Adam was great to work with and car looks excellent. I am a discerning car guy and they met my expectations. I would not hesitate to take any of my cars to Linear. Great family business that actually cares for their customers.

Always a stellar experience with Linear. Jason is the greatest. Very responsive and easy to work with. I now reside in Houston, and will still make the trip 4.5hrs to plano for any paint related needs.

I have nothing but the best to say about my experience with Linear Automotive. My car was in a terrible hail storm and I was so anxious about the cost and time it would take to fix it. Adam made everything so easy and smooth. They were able to keep the cost in range so I didn t have to pay anything out of pocket and they got it done 2 weeks ahead of schedule. They truly treat you and your car like you are part of the family. Will definitely be coming back should anymore hail storms get me. Thank you again everyone on the team!

I had an unfortunate accident in my M4 and I called Linear to have my repairs done. I worked with Adam (a Senior Technician) and he completely took over the process and reassured me the work would be done right. He called me with weekly updates and even when we had parts delayed he still handled it and not once did I feel as though the work wasn t getting done. He even called he mid repair to have me review the work and answered all my questions and went above and beyond to address other issues and make recommendations for additional work that needed to be done parts that would have taken months to order from Germany me made it happen is less time and not only that made sure they were of the highest OEM quality and also had me inspected them for approval. When my car was finally fixed which took lesser time then expected, not only did he credit is team but also kept explaining some work and things that need to be done to make sure my car is running smoothly in the future thanks to team Linear and Adam for a job well done everyone!

I love this place. I found Linear by googling hail damage repair shops near Plano. I was hit pretty badly during the Plano hail storm and needed to get my Charger serviced afterward. I initially called and didn't get an answer, but Adam called me back and immediately start to walk me through the process of getting my car repaired. He advised me on how to work with my car insurance and get it done asap. Once I dropped my car off, Adam explained what would happen during the repair. Mrs. Terry at the front desk called Enterprise to get me my rental, so she is fantastic. Adam constantly contacted me, going above and beyond to get the needed parts. Once I got my car back, it was brand new and I am so grateful for the hard work this crew did to get me back in my vehicle.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto body & trim replacement

I wrecked my BMW 128 this past June when someone turned left into me as I was going through a green light. My entire rear quarter panel and suspension were damaged. I did my due diligence in researching collision repair shops and I decided to choose Linear. Adam was very helpful throughout the entire process. My car was returned to me promptly, but after driving it for only 20 minutes, I realized there were several issues. Unfortunately, as I was driving it back because the back up sensors were not working, all the power in my car died as I was driving, including the blinkers and spedometer. Once I got it back to linear I noticed there was water in the rear tail light as well. Linear put me in another rental and I had my car back in a few days. A few weeks passed and my car failed inspection. I had some extra time to take my wheels off to check the repairs as well and thought it might be a good idea before I took my car back again. I noticed there was a crack in the rotor, the window panel was mounted incorrectly and my brake pad sensors were broken (I had bought the car less than a year prior and the brake pads were brand new). I took it back again, and Linear went above and beyond to make it right. They put new rotors and brake pads on each of the rear wheels. The reason I am goving them a 4 star review is because even though there were problems, they made it right and fixed my car no questions asked. Many mechanics might try to argue or claim that damage existed before the accident, but Linear truly cares about their customers. Adam was always kind, helpful, and caring. The only thing I would like to say is that I would not have minded if my car was in the shop for an extra week if it meant I wouldn't have had to take it back several times. Overall, I understand that mistakes do happen from time to time and I would like to thank the team and Adam for helping me get my car fixed and back on the road.

I brought my car here in 2019 for damaged in the driver door . They did a great job, so when last week uninsured person hit my car the first place came to my mind was Linear Automotive. Staff are super professional and nice, job is great and I just found they are dog lovers. I am so happy this place can fix my car and take all the stress out of my life

I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a professional body work, these guys are on point, customer service, work quality, communication and updating the customer, time and turnaround, all is perfect. They replaced and painted the from fender and bumpers of my F150, color is matching 100% and parts and fitment is OEM quality!All over Service: Body & Trim

These guys have take great care of my BMW 550i. First they painted my tires and tinted my windows. The work was a amazing. Next we had them do a muffler delete and added new muffler tips. The car sound and looks AWESOME...Thank you Adam!

Linear Automotive was so great to us while repairing my Mercedes. They were thorough, knowledgable, professional and quick! I never felt like they were out to cheat us. Quite the opposite, they definitely care about their Customers and their reputation as "the good guys". Adam went above and beyond for us, as did the rest of the Team. We can't thank you enough for making our experience a pleasant one. We will be coming here, and only here for our automotive needs from now on. I highly recommend them. Thank you!

Second OUTSTANDING interaction with the team at Linear. We had a minor accident where we were backed into, the person's insurance was a small company out of state. We expected this to be a touchy scenario, but Adam and team at Linear handled the entire process flawlessly. Adam called to let us know when the parts were ordered, gave us the time frame for the fix, and called sooner than expected to let us know the work was done. Bumper, fog lights, etc. are perfect, and we're back on the road ahead of schedule!Service: Auto body & trim repair

The best body shop you will find, bar none (and I ve been to many). Recently had someone back into my vehicle, it s a tri-stage pearl that is REALLY difficult to match and they could not have done a better job. Their work is superior, this is the only place I take my vehicles for paint anymore. There just aren t place like this around anymore that take the pride in their work like these guys do. Their staff is excellent, Sully is just plain awesome to deal with - treats you like gold and family. I m super picky but I never worry with Sully taking care of me, he always goes the extra mile and makes sure things are done the proper way. Communication is always excellent and they really take care of you. Go see them!

