Don t ever bring your ride here these ppl don t know they left hand from they right! I use to go here every month for two years straight! Last month I noticed a leak never had one took my truck to see what the issue was I was told they tighten my pan to tight and it cracked now they are trying to say something completely different and the manager Arron he ain t no better getting an attitude baby I just got my oil changed on the 1/8/24 and today being the 1/16/24 I was told I m low on oil and this is what my drive way looks like! If you knew I had a leak that bad why would you change my oil and it s not regular oil it s synthetic! But if you re such a professional and care for your customers why wouldn t you tel me it s so bad that it s needs to be replaced immediately! And not let me drive off thankfully I pay attention to my truck and noticed but now they are telling me it s old wear n tear and it s my fault but I don t get how in the hell it s my fault when I just took my truck n which wasn t leaking as it is now and this is my drive way

Did a great job on my car. did a great job on my car. The staff are excellent. They kept me up-to-date through the entire process. Another company worked on my brakes and didn t totally fix the. totally fix them we re not very honest and they told me exactly what they did wrong and what they can do to fix it. This place is honest, reasonable and straight to the point in for a busy business person this place rocks. this place is over 35 minutes from where I live and it s well worth the trip. Thank you.

I was pleased to stop at Kwik Kar for an oil change on my Ford Transit RV. The bays were tall enough to accommodate my 11 foot tall RV. Aron came out and greeted me in the parking lot when I pulled in. He said he could take care of me right after he finished the car in the bay. It was just minutes and I was in the bay. The young man in the pit started draining oil as Aron worked up top. I observed the mechanic wiping everything down underneath after he was done. I appreciated the cleanliness of both mechanics I observed working on my rig when they finished up.

I dealt with this shop over the last several months after my son took his car here to get the radiator replaced. The car ran hot and was running fluid before he could make it a mile and a half home. When he immediately took the car back and they saw what was going on they tried to blame him for it and told him the car needed a $750 repair. Luckily this was during the time that the store was coming under new corporate management.I dealt with Brandon and the new head tech (whose name escapes me right now for whatever reason, but he was awesome). Brandon investigated the situation and took full responsibility on making sure that it was handled. They ended up keeping the car for an extended amount of time due to them having to clean up so much of the mess that was left behind for them. But I was kept updated on the progress of the repair with constant pictures and text messages. It was a complete 180-degree difference from how we were treated before. They took a hit paying for the mistakes of their predecessor which being a business owner myself, I know is hard but right. And for that they have earned my personal business as well as my referrals. I was supposed to have written this review several weeks ago and just got around to it. But these guys did an excellent job and from what I understand there were several others noticing the improved service at this location that may have neglected (like I did) to come out and advise the public of the "under new management" announcement.Great job guys!!!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Always quick and efficient. Been here a half dozen times and never had to wait for more than a half hour, even when busy. Oil change is a fair price, and works with me about additives I like to sub in.

Workers here are great especially Julio. He was able to get my oil change and inspection done fast. Recommend a few things for me to change but no pressure to get it done now. I recommend for anyone looking for fast and friendly service.

Dropped in for a vehicle inspection at the end of their day and they took care of me very quickly. First time going through this process and they were very helpful and friendly. I asked some questions about the next steps and were open to answering all my silly questions. They seem proactive in addressing regular maintenance and upkeep for my car. I was very pleased with my visit.

Quick and easy oil change. They were short staffed and told me up front that it may take a little longer than usual. I appreciated the transparency. They offered suggestions for what my car needed. Had a nice little coffee bar setup with the news on and cold water available and the staff was friendly. I m a fan.

If you are a woman don t come here by yourself. The mechanic tried to take advantage of me. He wanted to charge me $250 and I refused because the original price was like $120 and also I am pretty sure that he didn t change the oil.

Max was very attentive and knowledgeable. Didn t feel like a rushed job even in 34 degree weather. Would recommend his services to anyone. No high pressure sales like take 5 either!

Kevin Stovald is a stand up guy. He's the kind of mechanic you want to come back to, because you can trust he won't screw you over. Good honest person. Hopefully he gets a raise before he realizes his value and opens up his own place. Lucky to have him here.

I have a Lexus es350 i suppose to go to Lexus dealer shop, But so expensive, I found this Kwik kar @ 14 street plano , there have very Nice mechanic, very polite ,truthful, and never pushed me to do anything but share what they found and give me reasonable price if i agree to do it.

Sunday is my only off day from work, Kwik Kar Oil Change completed our oil change and my wife and I didn t have to exit the car, we sat and continued to drink our coffee and enjoy each others company. The technicians are very professional.

Went in for an oil change, next day I noticed a pool of oil under my vehicle. Took it back and then said it was a pinched seal on the oil filter. They replaced the seal, but I m still leaking oil.

What! All I can say is wow! I went here needing help with a few things and not only did I get the best customer service but the staff here helped me understand what was actually going on. New management will not honor prior obligation. I took my car in on July 10th for an oil change. At that time, the technician failed to properly torque down my oil plug. When I got home, it was leaking oil and I had to fix it.I didn't leave a bad review because the prior management promised to make things right with a credit for a free oil change. But this new management is refusing to honor that.My car could have been ruined and was only saved because I paid attention. It's disappointing that this new management doesn't care about the preexisting customer base.

I came in for an oil change and they did it in a timely matter. The employees were very kind and helpful while I was here. I have always came to this location even now with the change of management they still exceed my expectations. They made sure to go over all the work done on my car and pointed out that my car also needed a change in the cabin filter in which they changed as well.

Dropped in for a state inspection. They let me know how long it would take and showed me to the waiting room. I suggest calling ahead to make sure your wait is not too long. The waiting room is small so you may have to stand for some of your time. Service was top notch but the facility is only average.
