I took my 2000 Ford F150 to get a paint job on my truck. They did a GREAT job, better than I had expected. They were very helpful and went above and beyond. I would definitely recommend this Maaco Auto Body Shop & Painting to anyone. The manager, Chris Sherman was incredibly helpful. Awesome service!!!

some of the sweetest people i ve ever met! they did an amazing job with my car and got it back to me a lot quicker than a good amount of other car shops would have. Amy is a Rock Star! She helped with my car which was in the garage when our house had electrical fire. Debris on top of the car with dents and parts need to be repaired/replaced. Home insurance doesn't cover and we pay out of pocket. She gave me a bear hug and discount. Amy and all staffs are so friendly with exceptional professionalism. My car looks brand new and even save my Longhorn metal sticker and put it back to the the original place. Thank you Macco Plano and your excellent works.

Excellent work. Van looks incredible. Great staff. Above and beyond. Had the entire van painted. Went with the original factory color. Have had many compliments already. They had it ready in the exact time quoted. The price was also exactly what was promised in the estimate. Communication was great. Definitely will use this Maaco again. Thank you!

This is an amazing job. The car I took here had very bad clear coat peal and a lot of the paint on the top surface of any panel was totally faded. Had a dent in the driver door, and well you can see the amazing Job Chris and his team did with this machine. This was a full paint job with a 40th anniversary paint color that they nailed!! So proud of this.Thank You to Maaco of Plano!PS last 2 pics are before.

(URGENT PLEASE READ) 1st of all let me say Mac is a professional customer service guy along with the team there. Took my 2001 Toyota Camry in to have it painted with no body work on April 18th 2022. That following Wednesday April 20th I received a call letting me know it was ready and when I tell you my car looked show room new off the dealership floor glossy and shiny talk about a fast turn around in 2 days. This is my 2nd time using the MAACO FRANCHISE and been a happy customer on both occasions they do great paint jobs and I got the next to top teir package. Urethane with the integrated clear coat which in total was $1300 bucks. So go check Mac and his crew out over there in Plano off of summit road and let them take care of ur ride and make it look new again. Im a Happy Customer and will use them again to paint my cars if need be at this location. Good Quality and Service you can trust judging by the way my Vehicle came out so check them out for yourself and see the results.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Maaco to anyone who have ANY paint job that you need. Riley and Amy these 2 ladies treated me with GREAT RESPECT. THEY WERE TRUE TO ALL OF THEIR WORDS. Sweet ladies You don't get this kind of treatment that they gave me "in these days". My 2009 Hyundai Santa Fe looks brands new.Thanks to Macco in Plano.

I compared two Maaco locations and their prices were different by almost $600.00 dollars. Maaco Mckinney and Maaco Plano.I could not believe it the price difference. I went to Maaco located in Plano TX, which was less expensive of about $600.00 dollars, and I was shocked by the quality work they do.I entered their location and told them that I needed my car within 4 days. They said, "We can have a lot of work but we can do it for you". When I received my car on time.I thought there was a mistake. I did not believe that my car looked so beautiful again. I was stun on how beautiful it looked compared to how I brought it.Recommendation: Better Price, quality work and delivered on time, you cannot beat that!!Note: I paid around $1500 dollars for everything including tax. (Paint, restoration, blending, retouching etc.)Take a look for yourselves!! It's a no brainer where to go to paint your car, honestly.

Maaco in Plano did an outstanding job on my 1996 Chevy truck. The quality from the body work, to the custom paint job, spray in liner, and customer service was first class. I chose the upper end custom paint job but the cost was very reasonable. Chris and his team are awesome. I highly recommend them.

Can't say enough about the terrific job they did repairing vandalism on our 2023 Mazda CX-5! Amy was wonderful, a real pro, but the reason we chose this location was Ryleigh. She was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable as she walked me through the entire process in my initial phone call. She represented herself and Macco very, very well.

Chris the Manger is professional, caring & helpful; he actually listens to your needs & concerns Ray buffed my scratches and did all labor steps to make it appear new, a true ARTIST IN HIS FIELD This location was recommended & !I will do the same.

I just picked up my 2004 Nissan from Maaco and although not perfect, I am very happy with the results. I didn't go 5 stars for a couple of reasons I will explain below.First, Maaco provides a good or better paint job at a reasonable cost, and that is what I got, but you can't fairly compare this to a $5K or more paint job.I did have to make a return visit to get the pin striping completed, and to wet sand a couple of runs and spots where 'trash' was in the finish and were visible. After the the second visit, it was much better, but not perfect, but see above.Everyone there was friendly, answered all my questions, and worked to help with any issue. The truck was completed in the time frame estimated. On my second visit, it was all handled while I waited and the detailer/painter came out to make sure details were being handled properly.Although I had my entire truck painted, the color match looked exact.I had excessive clear coat peeling on the hood and roof and it looks great now.I would recommend and also I would go back to this Maaco.

