I came here desperate about two weeks ago when my dash suddenly had some weird oil alerts on it. I don't know anything about cars, so naturally I was nervous about going to a car place by myself and potentially being "oversold" and taken advantage of. Instead, the guys here - including and especially Ricky - were super honest with what I needed now vs. what could wait and they helped me figure out what was the best approach for my car and my budget. I can't recommend these guys enough! They are as honest as they come! Highly recommend!!!

Alfredo did great job taking care of the issue that another mechanic shop messed up. He explained the issue in detail and put the right fix in place. Trustable mechanic shop and I will continue to use them for my car needs.

Had my annual inspection here and Carly made the experience exceptional!I was crunched for time, stressed, and having phone issues on top of everything, but she had exceptional patience in addressing all my issues and went above and beyond to ensure every aspect of the inspection was handled with care and precision!I'll never take my vehicle anywhere else!

Sent my wife her for state inspection. Tech told her she needed brake fluid flush and coolant flush. She put me on the call with them and was told brake fluid was dirty. Both were changed in the last 6 months, now I m worried they polluted it on purpose to make it dirty. Avoid this place. It was obvious they were trying to take advantage of her and recommending unnecessary services

I had more trouble installing my brake light bulb than anticipated. A different service shop quoted me $25 for installation, so I took my car here. They assisted me quickly, and it was even free of charge a surprise! Definitely recc ing here for speedy, generous service.

I had new brake pads and rotors put on in November. I've needed to go back three more times to get them to fix brake job. Last time I've now developed a nice new sound from back wheels. Don't go here for anything other than oil change.

Just got through a painless state inspection for my Tesla Model 3! Caroline was terrific in handling the volume of customers and going through the state inspection itself. 10/10 would go again

Ommmggg! Where do I begin?! If this is not the best car shop in Plano or North Dallas then I don t know what is!! Pete, the manager s customer service is above and beyond. After a long day of driving with a Tire that almost tore up in half while I was driving on highway 121 on my way to McKinney. I needed to replace my tire with a donut spare. I googled the nearest mechanic shop and Kwik Kar lube & tune on Ohio dr Plano came up. Tell you what?! Long story short, it was the best decision I made. They care so much for all their customers. After Pete(manager) and another great guy helped me put my donut tire on along with pumping in some air, I asked how much I needed to pay.. Pete the manager told me that the service was free It s very rare to get ANYTHING for free these days.. and they did it! Free of charge with a great attitude along with it! I will definitely bring them more business in the future and I highly recommend this business!! Easy 5 star customer service experience

Please SAVE your cars and your money!!!I took my car for Oil Change only. While I was waiting, the guy asked me to come to my car, I saw that he took the the AC filter and engine filter out of my car and recommended me to replace them, I didn t ask him to do that and I asked him to put them back.After he finished, he charged me extra $10 claims that they had to open extra 10 screws (this is the first time I had this situation). However, I paid the full amount they asked. When I went back to my car, I saw dirt and oil everywhere, inside and outside the car.I asked him to clean up the oil dirt on the car s doors and on the engine.When I went home, I found out that he messed up my engine when he was cleaning it up from the extra oil, and I saw some parts on the car s floor that he didn t put them back when he took out the AC filter.All this hassle was only for Oil change!!!Worse experience ever and I won t go back to them again!

My daughter took her car here to have her oil changed, they mentioned in the small box on the receipt that she had an oil leak but never mentioned it to her. They changed her oil and sent her on her way, one month later, her engine has to be replaced. The manager there Karlee Casper is rude and does not care about her customers. Please DO NOT go near this place.

The service is bad, wait time more, worst part is pricing. They charge way more labor charge which is worst here. 130 bucks for 1 hour labor and extra 50$ for cleaning or using their service. I must say to exclude this service station and check others. You will regret to do any thing for your car at this location. *do not go there*

Went to Kwik Kar for state inspection today, was in and out in under 10 minutes. Carly and everyone else was kind, courteous and professional! Highly recommend!

Not happy with pricing of service and parts change. They take 5*10- 50$ extra for useless cleaning charges (no cleaning was done) and extra labor charge which is 260$ for an hour work. So I feel to do any part change or labor related work, I would not suggest this place.

I needed an oil change and had been here once before. The mechanic asked me to come outside and look at my car, he then tried to convince me to pay a couple hundred dollars to change my engine fluid and serval other fluids. He said I had to do this every 40 thousand miles . I said no thank you several times but he continued trying to convince me until I called my dad.

Recently, I had to replace the rear tail light on my Toyota Corolla. My wife and I spoke with Dennis and Alfredo, who were very helpful in explaining what the issue was with our tail light. They gave us recommendations on where to order replacement car parts, and Dennis replaced the entire tail light for free. Would highly recommend coming to the Kwik Kar on 8716 Ohio Drive.

Great people, fast service, clean and friendly. I went in for an oil change and later saw that they checked my tire pressure, topped off my break fluid, checked my filters and did other checks that I had no idea they were going to do. It was great.

Alfredo and Dennis were really kind and helpful. I don t speak car at all but they were able to help me understand what the issue was and fixed it in under 30 mins. They even helped me secure my bumper that was hanging off! I would definitely go back I and I would recommend to others!!
