This was my first time to service any of my cars outside of a dealer and now I'm wondering why I waited so long! Luxur more than exceeded my expectations in all phases of a repair/maintenance/service of a luxury car service experience. Mr. Naiem was a joy to work with as he gave me the confidence that he and his team know what they are doing and have the credentials to work on a brand like Aston Martin and others (I've seen Bentleys, Rolls Royce etc in their parking lot when driving by). Top notch service and experience at a more than a fair and reasonable price point (especially compared to a dealer and especially on the type of luxury cars they work on) is an easy choice for me. I don't easily give the keys up to my car to just any shop, but I can honestly say that I couldn't have been more pleased with this experience.For reference, Luxur did some routine maintenance (oil change and general multi-point inspection), and they also diagnosed and fixed a malfunctioning window (far from a routine repair or maintenance request). All this happened within one day and even was returned to me washed, with the plastic seat, floor and steering wheel covers...complete with pictures and short videos of the work performed!Luxur is now my go-to for maintanence and repairs, hope this helps anyone else on the fence as I was!

If you want excellent customer service furthermore, highly trained mechanics to work on your vehicle, look no further because LUXOR Automotive delivers m all. Cheaper than dealership rip-off services for sure, moreover these guys are honest, discuss service needs ahead of a time. They are taking pictures of their work step by step and recommend service needs by priority.Second time they worked on my car and I m 100% satisfied customer.Thank you guys

I had a great experience there. I took in my Mercedes for the first time for an oil change. They completed a thorough inspection and went over all of the details. You can tell they are very knowledgeable and take pride in their work. They were also very transparent on pricing and did not try to upsell anything. I highly recommend them and will definitely bring my vehicle back to them in the future.

True gents the guys got me in last minute to do my oil change on my RS5 and did it with class and excellent service. Main lobby is nice with some refreshments and snacks! They even offered me some tacos lol. Highly recommend

Definitely worst service I have ever had they don t know what they re doing they are trying to look and sounds professional But way far from that please don t go over there it s going to be a**** nightmare ***{please do your research} and don t go over there they didn t fix nothing in my car and they make it More worst !Even if it s to change the oil don t go there because it s gonna end up with something else .My hope is that sharing this review will spare others from the anguish and financial burden I endured. May it serve as a cautionary tale, urging potential customers to think twice before engaging the services of luxur.automotive

Highly professional, works on European-high end vehicles. The owner Naiem took photos and wrote a complete scope of work for my records. I will only take my car to this shop for any needed work. Thanks Naiem, great shop, better person!

If can give minus star definitely I will do ! I had oil change with them and they messed up my car, they too tight the oil filter and they damaged my car. Cheap place ... I am not recommended. It is better to spend more money and be sure that your car going to be good ...****Please, even if you need to spend a little bit more $$ it s worth that.!

Took my Audi there for the first time and the customer service is remarkable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Upon pickup of my vehicle, they spent 10-15 minutes with me to go over all the repairs which included before and after pictures of the work and parts. Needless to say, I was impressed. Very disappointed to say the least.Scheduled repair work to be done on my 2009 MB C300. Appointment set for Oct 5, 2023, at 11am. At 10am the day of the appointment I realized the car had gone into limp mode and could not be driven. I phoned immediately and informed Naeim of the situation and told him I would call back and keep him informed. The following day I phoned several times leaving voicemails and received no response. I texted the same day, informing him that I would need the car to be towed and no response. Phoned again on Oct. 7, 2023 and spoke with Naeim. I inquired if he could recommend a tow company and was told he would reschedule appointment for 9 am, Oct.11, 2023 and arrange for tow truck to pick up vehicle on the morning of the appointment and to text my address. Address texted on Oct 10, 2023. Since the appointment was scheduled for 9am I assumed the tow truck would arrive early. No tow truck. Texted again on Oct 11, 2023 to inquire when tow truck would arrive and was informed tow company had cancelled and another tow company would be arranged and would update me. Contacted again via text again at the end of the day and was simply told he was very busy in the shop and did not have a chance. This was the last correspondence from Luxor Automotive. I waited for several days and made the decision to go elsewhere.

Naeim and his team went above and beyond to address an issue with my Audi. Naeim is a true professional in his field and was the only one able to accurately diagnose and fix my vehicle in a timely manner. He is kind, honest, and transparent. He went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I would 100% trust him with all of my future service needs, not only because of his expertise but also because he is truly a genuine person. LUXUR Automotive is a wonderful shop if you are looking for the place to take your European car. I took my Mercedes Benz for check engine light and I loved it. They were so professional and took pictures of the process from start to the end which no place did it before. Staffs were knowledgeable and helpful highly recommended.

The team at Luxur Automotive are absolutely incredible from the detailed reports you receive with pictures displaying all the work done and parts replaced to the quick turn around. They did annual maintenance on my 2015 CLS63s AMG as well some other items they were on top of everything such as having the parts when I arrived in the morning and had the car back to me by the end of the day. Their prices are extremely competitive and I do not hesitate to refer my friends and family to this great business.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Auto battery replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Brakes, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

OMG what can I say about the extraordinary customer service at their place. Naeim and his amazing team blew me away on my first visit and I returned my car 2 weeks later for the additional work he suggested and again I was overjoyed at the level of responsiveness and attention to details. The level of service and effective communication I received was far better than any BMW dealership I ever brought my vehicle to for service. I have only written two reviews in over 20 years on google. This one will be my third. This business deserves more recognition. The owner has to be one of the most honest people I have met. Being a honest mechanic makes it even better. I have had work done on my car in Frisco by other shops and after going to Luxur there is no way I will go back to any other shop in this area. The process the owner takes has to be the best around. He has even done hours of work on my car only to not charge me because he couldn't find anything wrong at the time. Who does that?? There are so many positives here that I will just run out of space typing this out. Just getting simple. This shop is a must visit if you have a nice car and you want someone who really knows what they are doing with that car. I drive a Porsche Cayenne and at this moment this shop will be the only one that will be doing work on my car. I am a very happy customer.Services: Auto battery replacement, Auto maintenance

Absolutely the best repair shop i ve ever used. Very thorough. Took pictures of all of the areas they thought might need attention. Took the time to go through all of the photos and explained what repairs might need to be done. The communication while my car was being repaired was excellent! I bought a 2006 Mercedes SL500 without doing a proper inspection, and the people at LUXUR have helped me get it ready for the road. Service is quick and done right, prices very reasonable. You will see pictures of the work done with a complete explanation The people are great, service is great, what more can you ask. This is the place to take your European baby.
