Frankie from Innovative Auto was so nice, pleasant, helpful and kind! They were recommended so highly by my tennis friend I had to try them. State Inspection- check! Snacks while you wait- check!Very clean and cool place!Frankie was amazing and couldn t do enough for me! I ll be back! Thank you!

This is the best automotive car place you can take your car to. The service is amazingly great. Frankie and Nick are really fantastic This was my first visit was great now my second visit again and they are also nice, friendly and price friendly. Where were they before?!! I'm so glad I found them. they were able to find a problem that the dealer and many other auto repair shops could not find. repaired and given a guarantee. It is fantastic. Lestor and Nick! Big respect to you guys! I can feel like you guys love what you doing for people! This is the first workshop that I can confidently recommend to my friends and relatives! Wow! This is truly Integrity!

The team at this establishment provided exceptional assistance! Their pricing is incredibly fair, and I am extremely satisfied with their service. I needed the oil changed on one of my cars and inspections done on both. Like always, they got everything done in a timely manner. They are easy to deal with and are great at helping you prioritize the things you need to have done immediately and those that can wait. I have a 2008 Toyota that is in great shape thanks to the care I get here. I ll come back as long as I live in the area.

I am simply out of words to praise these guys. If I can give more than 5 stars, I would definitely give that to Nick who fixed my car's side bumper slip in no time, while the dealership where I usually take my car for service gave me a four figure quote. These guys are integrity personified. I am joining the growing list of delighted customers they already have got. Thank you Nick and team!

My family and I have been using Integrity 1st for a long time. In a world where distrust of automative sales and repairs have never been greater, it's so awesome to have peace of mind that a place will handle my vehicles honestly and fix it the first time. And should something not hold up, they'll make it right. It's a different culture there. We won't go anywhere else.

Integrity Auto Did an amazing job fixing the laundry-list of minor to not-so-minor issues that had built up in my X3 over time. They were able to handle it professionally, promptly, and kept me in the loop at all times. Definitely use them if you need to keep your car maintained. Their membership is also worth it. Saved me a bit of cash for the repairs.

This place is amazing, the guys here are honest and very clear about everything they do with your vehicle. They keep you in the know and always have amazing customer service. I have had nick and Lester help me with multiple problems with my vehicle and they have been great every single time. Their help and knowledge has been exemplary to anyone else I have ever dealt with at any other dealership. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else for service I need done.

Lester and Nick are my personal HEROES. They are so kind, solved my car issue in under 10 minutes, and wouldn t accept my tip. I recently had a fantastic experience at this mechanic shop, especially with Nick. From the initial phone call to the efficient service, Nick s warmth and friendliness stood out. He went the extra mile by driving with me to replicate the car noise. The team quickly identified the issue, provided a detailed quote within 3 hours, and made it easy to select services through their portal. The car was fixed the same day, and Nick even accommodated my budget with a discount. Truly impressed and can t speak more highly of Nick and his team s exceptional service.

This was my first time to use Integrity Automotive and they certainly impressed me. My attendant introduced himself by name and shook my hand when greeting me. I was offered complimentary water and coffee, and waited in a massage chair whilet they performed my auto inspection. Then, I was quickly on my way. I'll definitely be back. Well done!

Nick and his team were wonderful! Fixed what I thought was the issue with an alignment but turns out they found another small problem relating to it and corrected it at no extra charge!Couldn't ask for better service. If you're still wondering to take it here, don't. They'll take care of you!

Just came to this location and had superb service! Lester and Nick are very professional, prompt to help, and friendly. Most importantly, my problems were resolved. I came from Nissan and continued to have remaining problems without thorough explanation. Their Integrity employee, Lester gave me thorough explanations of my car s issues and when leaving, I had no problems remaining & a cheaper quote!! Coming from Nissan in Farmers Branch and their outrageous prices & lack of professionalism , I will never go back to a dealership. This place will now be my home and one that is PROFESSIONAL, REASONABLE, PROBLEM SOLVERS, & have TOP TIER CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you!!

Hey y'all. I have been using these guys ever since they bought the place and changed the name. I have used them for everything from wheel alignment to simple vehicle inspections.First off, I am very capable of performing most if not all of my vehicle repairs and maintenance. Which means I can sense it if someone is trying to take advantage of me like we all hear about when it comes to auto repair.Yesterday, the service I needed was nothing more than a vehicle inspection. I was there for less than 20 minutes. During that time, a customer was there having her car looked at for various repairs. The service writer told her there were various items in need of repair, from coolant and oil leaks amongst others. The cool thing was the printout they gave her detailing the recommended repairs with attached photos supporting what they found.My cars, seldom need anything like that done however, I have taken family member cars to them to go over it for recommend repairs and have received the exact same printout.It is refreshing to know there is a repair shop that treats everyone the same regardless of gender.Do I recommend these guys... yup.Oh, I am sure there is a negative review or two out there, it is inevitable.I am terrible with names, but my service writer yesterday was a young man from the Ukraine. He moved here for the sake of his family and future. He's good and forgive me for not remembering your name.

Great service. I m a platinum member which gives discounts on a lot of services and already had it pay for itself and more. Great customer attention, they have drinks, snacks, a massage chair, and even a small kids play area if you bring little ones.

Two times now I've needed things done quick, and they. Ame through. Most places have a wait, or no availability. Right now, this is the place to come and they are also competitive on pricing. Definitely recommend.

Staff are attentive and courteous. They offer a wide range of services. Estimates and work completion are communicated via text or email which is convenient. The waiting area is clean with free Wi-Fi, coffee, a small kids area, and a massage chair! I cannot comment on their pricing because of lack of comparison, but the quality of work is good. Happy with this place.

Lester and Nick were completely welcoming and courteous. It was a breath of fresh air to come here being that the last 3 places I called were reluctant to invite me in for service. With plenty of professional staff on duty they were able to get me in right away. This will be my first call next time I am in need of repairs!

Nick and Lester were great. The door was opened for me when I stepped onto the curb, and the customer service was outstanding. This time just an inspection, but my experience at this location has always been good no matter what services were provided.

I absolutely Love this place!!! Lester was so helpful knowledgeable and professional! Im so glad i found this place! The reviews are true! Got my Check engine light resolved and my vehicle serviced after repairs. Price was fair for the service! Nice facility and staff! Will definitely return. Excellent service. Told that my vehicle would be picked up in 5 days due to a delay with a part needing to be shipped to the office. Nick drove to Lewisville to pick up the part and I got my vehicle back 3 days ahead of time.

This place far surpasses any other Automotive Service place I've been to. Both with personality, cleanliness, efficiency, care. I really couldn't speak more highly of it and I am so so grateful they moved into the neighborhood and replaced the crooks that were there before. I enjoy their massage chair immensely.. might have to sneak in there and just sit for a while sometime even when I don't need my car looked at. Highly highly recommend this facility