I have an Infinity QX60 and the clear coat was peeling off one of my doors. I took the car on a Friday for an estimate (5 minutes), left it on Monday, and it was fixed like new on Wednesday. Price was very reasonable, they were quick, and the customer service couldn t have been better. I 100% recommend Maaco.

I rarely leave reviews but they performed an actual miracle on my bumper, all within a week. Very friendly, flexible, efficient business and reasonably priced. Willing to work with me with getting after market parts, and got my car back to me asap. The work they did, was impeccable. I had a great experience with Maaco Plano. The entire crew was amazing, Caroline kept me informed on the repair status. She was very patient and helpful in answering all our queries. We also talked to Steve, the technician, who worked on our Vehicle, he explained us in detail how he is going to fix the issue. After talking to him I was convinced this is the place to get my vehicle repaired. He did an excellent job and also completed the repair in quick time. Chris, the manager was very helpful and respectful.They gave me best estimate for the repair.I would definitely recommend this location and would be my first preference for any kind of auto body work I may need in future.

What an amazing experience! I dropped my car off on a Thursday for a new full paint job, and it was ready to go on Monday morning. I love the tuxedo metallic with extra sparkles. The staff was very helpful when I was a little indecisive with the paint color. I was a little apprehensive going to a "car place" by myself but the front staff was extremely friendly and the GM helped make the experience less stressful. Thank you for making my car beautiful again!

The staff I spoke with, Chris and Christina, we're very nice and respectful. Did their very best to help me. I was pleasantly pleased.I took my car back in to have the hood and front bumper repainted. There were some hitches in scheduling and a delay of one day on picking up my car. However, I was very pleased with the outcome and Chris took very good care of me. Thank you!Service: Painting

Was assisted by Chis, the shop manager at the Plano location. And came in at the insistence of a rep at Plano who called and explained the limitations of their online estimate tool. Thankfully, when I came in, Chris quoted a more realistic price for the repair and time to complete. They finished early and at the quoted estimate. Repair came out fine. And car was completely washed. Will definitely return and would recommend visiting in person for the quote and passing on the online estimate tool.

My first time getting a full paint job. I have a dodge charger that I love. Its older and needs a paint job. I took it maaco off summit branch. Talked with Chris. I told Chris I want to go from blue to black. He suggested a tuxedo black color. I went with it. The car came out beautiful. No drips and no issues with paint job. The first time I seen it, I had tears in my eyes. I have been 100% satisfied with quality of work. I don't do reviews ever. I was proud and happy to do this review. I will always go back to maaco on any future jobs in future. Don't go anywhere else. Call maaco, off summit in Plano. Ask for Chris. One of the best people I ever did buisness with. Don't waste your money at anywhere else.

This Maaco site had great customer service and communicated well. They knew exactly what I was referring to when I said 2016/2017 GMC & Chevy clear coat issue, and were able to get my car in and out quickly. New paint + new clear coat makes the car look a lot better!

Maaco Plano is Incompetent with Horrible Service. They Damaged my vehicle. A Dishonest business. DO NOT GO HERE. They damaged my car and tried to cover it up. The paint service was terrible with paint defects and fisheyes around the entire vehicle. The whole experience was terrible with no communication or call backs and inaccurate time estimates. The worse was dealing with the incompetent manager Chris and the service advisor Amy. Do not go to Maaco in Plano. They can't be trusted in anything they say or do.

I paid over $1400 to replace a single! fender, but initially, the color was completely different. After 10 months, due to the poor quality of their work, I now need additional work on a portion of the front bumper, a portion of the front door, and the fender itself. Furthermore, a part of the rear door was damaged due to unsuccessful polishing. I suspect that they intentionally performed a polishing test on a different area to claim that they didn't work on that specific part and it is just a "stone impact mark".I brought my car in for repairs three times, but each time the work was done improperly. On one occasion, the car was even kept for 5 days and was damaged further, without any work being completed. The following time, I had scheduled a specific time, but the owner refused to accept the car and denied causing damage to the rear door that needed fixing. He declined to watch the video evidence and refused to show any photos of my car that, according to his words, supposedly showed pre-existing damage because, in reality, no damage was present. However, video footage of the car upon arrival at the body shop and before picking it up clearly demonstrates that the damage occurred at the shop itself. The video has time, date and it clearly shows the location of their shopI do not recommend this place to anyone. The quality of their work is low, they are not honest in their practices, and they do not treat customers with respect.