I really appreciate how Adam at Linear Automotive took the time to explain to me the best modifications I could make on my car for better performance at the price points needed. Everything about them is professional and customer service oriented. Clean shop, fair prices, very knowledgeable! Very pleasant experience! I love my car's performance so much more!

Great place to service your vehicle. I ve brought my Audi A7 to get oil changes, body work and brakes / rotor replacement. Adam is excellent and provides quality customer care and service. Love these guys! My 23 Porsche Taycan had a dent from a recycling bin incident .but Linear was able to do their paintless dent repair voodoo and the car looks perfect again! So happy I found them and highly recommend!Service: Auto body & trim repairService: Auto body & trim repair

I took my vehicle to Linear Automotive for powder coating of my wheels and brake pads and rotors. Adam helped me and was awesome. He was courteous, responsive, and I feel honest. The work was even better. The lady @ the front desk was also very pleasant to work with. I can't remember her name but hope the owner knows how much of an asset that she and Adam is to the company on top of the quality of work. Shout out to the technicians who performs the work. Adam mentioned that they love what they do. I couldnt agree more based on the work performed on my vehicle. I told Adam I will be back for future upgrades due to my overall experience. Adam, Sully and Terry are the absolute best, as are all the services provided by Linear. On my very special 2013 Jag XFR, body work from a small incident was performed, as well as installation of a camera system, performance upgrades, third-party warranty work for steering and alternator replacements... all first class work, as well as just plain top-shelf service. Sully and his team were extremely helpful and took all the time necessary for me to understand the repairs. They reached out to me immediately when the insurance company sat on the quotes / supplements they sent.. There was a faint rattling noticed a week after we picked it up. We called and stopped by the next day, they fixed it quickly! Gave us solid recommendations on what to look for in an insurance company. Highly recommend Linear for any repair needs!

I highly recommend this place.I took a chance to visit Linear Automotive as I read great reviews even though I already got estimates from a few other body shops by friend's referral. I really liked that Adam was always readily available and addressed my concerns right away from the beginning. People in the office are very nice and friendly. I could tell they have a honest business and my intuition was right!Adam was so patient and extremely professional, he kept contacting and communicating effectively with the insurance agents. My insurance wasn't the easy one to deal with at all. He also kept updating the status to us. I am so grateful for everything! My car looks great of course. I feel very lucky to find the shop I can trust. I am not going anywhere else!

My car got keyed and we brought my car in, and Linear Auto took care of everything. My car looks brand new and we had such a great experience here. The guys at Linear Automotive were a lifesaver for me! Someone hit my parked car and did not leave a note. My insurance company was being extremely difficult. Linear Automotive kept me updated regularly, and fought diligently to get my car fixed up with OEM parts! The final result was a high quality repair. I'm grateful for them!! I have been a long time customer of Linear Automotive/Joel Osbutte. I'm not sure you will find a more attentive, conscientious, knowledgeable and better group of mechanics. Joel has helped me through numerous auto issues including a wreck, general maintenance on my BMWs, evaluating cars for my teenage/young adult drivers, and keeping them maintained, etc. You can tell by the store front that Joel takes great pride in his work. I'm so grateful I met Joel many years ago and am so thankful for his auto expertise and his ability to hire all the right people. This shop pinstriped my new 2021 Tucson yesterday. I absolutely love the results! I wanted something more on the line of subtle, not super sporty. I had an idea of color in mind. Service Manager, Alan, assisted me through the process. He spent a great deal of time with me, and even placed several tapes on the car for me to view possibilities. He guided me to what was not my original choice.....but he was SO right! I cannot imagine being more pleased with the final product....and I'm a very fussy person.Shop does more than body work; transmission, brakes, etc. Given the excellent service and attention to detail I received on my project, I cannot imagine that choosing this group for other work would not be an excellent way to go. You just know these people are really CAR PEOPLE the minute you walk into their shop, which is very clean and comfortable.Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I am a long-time customer of Linear, and have always been very impressed with the service and with the quality of the work. My most recent experience, however, was maybe my best. My son's car gave a transmission warning, and I brought it in. Sully and his team checked out the car, determined that there was a likely clutch issue, and then researched whether the work would likely be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Then, when they determined that I could get the repair covered by the manufacturer, they advised me to go to a dealer for service - rather than doing the work themselves. Thanks for the honesty, Sully. You've got a client for life!

This is the third time I have taken my car to Linear over the years. Someone hit my bumper in a parking lot and did not leave a note and Linear did a fantastic job repairing my car once again. I sent an email to Adam late Friday and he responded that evening! Sully and Adam made sure my car was fixed correctly and with genuine Honda parts. Thank you Adam and Sully for always doing a great job on my car!

My 2019 Toyota Camry needed collision work to the rear bumper and trunk lid. I went first to the dealership because I wanted to keep my car all OEM. I got a bad feeling at the dealership. I did a web search and I liked the reviews for Linear Automotive. "Sully" gave the car a very good, professional looking over. I was very impressed. Sully showed me what the damage was and the scope of work. Which was not done previously. Sully also told me how the insurance company worked. I'm so glad he did, the 2k+ estimate came back from the insurance company at $450. I knew the game, and again Sully reinforced everything to me. The final claim came in a little over 2k, Sully didn't pad the estimate he knows what he's doing, that's experience at work.Linear got the car, repaired the car, cleaned it inside and out and handled everything with the insurance company. Oh by the way, all the parts are genuine Toyota parts.I can't express enough that I would recommend you use Linear Automotive for all your automotive needs. I owned my own auto repair shop for 16 years now I'm to old to work any more and Linear treats customers the way people should and need to be treated, with RESPECT and DIGNTY.Thank you to Sully and crew,I will be backJeff ArnoldService: Body & Trim
