Be aware of these guys. They don't know what they're doing and will damage your RIM and TIRE. After this, they charged me $20 cash saying it was an oversized rim and doing service. Mine you this is after they caused the damage.

If you one time client or car dealer walk away this place. Every time different prices for the same job. Some time overprice like fly to the moon. Highly not recommended this worst place. Last time charged me $50 for remove and install back my own tire said need to clean rim, it s so expensive but ok, next day same problem.

Guy on the phone is very rude, would not even let me talk, hung up on me twice. Didn t even let me finish saying the tire numbers.

Be careful with these guys they put 60+ psi in my tire that requires only 33. I m glad I caught it before it blew!

Go to Mike's across the street. Called multiple times no one answers, so tried the other phone number. Was told 100 over the phone then 130 when i showed up. They use to be awesome but have been price gouging for a while now

I went to this location less than a week ago for 2 tires. Friendly and quick service. I got 2 like new used tires. Going back to get the other 2 replaced.

Asked about a tire patch, they said yes they do them. Asked me for my name and then said no and hung up on me, no longer answering my calls

Called asking about 4 used tires and he rudely answered no and then hung up! Not sure what excellent customer service was received. Not a call in customer asking before I go if they had my size tires

Simply rude on the phone. If you can't be courteous on a simple phone call... Then why attempt to go to your business and see the same type of rude in 4k... I'm ok on this business

I came in for two front tires. They have a pretty good stock of used tires. I didn't catch the attendant's name but he was helpful and quick. I will definitely come back.

Bad business .showed up for a tire patch they made me wait 40+ mins while the help the other customers who were Spanish or latin. .didn t check the tire for any leaks after fixing ..probably better options out there

This place is questionable. I called to ask how much they charged to mount and balance 2 tires. When they answered the phone they answered "hello" I like to know who I am talking to before I start to conduct business. I verified I was speaking to J&M TireShop then ask how much the service would be. He asked me what size tire. After giving it to him his reply was "No we don't have it" I restated what I was asking and he responded "huh?" I thanked him for the call and hung up.

The dudes tried to charge me for a service that Discount Tire provides for free. Then when I told them I didn't have money & I would just go get it done for free at Discount Tire, the dude got an attitude with me. Poor customer service. Won't be spending any money with these guys in the future. Go to Mike's Tires, or the shop right between them & Public Storage. Match Tire Shop on 14th street is good too. Stay away from these guys though

Absolutely love this place. Fast service exceptional price on the tires I will recommend to anyone. It's sometimes unsettling when choosing someone for your car but this place is it!!!

The employee would not even listen to I needed. Then he was irritated and started to cuss at me. Would never recommend this place. Worst tire shop ever. Then I across the street and those guy had me fixed up in 5 mins for $10.

Went to this store Saturday morning. Jose was very helpful. Within 10 minutes he fix my tire and i am back on the road. Very good experience
