to rain. These people are awesome. Bring your vehicle here if u want it done correctly and professionally the first time. I'll give a3.5 on quality of finished work1.5 on communication1 on speed.05 on getting belongings returned.The 1.5 was given on communication because after 2. 5 months of having my car with no follow up calls I get a call from a nice guy named Eddie he let me know a guess on my car return.The turnaround time is awful I got a painless hail repair that was 5 days away from having my vehicle 3 months.Some signed my name on the 2nd check written to them and myself. I didn't know nothing about.One of my phone charger cords was trashed out, 3 of my perfume bottles 2 brand new were gone. The boxes were there but empty. My menu button don't work. Overall the 6800.00 they claimed against my ins ended up costing me about 750.00 out of pocket in broken or stolen items. I will give them a 4.5 on rental my ins covered 75% of the cost, but we all did not expect a simple job to take 85 days. Nevertheless I have my vehicle back. Do your research in will never trust a door to door guy with a buisness card. His luck. Fyi: This location is not affiliated with the other location.
