The guys working closing on 2/19 were awesome! I needed to get my headlight bulb replaced and the car manufacturer made a relatively simple task very difficult due to the design. The guys working were able to get the bulb switched after a good amount of effort. Really appreciate their determination and customer service! Will definitely be coming back for any future general maintenance needs.

I have been going to the Jiffy Lube on West Spring Creek in Plano for years. I would go nowhere else. Service with a smile is an understatement. Me and my car leave happy everytime.

I love how they reset the wrench thing on my dash and that they put air in my tires and also filled my washer fluid. Also it was quick and they did not try to upsell anything. Superior experience!

Quick and professional service. However, I don't think the car was vacuumed and wind shield fluid was topped off. Maybe I am expecting too much for a $100+ synthetic oil change

My daughter comes home in tears this morning after your tech told her (after showing her a dirty oil cap) that she needed a new engine. You change oil! Stay in your lane. We have 4 drivers that have come to your shop over the years. No more.UPDATE: the car was serviced the morning by a reputable garage. The mechanic estimated another 50k-100k miles left on this 10 year old engine. It is currently at 92k and we expect it to make it to at least 150k. I will not be contacting your regional person. Your business practices have spoken clearly enough. We have chosen to patronize a more trustworthy shop from now on.

Brian and his team did an excellent job of getting me in and out as quick as possible! They went above and beyond and even put on my new license plates since I am new to Texas! Definitely returning! Would recommend!

I have been going to this Jiffy Lube location since 2006 when it moved from its original location south of Spring Creek Pkwy and west of Hwy 75 in Plano where I had been going to get my car inspected and the oil changed since 10th grade starting with my 1st car after getting my Texas drivers license.... enjoy the friendly conversations with the staff, have always provided me with the best service and customer care.

I had my headlights rejuvenated on my 2010 car and they did a great job in very short period of time. My dog and I waited in the office. It looks fantastic. They said at the end of each year, if need to have done, they will do it at no charge. Wow, that is fantastic!

Took my car a few years back. They reported that tires needed to be replaced and they could do it at the shop of course costing $$$. Something didn t seem right and took my car to another inspection place. It passed without needing any work. Hmmm.

They left my truck running unattended for 10 minutes while checking me out so someone could steal it. Also had grease all over my steering wheel and interior all for a simple inspection, no oil change or anything involving working on the vehicle.

I don t write reviews, but this experience was very disappointing. I have been going here for many years. Today when I walked in there was new staff and my favorite, Manager Nikki, wasn t there and I was told she had left. Nikki would always go through what had been done, what was needed, and any educational information that might be helpful to me. None of that was done when I checked out.Unfortunately, the service was not as good. I had an oil change and had to ask them to reset the oil change indicator. I was first told he wasn t sure he knew how it took him several tries. I drove away and noticed they did not put up a new sticker for when the next oil change was due, so I had to drive back.I left there not feeling confident about the service that was given and drove away knowing I would not return.

Malik has really turned this location around in the last 90 days. As an Uber driver I need my oil changed every month. Honestly the staff and the environment have improved evertime I have been here. Keep up thr great work!

For years, I have gone to a competitor of Jiffy Lube. They have switched management several times, and the quality of their service offerings became less and less. I tried Jiffy Lube once and these guys have really provided great service and go over and above what's required at a fair price. I would recommend them to anyone. Wes is also a real good Technician at the Spring Creek Court location. All the best guys Thanks

Manager not straight forward regarding oil change cost. Asked how much for basic oil change, he says the only options are 79.99 and 99.99. So I chose the former. When time to check out, a different rep asked same question and gave me 3 options (instead of 2), with the basic oil change only costing $60. Why wasn't that mentioned by the manager? Lie by omission - wrong way to gain customer trust or respect.Pay for my service and leave to go to Whole foods which is less than 10 mins away. It's hot - I go to turn on my A/C...it's blowing very weak and the cold is not flowing the way it usually does. Was working just fine when I pulled my car up to the drive to perform a standard service. I proceed to return to Jiffy Lube - knowing it won't matter because the sleezeball manager has already proven to not be a reliable or trustworthy professional. I explain I was just there less than an hour ago, my air was working fine before, now it isn't. He says it has nothing to do with him and that it was probably the actuator. I explain the A/C was blowing fine and cold when I pulled up - asked if there was anything unplugged or blocked during the oil change. He asserts there wasn't. Received the answer I was expecting from a dishonest, dismissive and disengaged person.Obviously my A/C didn't suddenly stop blowing cold air for nothing after an oil change. Never had this problem before with Valvoline. Will never visit another Jiffy Lube again. Will also instruct others to avoid at all costs. No integrity and quality of work speaks for itself. Now I get to spend money on an A/C eval and repair - which is obviously much more than I bargained for. Avoid.Services: Air conditioning, Oil change

The service at this Jiffy Lube is excellent! Malik was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the questions I had concerning my vehicle. The wait time was low as well. I definitely will be returning and recommend this location for anyone who needs auto service!

Needs more training. Team forgot to put next oil change reminder and reset the oil alert on car. Guys were nice clean and friendly and they usually do a good job.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

This is always where I come for an oil change. I can always find a coupon, the guys get you in & out really quick. Sometimes they might even cut you a deal, if the work was more than you planned. Been coming to this location for about 10 years.

I had an oil change. All the employees encountered were very customer friendly. In and out with a short wait time. I would give 5 star except I was informed after the oil change was completed that this shop did not have a grease gun. I specifically requested the right front passenger wheel hub be greased as it has been replaced and has to be lubed with every oil change. I was was very dissatisfied that I wasn t informed about this prior to service. I was given the option to visit another shop. However it was a Sunday afternoon and none in the area was open. I was leaving to return home that evening to a place without Jiffylube store. I now have to find another lube shop. Service: Oil change
