I searched up a dent repair for my wifes car so googled and found this place around8:30 am by 9:45 am i was out the door done. You cant even see where the damage was and it was a decent size sharp door ding. Tyler was amazing he answered my call explained the process very well. Once there he had one of his techs Alex from Brazil who actually worked on the car did such an incredible job that you couldn t see where the damage was. They only charged me $200 which was more than reasonable under the circumstances. This is the only place i will go for any hail damage or door dings. I am grateful for their service and professionalism.

Had a long crease/dent repaired on the front fender of my Model S. As you can see from the before and photos, they did a great job. Dropped off the car at 9 and had it back by 3. Communication with Tyler and Johnethon was excellent. Very happy.

I had a dent on the front bumper of my Tesla Model X, and I'm thrilled that I chose IntelliDent for the repair. They did an excellent job with the repairs and were fantastic to work with when dealing with the insurance company. They delivered high-quality work, met the timelines, had an amazing staff, and followed a transparent process without cutting corners. I highly recommend them for Tesla repairs. I had my truck and my wife s car repaired here. Greg was absolutely AMAZING! He stepped us through the process and took care of contacting our insurance provider. Had a nasty door ding on my door which was a little more tricky that it seemed as it was right on a body line. IntelliDent did a great job taking care of it quickly and at a very reasonable price. Johnethon was very easy and pleasant to deal with on top of it all. Highly recommended for any dings, dents or hail damage repairs!

Intellident is truly the expert when it comes to Paintless Dent Repair. My Tundra had a small ding from another car door, and I gave Intellident a call. They were prompt and had me come in just a few hours later. Upon arrival, the staff greeted me and thoroughly explained the process for repair. Within 30 minutes, the experts had my door restored like it never happened. I ve had experiences with other PDR companies, but Intellident is leaps and bounds above the rest. It's a pretty good shop. Easy to work with. They worked seamlessly with my insurance company. I paid my deductible and they handled the rest. I was able to leave my truck for several weeks so that helped. Every time there is a storm they get a lot of cars. I am sure some people aren't as patient or don't have the luxury to let their cars sit for weeks. All dents repaired. No other issues. Truck looks good. Easy to communicate with.

So last year on April 20th my 2021 Sierra got slammed with hail. As a result I started googling auto hail repair and came across Intellident. Well long story short they did such a fantastic job on my vehicle I started pursing career opportunities with them. Now today I represent IntelliDent. You should definitely check us out, intellident stands above all other auto hail repair services i have received in the past. I have had hail repair done by small companies, the pop up tent places, even caliber collisions and none were less of a hassle nor easier than working with IntelliDent.

If you have hail damage, call Seth with Intellident! Not only did they do a fantastic job on the repairs for my vehicle, Seth went above and beyond my customer service expectations. He was professional and personable at the same time while keeping me updated throughout the process. He even personally picked up and delivered my vehicle to my home.

Y'all I never leave reviews, but when you get service and results like this, I feel like folks need to know about it. I submitted an online request for service at midnight on a Thursday, and Travis called the following morning to confirm the best time for him to come give me an estimate and he showed up right on time! He explained everything to me, within 2 days he had delivered a rental car to me and had my car in the shop being worked on. He stayed in constant communication with me, delivered my car back exactly as promised and it looked showroom ready! Cannot say enough about how easy and painless Travis made this entire process and how beautiful my 2023 Lexus RX looks now after taking an absolute beating from softball sized hail!! Best experience ever!!!!!

I had a great experience. I had access to a loaner while my car was getting worked on. The entire team was very friendly and quick to respond when I had questions. My hail damage was fixed perfectly and my car was detailed before it was returned to me. I would highly recommend this business. Tyler and Greg took great care of me!

The entire process of PDR for my Honda car was very smooth and pleasant. I made an appointment, handed over my car, and explained the issues. Tyler and his team took care of dealing with insurance company. They did a great job, and I was surprised to see the car looking like new. The response from Tyler and Johnathan was excellent. I would recommend Intellident 100% for a smooth PDR experience.

They did a great job fixing my Ranger raptor. They were able to remove a dent in about 30 mins. They were also very nice throughout the process and definitely recommend!

IntelliDent is the best in the area! My experience was amazing I came in talked to Tyler and Greg they got me a fair quote within seconds i left my car with them the next day and picked it up the day after. They fixed the dent perfectly and left it looking brand new.

If you are reading this review then you are right where I started in the process of getting hail damage to my car repaired. I found IntelliDent online, looked at the site and read reviews. Next I went to IntelliDent in Plano to take a tour of the shop and talk to the people there. I am please to say that they did everything they promised. They fixed my car and managed all the headaches of dealing with insurance. I highly recommend IntelliDent to you because of great customer service and excellent repairs.

My daily got MESSED UP by some hail earlier this year. I called up Johnethon and explained the situation. He had a rental AT MY HOUSE within an hour!!! He also explained that he could get my deductible waived. He took my car and they had it about a week and WOW! it looks brand new!!! Top quality work!!. The best part about all of this was the ease, communication, and customer service. John went wayyyyyy above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Any question I had he was immediately able to answer. I couldn't of had a better experience. This is THE spot!! Don't go anywhere else!. I now have my car back and I paid zero out of pocket. Top notch!! Thank you!!!

Wish I had called them sooner. Had hail damage, and went back and forth with insurance for months before finding Intellident. Travis and the team took over the entire process, dealt with the insurance provider directly to get the most money possible, got the car repaired in total, provided a free rental car, and saved me from having to pay any money out of pocket. Incredible service, great team. Highly recommend.

Late review, but they provided excellent work to my car! They found hail damage that I didn t even see myself. They were able to take me in on the same day and finish my car on the same day. I would highly recommend them!

The people there are professional and nice , Mr.Greg was very professional towards me and help me around. The hail repair was done in a timely fashion. Upon completion, my vehicle was good as before the hail damage and clean. I would recommend this place 100 percent.

Travis was absolutely a breeze to work with. We used IntelliDent for hail repair for our college daughter. We live 5 hours away and felt so comfortable working with Travis and his team. The process was simple and the work they did on the BMW was perfect. I would give IntelliDent a 10 out of 10!

I had 3 tennis ball size dents on my brand new 2021 GMC Canyon and Tyler from Intellident came to my rescue!! He was very professional and courteous, and he responded in a very timely fashion. The job they did on my truck was phenomenal! See pictures below: (counterclockwise), 5 pics are before, first two are after. Tyler & Johnethon with Intellident Plano are second to none! They made the whole process of dealing with the insurance company better. If you want to be blown away by an amazing result, then choose to go to Intellident. Tyler stated, I think you will be more than happy with our end product . He & his team delivered 10000% & they did the work in three days!Not only did they fix my hail damaged truck & make it look show room new, but they also fixed three dents on my wife s mercedes at the same time, just so she d be as happy as me! They ve earned our thanks, future referrals, & future work if needed. We couldn t recommend them more!!

I drive by this place while heading to my office and noticed they are always packed! I decided to check them out after some major hail damage and so glad I did! The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job on my vehicle. They even charged me less than their quoted price. I highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
