I had a flat tire and it was raining. Was walking around looking for a car repair shop so as to get my tire replaced.Mr Ramirez was willing to help me despite my car being a few minutes away from their location. He was an angel sent from heaven. Their services are great and finished on a timely manner.

This shop does great work! They were honest and found other issues I needed to fix. They gave detailed quotes through email and text and the process to accept the work or deny the work was easy. They replaced the radiator in my son's 2013 Beetle and it's now running great! I highly recommend this Meineke shop!

This Meineke team have been our go to place to get our car serviced and I m so happy with the results. The team addresses every problem and always takes time to walk me through and answer all my questions. Very fair pricing and they do a great job, quickly, even if I show up without an appointment. We appreciate them and their honest, reliable job they do to take care of our cars.

I brought my Volvo here for alternator replacement and other regular maintenance plus items that needed attention.Upon completion, my husband said that my car drives like a new car. He was very impressed, so he asked me to bring his car here to get things done. He usually brings it into the Dodge dealership to get maintenance done, but he said he likes what the crew at Meineke has done to my car. I m very loyal when it comes to getting my cars repairs/home repairs etc and I will bring my vehicles here from now on. Besides, they re minutes walk from my home. The owner Mr, Litvin and manager Robert are very nice, kind and honest!! I highly recommend it!

This place had some of the best customer service I ve seen at a car repair shop in a long time. The owner/manager is very involved and you can tell it s a well ran shop. I definitely would recommend going here if you are worried about finding a shop with integrity. This was my first time going and I ll be coming back for all my future maintenance because of how they treated me.

I came to Meineke because another place could not remove my oil filter since it was put on too tight. They were able to remove it without damaging the filter and I was in and out quickly. Great service and very trustworthy and reliable. Definitely recommend.

The store manager Robert was so helpful with answering all my questions regarding my vehicle maintenance. They got me in quickly and addressed all my concerns. Initially I thought I needed to have certain things done that weren t actually necessary. Robert was honest in letting me know what I did and did not need. It s great knowing you are not being taken advantage of just to make a sale. And while in the shop the mechanics went out of their way to make sure I was getting everything I needed. I give this place big accolades!! I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for amazing service!

Very professional Meineke automotive repair location. I went here due the convenience of being a local place. Excellent service and best of all is the mobile phone communication of what repairs are needed including pics. Very modern.Definitely will return for my automotive needs.

They took excellent care of my Jeep. I came in with an oil leak and they knew exactly what was needed to fix it. I love how thorough they are in their inspections and will not only come back but will also bring our other cars and tell our friends! Tomer the owner is so professional and honest! ..,and Robert was awesome!

First time here and I like how very detailed the invoice was listing all the items they handled and all the items that need attention in the near future. I also liked how my car drove afterwards. I went in compression issues, they ran a full diagnostic and fixed the problem. I do however feel the wheel alignment was a tad bit pricey as compared with what I m used to and so I opted out of getting that done. So a 4 star rating cause I was impressed with the details and the resultsServices: Air & cabin filter replacement, Vehicle Inspection, Auto emissions testing

Check engine light was on. Found to have muffler issues. Robert was exceptional. Professional, thorough, quality work. The owner was also at the shop and very nice to speak to. Highly recommend.

Good service and quick. Helpful folks Robert and Tomer. I ll b back for next service. Didn t have to wait long. Got emails and phone notifications for service progress and when it was ready - total time to finish oil change: 48 min.

Meineke did a great job with our vehicle! We are very happy with the automotive knowledge and fair pricing of the work performed. The customer service is outstanding. They provided us an estimate up front and kept us informed along the way on the progress of the vehicle. Will be continuing to use them whenever we have any issues or maintenance needs with our vehicles.

Glad I found this place to do the routine maintenance oil change instead of having it done at the dealership. It was great value for syntactic oil & filter change for $49.99 schedule on Tuesday - Thursday with the promotional coupon. The owner & technicians are friendly and courteous. The store is clean but a bit small if you need to work on a laptop. Free Wi-Fi available. They provided detailed reports and photos of the vehicle after completing the service. Will plan to return for car maintenance services and repairs in the future.

Awesome customer service, Robert is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help his customers. We have taken our vehicles here twice with a great experience. I highly recommend them as they are trust worthy. My vehicle has been running great since the repair.

I visited this location after being told I needed multiple unnecessary things done and was being priced outrageously. I came here and they told me only 1 of those things were urgent. I worked with Robert and he was able to give me a detailed quote with pictures. He took the time to call me after I received the quote via text to thoroughly explain their reasoning. He even took into account recent work I had done elsewhere and focused on my priorities. Communication from this location was unmatched! I haven't found this anywhere else!

Thought I was looking at new alternator as diagnosed by another repair facility. Meineke did a full inspection at no charge and said it was only a possible bad battery cell. No pressure, extremely professional operation. I will plan to see them on regular service intervals.

We took our 18 year old Mercedes to the Meineke Car Care Center on West Spring Creek Parkway in Plano. My car was leaking hydraulic fluid from the rear of the car which I thought was one of the rear shock absorbers/struts. We were met by Tomer, the owner is this facility. Tomer talked to us for some time to discern our concerns. He texted me the next day and told me that the fluid leak was a hydraulic hose leaking, and not the shock. This was good news to me because the cost to replace the hose was much less than replacing a rear shock. He also noted that my brake fluid had turned dark and needed flushing. And he found a broken ball joint in the front suspension. He made the repairs quickly and personally drove the car to confirm that the repairs were made well and there was nothing else wrong. When we picked up the car, Tomer again greeted us personally and spent a good bit of time explaining all the repairs. I really liked our experience at this Meineke location and feel that Tomer is very competent and I feel confident in his repairs. I will definitely be taking my cars back to this facility when they need repairs. Highly recommend. Thank you Tomer.

One of the most honest shops youll ever come by. Honest shops are hard to find these days. These guys tell you when you actually do and dont need work done on your car and WHEN work SHOULD be done on your car. Nice guys and very clean shop. 10/10 in every aspect

This team did a great job changing my 2016 Jaguar XF Cabin air filter. I tried doing it myself and gave up. Well worth the money spent on what is normally an easy job into a hard one.

Robert and the team here and very good at communicating. The invoicing and quote system is also very detailed. You can save all the before and after repairs with accomanying pictures as a pdf too!
