While visiting friends I had a tire blow out and my power steering went out. Dustin and the team took great care of me and got me back on the road within one day. I received honest and reliable service! There were no attempts to sell me on things I didn t need, they just handled the problem quickly and provided great service! I took my car in last week for brakes. I ended up also getting new struts and mounts and rear lower control arms. I was referred to Major Automotive by someone and I am so glad they told me about them. The customer service was was amazing and now my cars runs great. Thank you.

As a single woman, I'm always apprehensive about taking my car in for service because I don't want to get got. The staff at Major Automotive was welcoming, informative, and very transparent with my service. The customer service is top tier, and I left feeling like I found a new home for my car service. My go-to shop for all the things required to keep an 01 4Runner going! I discovered this shop by chance last year after another alleged mechanic told me my engine had probably seized. Dustin and his team did a thorough diagnostic check and luckily it turned out to just be the starter. They ve helped me several other times in a pinch and are always kind and professional. Would 100% recommend!

I highly recommend Major Automotive. They replaced the brake actuator on my wife's Toyota Prius, and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I could not take my wife to pick up the car because she was sick so they volunteered to deliver her car to our house. They definitely went above and beyond what was required!

I cannot say enough great things about this company and their helpful staff and what they ve done for me to help me with my Cadillac Escalade. I put my confidence in them for all my service needs and they always work with my warranty company help me file the claim and take excellent care of me to get me back on the road. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for an honest and reliable mechanic they can trust.

Hour long service for oil change and tire rotation took from 7:50-10:15. I get five minutes away and the TPMS warning turns on. They didn t bother checking pressure and resetting sensors during a tire rotation. Finally out with a working vehicle at 10:29.In response to the business owner s response. When I got there, the gentleman and lady at check in both replied about an hour when I asked how long it would take for the oil change and tire rotation. This is why I returned from the nearby business 20 minutes later not the halfway through service as Josh stated. The tech took a break less than two hours after drop off and had not started the oil change yet. I asked how much longer it would be and the gentleman apologized it was taking a lot longer than usual. It wasn t until that two hour mark that I was told they were doing some sort of additional check of the vehicle. So instead of doing the rotation and oil change as we requested they were checking other parts of the vehicle.The business s comments about the TPMS I don t understand because upon return his stated remedy was we ll go put some air in the tires. Also, if the foreman used his scan tool to reset it quickly, why wasn't that done as standard practice for a tire rotation?There was an apology at the two hour mark, but the times, sequence of events, what was agreed upon at drop off, TPMS and actual completion of work don t add up in Josh s comments.

Kat greeted us with a smile. She explained the process to us on how they were going to check our vehicle. I got a call soon after with a very detailed description of what they needed to replace and what was wrong. I got a call just a few short hours later explaining the work was done and to come pick up our car. When we arrived, we were greeted with another smile and she gave us a full detailed explanation of what repairs they did, and exactly what was wrong with the parts. She even noticed that I had disabled Vet plates, and gave me a military discount. This place is simply amazing and highly recommended.

My car was giving me problems and I called them and the manager was very understanding and polite. They picked my call when most places just had auto voice mails set up. I got there and did a diagnosis of my car and they helped me get my car back to good health. Loved the place. It's 5 stars for me coz I can't put 10..... I just attached a pic of me driving in..... P.s. it was raining and they were in the rain with me. I strongly recommend Major Automotive.

Recently had some work done for my Jeep and these guys are amazing. No pressure and they provide you options on what can wait vs what needs to be done now. I ve never had anyone send you updates with photos on the progress and outcomes. I will definitely be back! Thanks for the great service

Words cannot describe how blown away I am by the service and professionalism I received from Major Automotive. From the start Dustin was very friendly and explained everything to me. There was no fluffing or extra work recommended that my car didn t actually need and they were very transparent on cost, labor, parts, and options I had if I wanted to go OE or A/M which I loved!They had a quick response time to any of my reach outs and also finished my vehicle on the day they promised it which to me is a huge deal considering I work in the automotive industry and constantly see shops promise too much and deliver too little. They also went above and beyond by cleaning up my engine bay and it looks phenomenal which is something they didn t have to do. Dustin also let me know of some rodent damage they found and made sure there wasn t any residual issues from the little furry jerks which is one more thing Major Automotive didn t have to do but did.While I never want to have to get another large repair done on my vehicle, I know exactly where I ll be taking it if I do, which is here! I have been coming to this place for over a year now I don t even live anywhere near this area but I am willing to make the drive because this is probably the only place I have ever been to where they don t try to upsell you. They are upfront with the cost there s nothing hidden they re not going to make up fake damages to make you pay more. They don t do any of that it s straight to the point super fast Dustin is always on top of everything very much appreciate him. I have spent over $7000 here when my car was in horrible condition and they fixed it up right away very clean very well organized very straightforward. Process very easy and fast.Services: Transmission, Electrical repair, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

A family member accidentally put diesel in one of our cars. I took it to the dealership and they wanted $4000 to "do the basics" including swapping out $2000 worth of parts. Even so the dealer said that I might need a new engine, and that it might cost upwards of $10000. I found Major on Yelp and called. Dustin picked up and after I explained the problem he instantly put me at ease. He said that he didn't think it needed any parts and it could all be repaired. True to his word, they cleaned it all out. I paid a fraction of the dealer cost - less than $1000. Thanks Dustin and Major Automotive!! I'm impressed by the service, honesty, and professionalism.

After a couple more repairs, I will come back and change my review to 5 stars probably, I feel like they are a 5 star place, but on my 2nd repair experience things went a little sideways.I think with a small business, it is tough to not occasionally have something go wrong, and to me it is a better measure of what kind of stuff you are made of when things do go a little sideways and you do the standup thing and make it right.Even though I was a little upset with some of the outcome of my last repair, I think this place is staffed with honest hard working people that want to do right by their customers, and at the end of the day those are the kind of people I like to take my business to.I will be back, finding a good mechanic you can trust is tough, and I think they are good mechanics you can trust, so if something happens and you are not happy, have a chat, I bet they will make it right, and I bet it does not happen very often...Services: Electrical repair, Exhaust
