Very friendly staff. I called around 6pm (hour before closing) to see if they could get tires on my car tonight. The staff not only were extremely nice but the guy made sure to match my tires to my previously purchased new back tires. Thank you so much.

I got a tire low this morning. As I'm new in the city, didn't know where to check my tire, I found this location and the rating is not different from what is posted. In my experience, my tire was repaired in about an hour meanwhile waited in the lobby drinking a coffee they had.

Thank you so much for saving my Tesla tire!I bought a new Tesla for only three weeks, the tire was punctured by nails, I went to discount tire and Firestone Auto Care, they all said that they can t repair it and they can replace it. Then I went to Tesla, they can repair it with $130, and they recommend me to come here, finally I came here and it only took $25 and a half an hour to repair it, service is fantastic! Thank you so much!

This morning I wrote a negative review on the Just Tires Frisco. I've been in and out of that location many times but the customer service today was lacking. I work far to hard for my money to be treated rudely.So! I called the store in Plano on Coit, they ordered the tire I needed and installed it with absolute professionalism and courtesy. Another couple checked out before me with a bill of $1000+ for tires. I spent less than $200 and was treated no differently. Excellent experience!

Super quick service. Came in at 6:15pm, cause my tire air gauze was showing, they filled air and recommended we get the tire checked. They found a nail in my tire and fixed it right away before 6:45pm I was out of there. All the guys there were super nice!

I ve been a customer for a few years now went to the Coppell location, didn t have a good experience last couple of times I was there employees would be disrespectful to management in front of customers (unprofessional my car took 3 hours to get serviced) decided to change locations Came to the Plano location for an oil change, They helped me transfer my Alignment warranty from one car to another. Atmosphere was welcoming and efficient. Definitely will be coming back.

All the guys that work here are great. I even went to two different restaurants while waiting for my tires and the people at both restaurants spoke very highly of them. Sam took very good care of me, ordered my tires and called me when they were in. They did excellent job on thwere able to take me a day early. I especially appreciated that they wrote up my order without high pressure sales, like you get at Discount Tire, and found me a 10% discount, something that Discount Tire would never do. They were also about $40 cheaper on 4 Wrangler Duratrac RT (17r70) @ $243.00 ea. on their website before the 10% discount. I was basically allowed to do an alignment for free with the savings. My only complaint is that Just Tires is misnamed. We ve used them for Inspections, brake service, oil changes and tire issues. Always prompt and efficient. Highly recommend.

These guys are incredible. I was in a wreck that only damaged my tires and suspension and had them check the vehicle out and give me a quote. I ended up filling an insurance claim so my insurance company sent it to another shop. The other shop checked the vehicle and missed the biggest issue. I ended up sending the pictures and quote just tires gave me. Sure enough on a second look they found the broken strut. Nice work Just Tires and the team there knows way more than just tires.

I went here to get my tires checked and balanced. Very quick customer service and when I told them the problem they instantly offered a free evaluation. They were very honest with the tests.

Mike and his team are awesome bunch of individuals and do everything possible to help customers. At no point of time they would try to push you to buy something. Recommendation is provide where needed. Service was done within reasonable time. I would certainly have them as first preference.

I had a negative experience at Just Tires located at 8012 Coit Rd, Plano, Texas. I initially visited the shop to fix a flat tire, but they informed me that they couldn't repair it and suggested replacing all the tires instead. Since I have another car and don't drive this one frequently, I requested them to only replace the left side rear tire, which had an air leak. Unfortunately, they mistakenly replaced the right side rear tire instead. After realizing the error, they went inside to discuss the situation and returned with different stories in an attempt to cover up their mistake. They claimed that both tires needed replacement due to leaks. I questioned why they hadn't informed me about the leak in the other tire earlier, to which they responded with a nonsensical explanation about inspecting and replacing the tires one by one. It was clear they were lying and attempting to pressure me into installing the other tire. I expressed my refusal to do so and requested them to re-install the old tire, but they only put on a temporary spare tire instead. I'm unsure why they couldn't put the old tire back. A few days earlier, I had visited another shop where they informed me that the tire had been ripped off and couldn't be repaired or reinstalled. The tire with the rip was cunningly placed in my car trunk in a way that the ripped side was positioned at the bottom, making it difficult for anyone to notice. Overall, my experience with Just Tires was extremely unpleasant. They were dishonest, provided poor customer service, and did not properly service my car. I have no intention of returning to this place in the future.Despite submitting a similar review on their website, the company chose not to publish it. It appears that they only publish positive reviews and selectively ignore negative ones.

Great experience getting my alignment done here on my Tesla by Kevin. I got the lifetime alignment so I will be coming here from now on. I would definitely recommend this shop.

Historically had good service but today sucked . Went in at 8:15am for an oil change was told it would be 35 min because they had to order a filter . I patiently waited and over an hour and was told we are still waiting on the filter. I responded you said 35min . What do you want me to do just put the filter back on and put oil in? I said yes that s fine.Will not be coming back .Busy morning but not follow up one status of my car and attitude when I asked . Not what I expect and will no longer waste my time. Over 1.5 hours . They didn t charge me for putting oil in but oil change not complete. My whole morning wasted !

They got me into 3 year alignment, balancing and rotation package the first time when I serviced with them. When I went for the second time, they told me that I just have 3 year alignment package and it doesn t include balancing and rotation.I was told it was a miscommunication and included balancing for my second service.I wish they communicated clearly the first time and provide happy experience with customers.

This is one of the most honest and helpful tire shop I have ever been to. I went in to get my wheels aligned and after I dropped my car off, they measured the alignment and explained to me that I did not need an alignment. They could ve been dishonest and made me spend the 100$ to get them aligned but they are very honest and helpful. Chris specifically explained to me with a printout of the alignment why I did not need one and ensured me that everything was fine. Really helpful and extremely nice. Amazing customer service!

We got a flat on our way to a softball tournament while coming in from Oklahoma. They got me in and out within 45 minutes because I needed to get my daughter to the softball field by a certain time. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Would definitely recomment.
